Polysaccharides are the important biologically active components found in the peel of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.(DTTP).The influences of 4 extraction methods,namely hot water extraction(w),acidic extraction(HA),hot-compressed water extraction(HCw)and enzyme-assisted extraction(EAE),on the yields,physicochemical properties,hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities of polysaccharides from DTTP were studied and *** these DTTP polysaccharides,DTTP-HA was outstanding in several ***-HA was the most water soluble;it had the highest total carbohydrate content(85.08%),the highest uronic acid(13.20%)and the highest thermal ***-HA and DTTP-w possessed a triple-helix *** 4 kinds of polysaccharides have the same types of monosaccharides,but in different molar *** method had a significant impact on the microstructures of the extracted ***-HA exhibited irregular structure with many *** the 4 extracted methods,the DTTP-HA and DTTP-w initially exhibited higher hypoglycemic and antioxidant *** better bioactivities of DTTP-HA may be related to the above *** findings indicated that acid extraction is an effective method to extract polysaccharides with high biological activities from DTTP.

Responses of Yellow Sea Cold water Mass to Typhoon Bolaven

A two-month seabed-mounted observation(YSG1 area) was carried out in the western Yellow Sea Cold water Mass(YSCwM) using an RDI-300 K acoustic Doppler current profiler(ADCP) placed at a water depth of 38 m in late summer, 2012. On August 2012, Typhoon Bolaven passed east of YSG1 with a maximum wind speed of 20 m s-1. The water depth, bottom temperature, and profile current velocities(including u, v and w components) were measured, and the results showed that the typhoon could induce horizontal current with speed greater than 70 cm s-1 in the water column, which is especially rare at below 20 meters above bottom(mab). The deepening velocity shear layer had an intense shear velocity of around 10 cm s-1 m-1, which indicated the deepening of the upper mixed layer. In the upper water column(above 20 mab), westward de-tide current with velocity greater than 30 cm s-1 was generated with the typhoon's onshore surge, and the direction of current movement shifted to become southward. In the lower water column, a possible pattern of eastward compensation current and delayed typhoon-driven current was demonstrated. During the typhoon, bottom temperature variation was changed into diurnal pattern because of the combined influence of typhoon and tidal current. The passage of Bolaven greatly intensified local sediment resuspension in the bottom layer. In addition, low-density particles constituted the suspended particulate matter(SPM) around 10 mab, which may be transported from the central South Yellow Sea by the typhoon. Overall, the intensive external force of the Typhoon Bolaven did not completely destroy the local thermocline, and most re-suspended sediments during the typhoon were restricted within the YSCwM.

目的探讨贝伐珠单抗联合免疫治疗对非鳞非小细胞肺癌(NSNSCLC)患者疾病控制、血清肿瘤标志物水平和生存质量的影响。方法将100例NSNSCLC患者,按照简单随机化法分为联合组和单一组,各50例。单一组患者给予免疫治疗(纳武利尤单抗),联合组患者给予贝伐珠单抗联合免疫治疗。比较两组患者疾病控制情况,比较治疗前后两组患者血清肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原50(CA50)、糖类抗原125(CA125)]、血清生长因子[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))]水平、卡氏评分(KPS)、肺癌患者生存质量测定量表(FACT-L)评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组患者的疾病控制率高于单一组(P0.05)。结论NSNSCLC患者采用贝伐珠单抗联合免疫治疗,临床效果和安全性良好,且可提高生活质量。

Influence of process parameters on band gap of Al-doped ZnO film

This paper presents the influence of process parameters, such as argon(Ar) flow rate, sputtering power and substrate temperature on the band gap of Al-doped ZnO film, Al-doped ZnO thin films were fabricated by radio frequency(RF) magnetron sputtering technology and deposited on polyimide and glass substrates. Under different Ar flow rates varied from 30 to 70 sccm, the band gap of thin films were changed from 3.56 to 3.67 *** sputtering power ranged from 125 to 200 w, the band gap was varied from 3.28 to 3.82 e V; the band gap was between 3.41 and 3.88 eV as substrate temperature increases from 150℃ to 300℃. Furthermore, the correlation between carrier concentration and band gap was investigated by HALL. These results demonstrate that the band gap of the Al-doped ZnO thin film can be adjusted by changing the Ar flow rate, sputtering power and substrate temperature, which can improve the performance of semiconductor devices related to Al-doped ZnO thin film.

