Cholangiocarcinoma refers to malignant tumors that develop in epithelial lining of biliary system, and it is divided into two categories according to tumor location, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ICC） and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ECC）. ICC occurs from the epithelial cells of the intrahepatic bile duct, its branches and interlobular biliary tree; and ECC is divided into hilar cholangiocarcinoma and distal cholangiocarcinoma by the circumscription at the confluence of cystic duct and the common hepatic duct.

A review of recent researches on Bunsen reaction for hydrogen production via S–I water and H2S splitting cycles

The Bunsen reaction is the center reaction for both the sulfur–iodine water splitting cycle for hydrogen production and the novel hydrogen sulfide splitting cycle for hydrogen and sulfuric acid production from the sulfur-containing *** paper reviews the research progress of the Bunsen reaction in recent 10–15 *** were initially focused on the optimization of the operating conditions of the conventional Bunsen reaction requiring excessive water and iodine to improve the products separation efficiency and to avoid the side reactions and iodine vapor *** methods including electrochemical methods,precipitation methods,and non-aqueous solvent methods had their respective advantages,but still faced *** development of the technology of H2S splitting cycle,dissolving iodine in toluene solvent could render the Bunsen reaction to occur with the flowable I2 stream at ambient temperature such that the side reactions and iodine vaporization can be avoided and the corrosion hazard *** also prevented the Bunsen reaction from using excessive iodine and *** products from the Bunsen reaction including HI,H2SO4,H2O,and toluene could be directly electrolyzed.

Effect of Al content in molten steel on interaction between MgO-C refractory and SPHC steel

The effect of Al content in molten steel on the interaction between SPHC steel(0.005-0.068 wt.%Al,and 19×10^(-4)-58×10^(-4)wt.%O)and MgO-C refractory(11.63 wt.%C)was ***-metallic inclusions in the steel were examined at various periods(0,5,15,30,45,and 60 min)as well as the MgO-C interface after 60 min of corrosion at 1600℃.The results show that when MgO-C refractory comes into contact with SPHC steel,the refractory interface consists of three layers arranged from the innermost to the outermost,including the original refractory layer,the dense MgO layer,and the iron infiltration *** carbon in the MgO-C refractories and the Al content in the molten steel undergo a reaction with the MgO in the refractories,resulting in an increase in Mg concentration in the *** Al content in the molten steel from 0.005 to 0.068 wt.%causes a spinel layer to appear at the interface,and the disappearance time of Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions in the steel decreases from 60 to 30 min,while the average MgO content in inclusions ***,controlling the Al content in the molten steel and the smelting duration can help regulate the formation of spinel inclusionsinthe steel.

Dear Editor,The link between brain health and cerebrovascular well-being is rooted in shared risk factors[1],suggesting that effctive management of vascular risk factors(V RFs)could be instrumental in enhancing cognitive health and reduc-ing the risk of dementia[2].The conceptual framework of the human brain connectome provides a nuanced avenue for exploring the biological mechanisms underpinning age-related cognitive decline and neuropsychological disorders[3].

Inhibition of Heterogeneous Nucleation in Water by Hydrogel Coating

Heterogeneous nucleation plays a critical role in the phase transition of water,which can cause damage in various ***,we report that heterogeneous nucleation can be inhibited by utilizing hydrogel coatings to isolate solid surfaces and ***,which contain over 90%water when fully swelled,exhibit a high degree of similarity to *** to this similarity,there is a great energy barrier for heterogeneous nucleation along the water-hydrogel ***,hydrogel coatings,which possess polymer networks,exhibit higher fracture energy and more robust adhesion to solid surfaces compared to *** high fracture and adhesion energy acts as a deterrent for fracture nucleation within the hydrogel or along the hydrogel-solid *** a hydrogel layer approximately 100μm thick,the boiling temperature of water under atmospheric pressure can be raised from 100 to 108℃.Notably,hydrogel coatings also result in remarkable reductions in cavitation pressure on multiple solid *** have demonstrated the efficacy of hydrogel coatings in preventing damages resulting from acceleration-induced *** coatings have the potential to alter the energy landscape of heterogeneous nucleation on the water-solid interface,making them an exciting avenue for innovation in heat transfer and fluidic systems.

The ubiquitin/26 S proteasome system constitutes the major protein degradation pathway in the cell,and plays an important role in various developmental processes of plants,including plant disease *** E3 ligase gene CMPGl-V from Haynaldia villosa,which is rapidly induced by Blumeria graminis tritici(Bgt) inoculation,confers resistance to a broadspectrum of Bgt *** further characterize the mechanism underlying CMPGl-V signaling pathway,we performed yeast two-hybrid(Y2 H) and identified the protein Toxin A Binding protein 1(ToxABPl-V).ToxABPl-V encoded a chloroplast localized protein,and sharply down-regulated after Bgt inoculation in ***,ToxABP1-V and CMPG1-V exhibite opposite expression profiles after Bgt ***1-V physically interacts with the ARM repeat of CMPG1-V in *** addition,CMPG1-V polyubiquitinate ToxABP1-V and promote ToxABP1-V *** silencing wheat ToxABP1 s using single-cell transient silencing assay or VIGS enhanced its powdery mildew *** wheat silencing ToxABP1 s showed improved powdery mildew resistance,associated with an increase in expression of salicylic acid-responsive genes and ROS generating/scavenging genes,H O accumulation,and programmed cell death after Bgt *** results demonstrate that ToxABP1-V acts as a CMPG1-V substrate,and negatively regulates wheat powdery mildew resistance.
