Understanding the bioelectrical properties of bone tissue is key to developing new treatment strategies for bone diseases and injuries,as well as improving the design and fabrication of scaffold implants for bone tissue *** bioelectrical properties of bone tissue can be attributed to the interaction of its various cell lineages(osteocyte,osteoblast and osteoclast)with the surrounding extracellular matrix,in the presence of various biomechanical stimuli arising from routine physical activities;and is best described as a combination and overlap of dielectric,piezoelectric,pyroelectric and ferroelectric properties,together with streaming potential and *** is close interdependence and interaction of the various electroactive and electrosensitive components of bone tissue,including cell membrane potential,voltage-gated ion channels,intracellular signaling pathways,and cell surface receptors,together with various matrix components such as collagen,hydroxyapatite,proteoglycans and *** is the remarkably complex web of interactive cross-talk between the organic and non-organic components of bone that define its electrophysiological properties,which in turn exerts a profound influence on its metabolism,homeostasis and regeneration in health and *** has spurred increasing interest in application of electroactive scaffolds in bone tissue engineering,to recapitulate the natural electrophysiological microenvironment of healthy bone tissue to facilitate bone defect repair.

Heterostructure engineering of MoS_(2)/Mo_(2)CT_(x) nanoarray via molten salt synthesis for enhanced hydrogen evolution reaction

Two-dimensional layered transition metal carbides(MXenes),have huge potential advantage for applications in hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).However,the hindered hydrogen evolution at large current densities and the instability of MXenes during HER remains major ***,we report the MoS_(2)/Mo_(2)CT_(x) nanoarray with aerophobic structure via molten salt *** situ vertical distribution of MoS_(2)nanoarray on the surface of Mo_(2)CT_(x) accelerates hydrogen gas release from the electrode,exhibiting significantly enhanced catalytic activity and stability to bare MoS_(2)and Mo_(2)CT_(x).The MoS_(2)/Mo_(2)CT_(x) nanoarray possesses excellent stability at100 mA/cm^(2)for 100 h with only 3%overpotential *** work provides guidance for developing high-stability MXene-based catalysts by virtue of in situ bonding between nanoarray and MXene.

Preparation of TiO_(2) Supported Mxene Catalyst for High Efficiency Hydrogen Production

We studied a method to prepare a novel titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))composite photocatalyst,starting from improving the separation efficiency of photogenerated electrons and *** TiO_(2)microspheres were prepared by sol-gel method and loaded onto Ti3C2Tx(Mxene).The high electrical conductivity of Mxene was utilized to transfer photogenerated electrons quickly and effectively prevent their *** adjusting the addition amount of Mxene,the hydrogen production efficiency of the sample was greatly improved,and the maximum efficiency reached 135.2μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),which was twice that of pure TiO_(2).The nanocomposites were characterized by XRD,PL,TEM and SEM analysis and electrochemical methods,and the test proved that the improvement of hydrogen production efficiency was caused by the improvement of the separation efficiency of photogenerated electrons and *** work demonstrates the application of Mxene as a catalyst to improve efficiency and broadens the application prospects of Mxene.

This paper deals with the problem of non-fragile linear parameter-varying（LPV） H_∞ control for morphing aircraft with asynchronous *** switched LPV model of morphing aircraft is established by Jacobian linearization approach according to the nonlinear *** data missing is taken into account in the link from sensors to controllers and the link from controllers to actuators,which satisfies Bernoulli *** non-fragile switched LPV controllers are constructed with consideration of the uncertainties of controllers and asynchronous switching *** parameter-dependent Lyapunov functional method and mode-dependent average dwell time（MDADT） method are combined to guarantee the stability and prescribed performance of the *** sufficient conditions on the solvability of the problem are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities（LMI）.In order to achieve higher efficiency of the designing process,an algorithm is applied to divide the whole set into subsets *** results are provided to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the method in the paper.

Research and development of hydrocracking catalysts and technologies in China

Hydrocracking of petroleum feedstock represents a compelling route for the production of industrial clean fuels, which has triggered the continuous research and development of core technology related areas such as catalysts, reaction engineering and engineering design. This review particularly focuses on the research and development of catalysts and catalytic processes for hydrocracking of petroleum feedstock in China. Hydroprocessing technologies of China keep pace with the up-todate progress of the world, and some of the technologies have achieved leading role in the world. It is noted that China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation has a full range of hydroprocessing technologies and provides corresponding tailor-made catalysts. Through the efforts of several generations, 20 categories of the catalysts including more than 60 brands have been developed, among which more than 40 brands have been successfully applied for more than 130 times. Importantly, the pivotal technical improvements including the deep drawing vacuum gas-oil (VGO) and de-asphalting oil hydrocracking technology to improve material adaptability, the high value-added hydrogenation technology to convert high aromatic diesel conversion to naphtha, the hydrocracking technology using VGO-catalytic diesel blends, the Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals' diesel to gasoline and diesel hydrocracking technologies, and the Sheer hydrocracking technology to reduce energy are reviewed.