The Aggregation Behavior and Formation of Nanoparticles of Oleoylchitosan in Dilute Aqueous Solution

Oleoylchitosans (O-chitosans) with different degrees of substitution (DS) were synthesized by reacting chitosan with oleoyl chloride. The chemical structures of the products were characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR. These results suggested the for- mation of an amide linkage between the amino groups of chitosan and the carboxyl groups of oleic acid. The viscosity of O-chitosan sharply increased with the increase of concentration, whereas that of unmodified chitosan rose only slightly. This increase became larger as the DS increased. All of the O-chitosans could reduce surface tension slightly. The critical aggregation concentration (CAC) of O-chitosans with DS 5%, 11%, and 27% were 79.43 mgL-1, 31.6 mgL-1, and 10 mgL-1, respectively. Nanoparticles were prepared using an O/w emulsification method. The mean diameters of the polymeric amphiphilic nanoparticles of O-chitosans with DS 5% and 11% were around 327.4 nm and 275.3 nm, respectively.

为探究不同水分条件下施磷肥对冬小麦光合及结实特性的调控效应,明确施磷调控光合生产力促进穗花发育成粒的机制,于2020—2022年设置3种水分处理(w0:重度干旱;w1:中度干旱;w2:正常水分)和2种磷肥处理(P0:不施磷;P1:施磷)的盆栽试验,以大穗型品种周麦16(V1)和多穗型品种豫麦49-198(V2)为试验材料,通过测定不同穗位(基部、中部和顶部)的可孕小花数、结实数以及叶片净光合速率、叶绿素、叶绿素荧光参数、蔗糖含量等,分析不同水分条件下磷素对两类型品种冬小麦光合及结实特性的影响。结果表明,施磷肥可以有效增加冬小麦开花期(w10时期)可孕小花数,尤其对基部穗位的可孕小花数提升效果最显著(13.74%—27.01%),其次是顶部(9.57%—20.19%),再次是中部(6.97%—14.01%)。对成熟期的结实粒数而言,施磷肥可以提高干旱胁迫下每穗的小穗数以及各小穗的结实数,进而显著提高每穗的结实粒数。此外,施磷肥可以有效提高两类型品种叶片净光合速率、叶绿素含量、光系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m))和实际光化学效率(Φ_(PSII));对蔗糖含量的影响因水分而异,干旱处理下增施磷肥降低了蔗糖含量,正常水分条件下则增加了蔗糖含量。将两类型品种光合指标分别与可孕小花数和穗粒数进行通径分析发现,5个光合指标与可孕小花数和穗粒数均呈正相关,其中净光合速率和蔗糖与可孕小花数的直接通径系数为1.001和0.435,与穗粒数的直接通径系数为0.996和0.626,远高于其他指标。最终,施磷通过增加穗数、穗粒数以及千粒重来显著增加产量,其中穗粒数在不同水分下均达到显著水平,穗数在w1和w2处理下显著,千粒重提升效果不显著。综上所述,在不同水分条件下施磷肥均可以通过调控冬小麦的光合性能提高其光合生产力,以维持正常的生理代谢功能,从而减少可孕小花的退化和败育以促进穗花成粒,最终达到缓解干旱胁迫危害以实现高产稳产的目的。研究结果为小麦生产中合理施用磷肥缓解干旱胁迫提供理论依据和技术支撑。

为识别地下水回补过程中磺胺类抗生素(SAs)的污染特征及风险水平,于2020—2021年分2期采集滹沱河补水沿线16口浅层监测井的地下水样品,采用固相萃取-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法,测定分析地下水中20种SAs的浓度水平及分布特征,并利用风险熵值法进行生态及人体健康风险评价。结果表明,地下水中SAs总体污染程度较低,回补初期地下水中共检出7种SAs,按检出率大小依次为磺胺甲恶唑(93.75%)、磺胺嘧啶(37.50%)、磺胺氯哒嗪(18.75%)、磺胺吡啶(18.75%)、磺胺甲氧嘧啶(6.25%)、磺胺脒(6.25%)、磺胺醋酰(6.25%),平均检出浓度最高的为磺胺嘧啶(29 ng/L)和磺胺甲恶唑(9.2 ng/L)。在优质南水北调水回补的混合稀释作用下,地下水中SAs检出率和检出浓度呈明显下降趋势。历史污水处理厂排放及农业畜禽养殖污染是造成局部区域下水中SAs污染的主要原因。地下水中磺胺甲恶唑和磺胺嘧啶在回补初期属于中等生态风险,且磺胺嘧啶对人体健康具有中等风险。回补后期各SAs评价均无明显生态风险和健康风险。
