The Sapindaceae family,encompassing a wide range of plant forms such as herbs,vines,shrubs,and trees,is widely distributed across tropical and subtropical *** family includes economically important crops like litchi,longan,rambutan,and *** the wide application of genomic technologies in recent years,several Sapindaceae plant genomes have been decoded,leading to an accumulation of substantial omics data in this *** surge in data highlights the pressing need for a unified genomic data center capable of storing,sharing,and analyzing these ***,we introduced SapBase,that is,the Sapindaceae Genome *** houses seven published plant genomes alongside their corresponding gene structure and functional annotations,small RNA annotations,gene expression profiles,gene pathways,and synteny block *** offers user-friendly features for gene information mining,co-expression analysis,and interspecies comparative genomic ***,we showcased SapBase's extensive capacities through a detailed bioinformatic analysis of a MYB gene in ***,Sap Base could serve as an integrative genomic resource and analysis platform for the scientific exploration of Sapinaceae species and their comparative studies with other plants.

基于软边界实时监控的工业机器人轨迹规划算法

针对当前机器人的运动情况复杂化、高速化,为保障运动时的安全性,提出一种基于任务空间约束的机器人轨迹规划算法。为分析任务空间约束对工业机器人轨迹规划的影响,采用DH参数法建立机器人模型,通过矩阵连乘得到运动学正解,获得基于机器人基坐标系的机器人末端位姿;通过代数法求解机器人逆运动学模型,得到机器人当前位姿下的各关节角度。人为设定软边界,并以圆弧轨迹为例,采用反向前瞻正向规划的方法对机器人末端进行速度规划。通过MATLAB仿真分析,对比无边界约束下的机器人轨迹规划算法和基于软边界实时监控的工业机器人轨迹规划算法对末端速度的影响。结果表明:在考虑软边界实时监控的情况下,机器人末端速度能够得到及时调整,在边界前平稳减速并停止,对优化工业机器人任务空间的轨迹规划算法具有参考意义。

目的:探讨经自然腔道取标本手术治疗直肠脱垂的应用价值及近期疗效分析。方法:回顾分析2019年1月至2023年3月收治的41例直肠脱垂患者的临床资料。其中15例行经自然腔道取标本手术(观察组),26例行传统腹腔镜手术(对照组)。对比分析两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后疼痛评分、术后并发症及复发率,评估肛门括约肌功能、Wexner肛门失禁评分及便秘评分。结果:观察组与对照组术中出血量差异无统计学意义[48(42,50)mL vs. 47(45,50)mL,P>0.05],手术时间[(147.20±5.51)min vs.(132.61±5.88)min]、住院时间[7(6,8)d vs.12(10,13)d]、术后疼痛评分[2(1,3)分vs.5(4,6)分]差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组发生3例腹壁辅助切口脂肪液化。术后无围手术期死亡,随访6个月无复发病例。结论:经自然腔道取标本手术应用于直肠脱垂的治疗安全、可行,具有康复快、术后疼痛轻、便秘与肛门失禁明显改善、复发率低的优点,值得临床推广应用。

针对无序、采样不均匀以及存在相互遮挡的工件点云分割效果不佳的问题,提出一种多尺度自适应通道维度注意力点云分割网络(PointECA)。该算法中的多尺度特征提取模块能够较好地融合不同尺度的局部邻域特征,得到较为丰富的全局特征信息;自适应性通道注意力模块能够对不同尺度局部特征的通道维度交互学习,实现较好的语义分割效果。此外,制作了用于语义分割实验的Workpieces数据集。大量实验数据表明:PointECA在无序且有相互遮挡场景下,对工件部件分割的平均交并比达到了95.42%,能够为无序工件的快速分拣提供较好的条件。

经鼻插入肠梗阻导管联合NOSES微创治疗梗阻性结直肠癌的研究

目的观察经鼻插入肠梗阻导管联合经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)对梗阻性结直肠癌(OCRC)的临床治疗效果.方法前瞻性收集中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院普通外科2021年6月至2023年8月OCRC 46例患者的临床资料,观察组23例应用经鼻插入型肠梗阻导管联合NOSES手术治疗,对照组23例应用肠道支架联合腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组围术期相关指标,分析对OCRC的治疗效果.结果观察组23例完成肠梗阻导管置入,对照组21例完成支架置入,观察组置入成功率(100%vs.91.3%)虽高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(x2=0.523,P=0.470).其中观察组2例无效,对照组1例无效,两组缓解率(91.3%vs.95.2%)的差异无统计学意义(x2=0,P=1.000).观察组在肠梗阻导管置入的操作时间(t=-8.064,P<0.001)及植入后并发症(P=0.044)方面要优于对照组.在症状缓解时间(t=4.530,P<0.001)及排气/排便时间(t=14.115,P<0.001)方面观察组劣于对照组.观察组3例术中改行传统腹腔镜手术,其中1例加做预防性回肠造口,余18例顺利完成NOSES手术,NOSES手术完成率85.7%;对照组19例均完成腹腔镜手术,手术完成率100%,其中6例加做预防性回肠造口,两组Ⅰ期吻合率均为100%.在术前准备时间(t=-4.559,P<0.001)、造口率(P=0.040)、术后首次排气时间(t=-3.833,P=0.001)、术后住院时间(t=-2.049,P=0.048)和住院费用(t=-4.787,P<0.001)方面观察组要优于对照组.在手术时间(t=-1.682,P=0.105)、出血量(t=-1.815,P=0.078)、淋巴结清扫数目(t=-1.890,P=0.070)、术后并发症(x2=0.223,P=0.637)方面两组差异无统计学意义.结论经鼻插入型肠梗阻导管能有效缓解OCRC症状,避免支架弊端,同时联合NOSES手术是安全的,使OCRC的治疗更加经济、微创.