Adaptive augmentation of gain-scheduled controller for aerospace vehicles

This paper proposes an adaptive augmentation control design approach of the gain-scheduled *** extension is motivated by the need for augmentation of the baseline gainscheduled *** proposed approach can be utilized to design flight control systems for advanced aerospace vehicles with a large parameter *** flight dynamics within the flight envelope is described by a switched nonlinear system,which is essentially a switched polytopic system with *** flight control system consists of a baseline gain-scheduled controller and a model reference adaptive augmentation controller,while the latter can recover the nominal performance of the gainscheduled controlled system under large *** the multiple Lyapunov functions method,it is proved that the switched nonlinear system is uniformly ultimately *** validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach,this approach is applied to a generic hypersonic vehicle,and the simulation results show that the system output tracks the command signal well even when large uncertainties exist.

The nutritional composition and digestion of plants foraged by red deer(Cervus elaphus xanthopygus) in northeast China

We studied species of plants foraged by red deer in the Muling forest region of northeastern China during January 2014 and 2015. We focused on nutritional composition, energy content, and the digestibility of these plants. Crude protein content varied by plant *** crude protein content was 7.5 ± 1.7% of dry matter, ranging from 4.5 to 10.3%. Crude lipid content did not vary by species and averaged 7 ± 1.5%(range5.4–9.8%). Non-fiber carbohydrate(NFC) and neutral detergent fiber(NDF) content varied broadly with average values being 20.1 ± 4.8%(range 13.5–28.8%) and64.7 ± 5.9%(range 53.5–71.8%), respectively. Energy content ranged from 16.7 to 19.7 k J/g. Average dry matter digestibility(DMD) was 46.1 ± 4.8%, with a range from38.7 to 54.6%. Only three plants, Saussurea manshurica,Aralia elata and Equisetum hyemale exhibited DMD [ 50%. NFC content explained most of the variation in energy content(r = 0.451). In contrast, energy content was inversely related to NDF(r =-0.443). There was no correlation between crude protein, crude lipid, and energy content(r= 0.004, r=-0.190). S. manshurica,A. elata and E. hyemale had higher NFC and lower NDF content. Thus, these species offered the greatest nutritional value for wintering red deer in the study area. Along with high CP and NFC content, Taxus cuspidate also had high lignin content, and was thus, considered a good forage species for red deer.

Boosting the Activity and Stability of the Photoreduction of Diluted CO_(2) by Copper Oxide Decorated CeO_(2) Hetero-shells

Inspired by the natural photosynthesis systems,the integrated harnessing and conversion of CO_(2) present a promising solution for addressing the ever-rising global atmospheric concentration of CO_(2).Hollow multi-shelled structured(HoMS)photocatalysts,featuring alternating shells and cavities,have recently gained recognition as efficient nano-reactors for capturing CO_(2) molecules and facilitating effective photoreduction within these hierarchical structures,leveraging the preeminent enrichment *** this work,to augment the photocatalytic efficacy of HoMS in CO_(2) treatment,highly dispersed Cu_(x)O nanoparticles(NPs)were incorporated on the CeO2 shells through a polymer-assisted impregnation method to create more active sites and strengthen the interaction between the hetero-shells and CO_(2) *** photoreduction of the CO_(2)-to-CO rate under a diluted CO_(2)(15%,volume fraction)atmosphere is improved by the introduction of Cu_(x)O NPs,with the highest CO yielding rate reaching 120µmol·h^(−1)·g^(−1) without any sacrificial *** comparison experiments and theoretical calculations reveal that the Cu_(x)O NPs promote the adsorption of CO_(2) molecules in HoMS,accelerate the charge transfer efficiency,and stabilize the surface oxygen vacancies(Ovs)during the photoreduction CO_(2) conversion *** hope these easy-to-prepare HoMS nanoreactors can contribute to the effective enrichment and valorization of CO_(2) in industrial exhaust gases.
