Nonprecious-metal-group single-metal-atom catalysts with bifunctional catalytic capabilities toward the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)are highly sought after in energy-conversion and storage ***,producing renewable and sustainable energy sources remains ***,single-transition metal atoms anchored onπ-πconjugated two-dimensional(2D)graphitic carbon nitride substrates formπ-d conjugated conductive channels that enhance the overall electrocatalytic ***,firstprinciples calculations were carried out to design and demonstrate a novel macropore graphitic carbon nitride(gC_(10)N_(3))as a promising 2D electrocatalyst substrate to support single-transition metal(TM,from Sc to Au).The"donation-acceptance"charge interaction in the TM-N_(2)moiety effectively balances the adsorption strength of oxygenated intermediates in Ni@g-C_(10)N_(3)and Rh@gC_(10)N_3,making them effective bifunctional OER/ORR electrocatalysts with IrO_(2)/Pt-beyond overpotentials being as low as 0.39/0.38 V and 0.54/0.44 V,***,they possess high stability and conductivity and are less susceptible to oxidation and corrosion under working *** guarantees high activity under ambient ***,the origin of the OER/ORR activity of TM@g-C_(10)N_(3) is explained using multilevel descriptors:intrinsic(p,Bader charge,integral crystal orbital Hamilton population(ICOHP),bond length,and d-band center(εd).In particular,for optimal Ni@g-C_(10)N_(3),the clear hybridization between the Ni-d orbital and surface O-p orbital causes the paired electrons to occupy the bonding *** enables OH~*to be adsorbed on the Ni@g-C_(10)N_(3),thereby achieving the highest catalytic performance.

为了解决港区内存在的进出车辆拥挤、货物周转时间长、甚至延误顾客要求到货时间等问题,将港口系统和公路运输系统综合起来进行整体调度优化研究.通过分析港口每艘货船靠港和离港的装卸作业过程,采用线性规划的方法,建立包含港口、公路货运场站和目的地的港-公调度优化模型.该模型在满足港口和所有目的地货物需求的前提下,根据港-公系统信息平台提供的实时车货信息,求解出作业时间最短的公路货运车辆调度方案,这里作业时间既包括装卸车作业时间又包括车辆行程时间.对于每次港口装卸船作业,港-公调度优化模型均能为货运车辆在港口、货物场站和目的地之间提供最优运输路线,从而节省装卸作业时间,提高港-公系统的作业效率.

A novel topology with controllable wideband baseband impedance for power amplifiers

This paper presents a novel topology to control the baseband impedance of a power amplifier(PA)to avoid performance deterioration in concurrent dual-band *** topology can avoid pure resonance of capacitors and inductors LC,which leads to a high impedance at some frequency ***,it can be applied to transmitters that are excited by broadband *** particular,by adjusting the circuit parameters and increasing stages,the impedance of the key frequency bands can be flexibly controlled.A PA is designed to support this design *** saturated output power is around 46.7 dBm,and the drain efficiency is>68.2%(1.8-2.3 GHz).Under concurrent two-tone excitation,the drain efficiency reaches around 40%even under 5.5 dB back-off power with the tone spacing from 10 MHz to 500 *** results demonstrate that the proposed topology is capable of controlling wideband baseband impedance.

The K-distribution is widely applied in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image processing. However, the multi-peak complicated likelihood function causes much trouble to obtain the maximum likelihood estimation of K-distribution parameters. Based on the number-theoretic net (NT-net), the computable steps of sequential number-theoretic method for optimization (SNTO) were proposed to get the MLE of the parameters of K-distribution. Comparing with the non-ML estimator Y0.1, we do Monte Carlo trails with different values of shape parameter and different sample sizes. The simulation results show that the proposed method outperforms the fractional moment based technique.

