889例男性患者人乳头瘤病毒的感染分型及分布特点

目的了解当地男性患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况。方法采用荧光定量PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction)法对男性患者外生殖器表面刮擦物进行HPV 23种分型检测及结果分析。结果889例男性标本中,238例检测为阳性(26.77%)。感染率最高的亚型依次是HPV6(6.64%)、16(4.05%)、11(3.26%)、58(3.03%)和52(2.47%)。HPV感染以单一感染为主,多重感染以高低混合型感染为主,高-低危组间阳性率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。就诊人群中,21~30岁和31~40岁年龄段的就诊人数和感染人数最多;按年龄分组后,阳性检出率在20岁以下年龄组最高(43.75%),50岁以上次之(34.09%),不同年龄组间阳性检出率和高-低危阳性检出率均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。对比泌尿外科和皮肤科患者HPV感染的分型与分布特点,两科室间均无明显差异。结论门诊男性患者HPV阳性率为26.77%,以HPV6、16、11、58、52亚型为主,不同年龄阶段的感染情况不同,需重视男性外生殖器HPV的筛查和预防。

Biomarkers indicate changes associated with disease. Blood is relatively stable due to the homeostatic mechanisms of the body;however, urine accumulates metabolites from changes in the body, making it a better source for early biomarker discovery. The Li ethnic group is a unique minority ethnic group that has only lived on Hainan Island for approximately 5,000 years. Studies have shown that various specific genetic variations are different between the Li and Han ethnic groups. However, whether the urinary proteome between these two ethnic groups is significantly different remains unknown. In this study, differential urinary proteins were identified in the Li and Han ethnic groups using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).In total, 1,555 urinary proteins were identified. Twenty-five of the urinary proteins were statistically significantly different, 16 of which have been previously reported to be biomarkers of many diseases, and that these significantly different proteins were caused by ethnic differences rather than random differences. Ethnic group differences may be an influencing factor in urine proteome studies and should be considered when human urine samples are used for biomarker discovery.

Biomarker is the change associated with the disease. Blood is relatively stable because of the homeostatic mechanisms of the body. However, urine accumulates changes of the body, which makes it a better early biomarker source. Liver fibrosis is a reversible pathological condition, whereas cirrhosis, the end-stage of liver fibrosis, is irreversible. Consequently, noninvasive early biomarkers for fibrosis are desperately needed. In this study, differential urinary proteins were identified in the thioacetamide liver fibrosis rat model using tandem mass tagging and two-dimensional liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. A total of 766 urinary proteins were identified, 143 and 118 of which were significantly changed in the TAA 1-week and3-week groups, respectively. Multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)-targeted proteomics was used to further validate the abundant differentially expressed proteins. A total of 40 urinary proteins were statistically significant, 15 of which had been previously reported as biomarkers of liver fibrosis, cirrhosis or other related diseases and 10 of which had been reported to be associated with the pathology and mechanism of liver fibrosis. These differential proteins were detected in urine before the alanine aminotransferase and aspartate transaminase changes in the serum and before fibrosis was observed upon hematoxylin and eosin(HE) and Masson's staining.

Dear Editor, Gliomas are the most frequent primary tumors of the central nervous system, accounting for more than 60% of all brain tumors （Wang and Bettegowda, 2015）. Among them, glio-blastoma multiforme （GBM） is the most common aggressive glioma, and the average survival rate remains low （Chen et al., 2015）. The standard combination of surgery and radio-therapy or chemotherapy can only extend the progression-free survival time for 12-18 months, with a high risk of re-currence （Li et al., 2008）. In addition, the incidence of GBM has increased annually by 1%-2% in the past years （Louis et al., 2007）. Therefore, a precise early diagnosis of GBM is crucial for the early determination of appropriate therapeutic strategies.

Aim:Looking for early candidate biomarkers from urine of astrocytoma rats Method:C6 cells were injected into Wistar rats brain as astrocytoma model. Urine samples were collected at day 2, day 6, day 10 and day 13 after injection, and the urinary proteomes were analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Results:On the 10 th day, lesions appeared in magnetic resonance imaging. On the 13 th day, clinical symptoms started. But differential urinary proteins were changed with the development of the astrocytoma, and can provide clues even on the 2 nd and 6 th day. Twenty seven differential proteins with human orthologs had been reported to associate with astrocytoma. Conclusions:A panel of differential urinary proteins may provide sensitive early biomarkers for the early diagnose of astrocytoma.

