Transition metal-catalyzed olefination of aryl C-h.bond is a powerful tool for th. synth.sis of alkenes. Wh.le th. Pd-catalyzed oxidative C-h.olefination of arenes, also known as Fujiwara-Moritani reaction, h.s been establish.d as one of th. most efficient meth.ds, th. substrates are largely limited to terminal olefins with.electron-with.rawing group(s). h.rein, we report a synergistic silver-mediated and palladium-catalyzed non-directed C-h.olefination of arenes with.vinyl(pseudo)h.lides, wh.ch.offers a complementary strategy to th. typical Fujiwara-Moritani reaction. Th. reactions proceeded well for a variety of h.logenated arenes, h.teroarenes, and olefin substrates, providing an efficient access to various multi-substituted aryl olefins, including trisubstituted/tetrasubstituted olefins and several complex olefins derived from medicines or natural products. Mech.nistic studies indicated a bimetallic Pd/Ag cooperation is operative in th. catalysis, i.e., th. reaction is initiated by aryl C-h.bond cleavage via ligation with.ph.sph.ne/Ag species, followed by transferring of th. aryl moiety to a vinyl palladium intermediate,wh.ch.is in turn formed by oxidative addition of vinyl(pseudo)h.lide to a Pd complex. Th.s meth.d enables th. synth.sis of a wide range of ch.llenging multi-substituted vinyl products from simple arenes(directing-group free) in a streamlined and controllable fash.on.

Volatile organic compounds (VOC) h.ve been proven to cause considerable h.rm to both.th. ecological environment and h.man h.alth. Anth.opogenic VOC emissions are primarily generated by th. industrial sector. Th. utilization of porous carbon as an adsorbent h.s emerged as an effective meth.d for th. efficient removal of VOC from industrial sources. h.wever, during th. actual production processes, VOC exh.ust gases are often mixed with.water vapor, wh.ch.poses ch.llenges for adsorption purification. Th.s review provides a compreh.nsive overview of th. remarkable advancements in various carbon materials in terms of th.ir ability to adsorb both.VOC and water vapor. Additionally, it systematically summarizes th. influence of surface groups on adsorbents and th. molecular properties of VOC on th.ir adsorption by carbon materials. Furth.rmore, th.s review introduces th. mech.nism underlying adsorption-adsorbent interactions and discusses th. construction of models for adsorbing water vapor and VOC. Th. ch.llenges associated with.th. application of carbon materials for VOC adsorption in h.mid environments are also addressed. Th.s review aims to offer th.oretical and tech.ical guidance for th. effective purification of moist VOC waste gases emitted from industrial sources, th.reby ach.eving precise control of VOC emissions.

We investigate th. uniqueness problems of meromorph.c functions and th.ir difference operators by using a new *** is proved th.t if a non-constant meromorph.c function f sh.res a non-zero constant and ∞ counting multiplicities with.its difference operators Δcf(z) and Δ_(c)^(2)f(z), th.nΔcf(z)≡Δ_(c)^(2)f(z).In particular,we give a difference analogue of a result of *** meth.d h.s two distinct features:(ⅰ) It converts th. relations between functions into th. corresponding *** makes it possible to deal with.th. uniqueness problem by linear algebra and combinatorics.(ⅱ) It circumvents th. obstacle of th. difference logarith.ic derivative lemma for meromorph.c functions of infinite order,since th.s meth.d does not depend on th. growth.of th. ***,th. idea in th.s paper can also be applied to th. case for several variables.

A Quick Calculation Meth.d for Radiation Pattern of Submillimeter Telescope with.Deformation and Displacement

Radiation pattern captures th. electromagnetic performance of reflector antennas,wh.ch.is significantly affected by th. deformation of th. primary reflector due to gravity and th. displacement of th. secondary *** th. design process of large reflector antennas,a substantial amount of time is often dedicated to iteratively adjusting structural parameters and validating electromagnetic *** improve th. efficiency of th. design process,we first propose an approximate calculation meth.d of optical path.difference(OPD)for th. deformation of th. primary reflector under gravity and th. displacement of th. secondary *** an OPD fitting function based on th. modified Zernike polynomials is proposed to capture th. ph.se difference of radiation over th. aperture plane,based on wh.ch.th. radiation pattern will be obtained quickly by th. aperture field integration *** experiments demonstrate th. effectiveness of th. proposed quick calculation meth.d for analyzing th. radiation pattern of a 10.4 m submillimeter telescope antenna at its h.gh.st operating frequency of 856 *** comparison with.th. numerical simulation meth.d based on GRASP(wh.ch.is an antenna electromagnetic analysis tool combining ph.sical optics(PO)and ph.sical th.ory of diffraction(PTD)),th. quick calculation meth.d reduces th. time for radiation pattern analysis from more th.n one h.ur to less th.n two ***,th. quick calculation meth.d exh.bits excellent accuracy for th. figure of merit(FOM)of th. radiation ***,th. proposed quick calculation meth.d can obtain th. radiation pattern with.h.gh.speed and *** to th. time-consuming numerical simulation meth.d(PO and PTD),it can be employed for quick analysis of th. radiation pattern for th. lateral displacement of th. secondary reflector and th. deformation of th. primary reflector under gravity in th. design process of a reflector antenna.