BACKGROUND Liver metastases(LM)is the primary factor contributing to unfavorable outcomes in patients diagnosed with gastric cancer(GC).The objective of this study is to analyze significant prognostic risk factors for patients with GCLM and develop a reliable nomogram model that can accurately predict individualized prognosis,thereby enhancing the ability to evaluate patient *** To analyze prognostic risk factors for GCLM and develop a reliable nomogram model to accurately predict individualized prognosis,thereby enhancing patient outcome *** Retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data pertaining to GCLM(type III),admitted to the Department of General Surgery across multiple centers of the Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2010 to January *** dataset was divided into a development cohort and validation cohort in a ratio of 2:*** the development cohort,we utilized univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses to identify independent risk factors associated with overall survival in GCLM ***,we established a prediction model based on these findings and evaluated its performance using receiver operator characteristic curve analysis,calibration curves,and clinical decision curves.A nomogram was created to visually represent the prediction model,which was then externally validated using the validation *** A total of 372 patients were included in this study,comprising 248 individuals in the development cohort and 124 individuals in the validation *** on Cox analysis results,our final prediction model incorporated five independent risk factors including albumin levels,primary tumor size,presence of extrahepatic metastases,surgical treatment status,and chemotherapy *** 1-,3-,and 5-years Area Under the Curve values in the development cohort are 0.753,0.859,and 0.909,respectively;whereas in the validation cohort,they are observed to be 0.772,0.848,and ***,th

In 2022,the Pakistan witnessed the hottest spring and wettest summer in *** devastating floods inundated a large portion of Pakistan and caused enormous ***,the primary water source and its contributions to these unprecedented floods remain *** on the reservoir inflow measurements,Multi-Source Weighted-Ensemble Precipitation(MSWEP),the fifth generation ECMWF atmospheric reanalysis(ERA5)products,this study quantified the contributions of monsoon precipitation,antecedent snow-melts,and orographic precipitation enhancement to floods in *** found that the Indus experienced at least four inflow up-rushes,which was mainly supplied by precipitation and snowmelt;In upper Indus,abnormally high temperature continued to influence the whole summer and lead to large amounts of snowmelts which not only was a key water supply to the flood but also provided favorable soil moisture conditions for the latter *** July,the snowmelt has higher contributions than the precipitation to the streamflow of Indus River,with contribution value of more than 60%.Moreover,the snowmelt could still supply 20%-40%water to the lower Indus in July and August;The leading driver of 2022 mega-floods over the southern Pakistan in July and August was dominated by the precipitation,where terrain disturbance induced precipitation account to approximately 33%over the southern *** results help to understand the mechanisms of flood formation,and to better predict future flood risks over complex terrain regions.

Mutagenesis of Arachidonic Acid-producing Mortierella Isabellina and Analyses of Δ~6-desaturase Role by qPCR

Arachidonic acid （AA or ARA）, an essential to-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid （PUFA）, can be produced by Mortierella isabellina. Mutagenesis on Mortierella isabellina As3.3410 was induced to raise ARA production. The mutant strain of YZ-124 had the highest ARA of 4.72 g. L-1, which was 5.5 times higher than that of the original strain 3.3410. mRNA expression level of △ 6- desaturase was determined in five different kinds of ARA-producing Mortierella isabellina after cultured for 7 days, and in the mutant strain YZ-124 over a 3-8 day time-course. In addition, the desaturase activity and ARA content were measured at the selected time points. The lowest expression of △6-desaturase was observed in the original strain and the highest expression in the mutant strain YZ-124, which increased with increasing time in culture. Furthermore, a positive correlation was observed between the expression levels of △6-desaturase and ARA content. Based on this, △6-desaturase played a significant role in ARA synthesis pathway in Mortierella isabellina.

全腔静脉肺动脉吻合术(TCPC)主要用于治疗功能性单心室等紫绀型复杂先天性心脏病，其手术目的是将体循环静脉血不经过右心室直接引流入肺动脉，从而在生理上恢复正常血流。目前以心外管道全腔静脉肺动脉吻合术(ECTCPC)为最佳方式。研究表明，此术式若在非体外循环下完成则可取得更满意的临床效果。我院从2000年5月至2004年3月共完成非体外循环下全腔静脉肺动脉吻合术16例，现将手术配合经验报告如下。

采用小梁试件进行三分点加载弯曲疲劳试验,研究了不同应变水平、不同再生料(Recycled Asphalt Pavement简称RAP)掺量下沥青路面冷再生混合料的抗疲劳性能,揭示了冷再生混合料的疲劳变化规律,同时建立了疲劳方程。研究结果表明随着RAP掺量增加冷再生混合料的疲劳寿命提高,再生混合料的疲劳敏感程度降低;同一应变水平下泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的疲劳寿命大于乳化沥青冷再生混合料的疲劳寿命。