The search for magnetic topological materials has been at the forefront of condensed matter research for their potential to host exotic states such as axion insulators, magnetic Weyl semimetals, Chern insulators,etc. To date, the MnBi2nTe3n+1family is the only group of materials showcasing van der Waals-layered structures, intrinsic magnetism and non-trivial band topology without trivial bands at the Fermi level. The interplay between magnetism and band topology in this family has led to the proposal of various topological phenomena, including the quantum anomalous Hall effect, quantum spin Hall effect and quantum magnetoelectric effect. Among these, the quantum anomalous Hall effect has been experimentally observed at record-high temperatures, highlighting the unprecedented potential of this family of materials in fundamental science and technological innovation. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review of the research progress in this intrinsic magnetic topological insulator family, with a focus on single-crystal growth, characterization of chemical disorder, manipulation of magnetism through chemical substitution and external pressure, and important questions that remain to be conclusively answered.

Establishing a quantitative relationship between modern pollen and vegetation remains a pivotal but intricate pursuit within the field of Quaternary *** R-value,a well-established and traditional metric characterized by its simplicity and direct applicability,serves to calibrate the nonlinear disparities between surface pollen and modern *** study entails the construction of a comprehensive pollen R-value dataset for China derived from R-values published between 1987 and *** dataset,compiled after rigorous screening,calibration,and standardization processes,encompasses 898 modern pollen sampling sites and 2115 pollen R-value data entries,encapsulating 152 pollen taxa spanning 65 families and 113 *** the extracted R-values yielded the following insights:(1)A macrospatial analysis validates previously established knowledge at a site-specific ***,pollen R-value variations across China are statistically *** two-thirds of pollen taxa exhibit underrepresentation(e.g.,Taxodiaceae,Corylus,nitraria,Tamarix,Cyperaceae,Poaceae,and Fabaceae),while the remaining one-third display overrepresentation(e.g.,Pinus,Picea,Betula,Ephedra,Chenopodiaceae,and Artemisia).The degree of underrepresentation surpasses that of overrepresentation,and the representation patterns of Castanea,Quercus,Polygonaceae,and Asteraceae are contingent upon vegetation types.(2)Pollen R-values follow distinct spatial distribution patterns within *** the woody vegetation region of eastern China,R-values progressively decline from north to south,correlating with rising temperatures and ***,in herbaceous vegetation regions of northern and western China,R-values decrease from east to west and from northeast to southwest,corresponding to increased ***,pollen R-values manifest variation contingent on pollen taxa,vegetation types,and climatic regions,even differing for the same taxa across varying

Clean air actions （CAAs） in China have been linked to considerable benefits in public ***,whether the beneficial effects of CAAs are equally distributed geographically is *** high-resolution maps of the distributions of major air pollutants (fine particulate matter[PM2.5]and ozone[O3]) and population,we aimed to track spatiotemporal changes in health impacts from,and geographic inequality embedded in,the reduced exposures to PM2.5and O3from 2013 to *** used a method established by the Global Burden of Diseases *** analyzing the changes in loss of life expectancy（LLE） attributable to PM2.5and O3,we calculated the gain of life expectancy （GLE） to quantify the health benefits of the air-quality ***,we assessed the geographic inequality embedded in the GLE using the Gini index （GI）.Based on risk assessments of PM2.5and O3,during the first stage of CAAs（2013 to 2017）,the mean GLE was 1.87 *** of the sum of the GLE was disproportionally distributed in about one quarter of the population exposed （GI 0.44）.During the second stage of CAAs（2017 to 2020）,the mean GLE increased to 3.94 months and geographic inequality decreased （GI 0.18）.According to our assessments,CAAs were enhanced,from the first to second stages,in terms of not only preventing premature mortality but also ameliorating health *** enhancements were related to increased sensitivity to the health effects of air pollution and synergic control of PM2.5and *** findings will contribute to optimizing future CAAs.

Inspired by the excellent adhesion performances of setae structure from organisms,micro/nano-pillar array has become one of the paradigms for adhesive *** micropillar arrays are composed of the resin pillars for adhesion and the substrate with different elastic modulus for *** stress singularity at the bi-material corner between the pillars and the substrate can induce the failure of the micropillar-substrate corner and further hinder the fabrication and application of micropillar arrays,yet the design for the stability of the micropillar array lacks systematical and quantitative *** this work,we develop a semi-analytical method to provide the full expressions for the stress distribution within the bi-material corner combining analytical derivations and numerical *** predictions for the stress within the singularity field can be obtained based on the full expressions of the *** good agreement between the predictions and the FEM results demonstrates the high reliability of our *** adopting the strain energy density factor approach,the stability of the pillar-substrate corner is assessed by predicting the failure at the *** the elastic mismatch between the pillar and substrate given in this paper,the stability can be improved by increasing the ratio of the shear modulus of the substrate to that of the *** study provides accurate predictions for the stress distribution at the bi-material corner and can guide the optimization of material combinations of the pillars and the substrate for more stable bioinspired dry adhesives.