Paeoniflorin ameliorates chronic colitis via the DR3 signaling pathway in group 3 innate lymphoid cells

Inhibiting the death receptor 3(DR3)signaling pathway in group 3 innate lymphoid cells(ILC3s)presents a promising approach for promoting mucosal repair in individuals with ulcerative colitis(UC).Paeoniflorin,a prominent component of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.,has demonstrated the ability to restore barrier function in UC mice,but the precise mechanism remains *** this study,we aimed to delve into whether paeoniflorin may promote intestinal mucosal repair in chronic colitis by inhibiting DR3 signaling in ILC3s.C57BL/6 mice were subjected to random allocation into 7 distinct groups,namely the control group,the 2%dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)group,the paeoniflorin groups(25,50,and 100 mg/kg),the anti-tumor necrosis factor-like ligand 1A(anti-TL1A)antibody group,and the IgG *** detected the expression of DR3 signaling pathway proteins and the proportion of ILC3s in the mouse colon using Western blot and flow cytometry,***,DR3-overexpressing MNK-3 cells and 2%DSS-induced Rag1^(-/-)mice were used for *** results showed that paeoniflorin alleviated DSS-induced chronic colitis and repaired the intestinal mucosal ***,paeoniflorin inhibited the DR3 signaling pathway in ILC3s and regulated the content of cytokines(interleukin-17A,granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor,and interleukin-22).Alternatively,paeoniflorin directly inhibited the DR3 signaling pathway in ILC3s to repair mucosal damage independently of the adaptive immune *** additionally confirmed that paeoniflorin-conditioned medium(CM)restored the expression of tight junctions in Caco-2 cells via *** conclusion,paeoniflorin ameliorates chronic colitis by enhancing the intestinal barrier in an ILC3-dependent manner,and its mechanism is associated with the inhibition of the DR3 signaling pathway.

Global existence and large-time behavior for primitive equations with the free boundary

In the present paper, the primitive equations, which can be used to simulate the large-scale motion of the ocean and atmosphere, are considered in the three-dimensional domain bounded below by a fixed solid boundary and above by a free-moving boundary. The global existence and uniqueness of strong solutions are established, and the long-time convergence to the equilibrium state is shown to be either at an exponential rate for the horizontal periodic domain or at an algebraic rate for the horizontal whole space.

Reliability Assessment of a New General Matching Composed Network

The reliability of a network is an important indicator for maintaining communication and ensuring its stable operation. Therefore, the assessment of reliability in underlying interconnection networks has become an increasingly important research issue. However, at present, the reliability assessment of many interconnected networks is not yet accurate,which inevitably weakens their fault tolerance and diagnostic capabilities. To improve network reliability,researchers have proposed various methods and strategies for precise assessment. This paper introduces a novel family of interconnection networks called general matching composed networks(gMCNs), which is based on the common characteristics of network topology structure. After analyzing the topological properties of gMCNs, we establish a relationship between super connectivity and conditional diagnosability of gMCNs. Furthermore, we assess the reliability of g MCNs, and determine the conditional diagnosability of many interconnection networks.

Analysis and experimental study on resistance-increasing behavior of composite high efficiency autonomous inflow control device

Bottom water coning is the main reason to reduce the recovery of horizontal bottom water reservoir. By water coning, we mean the oil-water interface changes from a horizontal state to a mound-shaped cone and breaks through to the wellbore. Autonomous inflow control device(AICD) is an important instrument maintain normal production after bottom water coning, however, the resistance increasing ability of the swirl type AICD is insufficient at present, which seriously affects the water control effect. Aiming this problem, this paper designs a multi-stage resistance-increasing and composite type AICD. The separation mechanism of oil-water two phases in this structure, the resistance form of oil-water single phase and the resistance-increasing principle of water phase are analyzed. Establishing the dual-phase multi-stage separation and resistance-increasing model, and verified by measuring the throttling pressure drop and oil-water volume fraction of the AICD, it is found that the composite type AICD has the effect of ICD and AICD at the same time, which can balance the production rate of each well section at the initial stage of production, delay the occurrence of bottom water coning. In the middle and later stages of production, water-blocking can be effectively increased to achieve water control and stable *** structural sensitivity analysis, the influence law of various structural parameters on the water control performance of composite AICD was obtained. The simulation calculation results show that,compared with the existing swirl type AICD, composite AICD has higher sensitivity to moisture content,the water phase throttling pressure drop is increased by 4.5 times on average. The composite AICD is suitable for the entire stage of horizontal well production.
