In markets for beef and sheep meat,an appropriate level of intramuscular fat(IMF)is highly desirable for meat-eating quality,but strategies to improve it usually lead to an undesirable excess in carcase fat,presenting a major challenge to livestock *** solve this problem,we need to understand the partitioning of fat among the major fat depots:IMF,subcutaneous fat(SCF)and visceral fat(VF).In most genotypes of cattle and sheep,the rate of accretion is lower for IMF than for SCF and VF,so genetic selection for a high level of IMF,or the use of an increased dietary energy supply to promote IMF deposition,will increase overall fatness and feed *** the other hand,feeding postnatal calves with excessive concentrates promotes IMF deposition,so a nutritional strategy is *** genetic strategies,several problems arise:1)positive genetic correlations between IMF,SCF and VF differ among genotypes in both cattle and sheep;2)genotypes appear to have specific,characteristic rates of accretion of IMF during periods of growth and fattening;3)most breeds of cattle and sheep naturally produce meat with relatively low levels of IMF,but IMF does vary substantially among individuals and breeds so progress is possible through accurate measurement of ***,an essential prerequisite for se-lection will be knowledge of the genetic correlations and fat accretion rates for each ***,selection for IMF is based on existing technology that directly measures IMF in the progeny or siblings,or estimates IMF in live *** technology is needed to permit the simultaneous measurement of SCF and IMF in the field,thus opening up the possibility of accurate selection,particularly for fat partitioning in live ***,there would be great value in detecting individuals with an IMF advantage at an early age so the generation interval could be shortened and genetic gain *** gain would also be greatly aided if we could select for gen

本文研究了氚水在人非小细胞肺癌细胞A549中诱导辐射适应性反应及其高活度阈值,并进一步探究了Nrf2通路在氚水诱导适应性反应中的作用。设置7×103、1.4×104、2.1×104、2.8×104、3.5×104 Bq/mL五个梯度氚水活度(累计照射剂量为0.55~8.27 mGy),用氚水预处理A549细胞24 h,随后照射4 Gy X射线,用MTT检测细胞活力,显示较低活度(7×103和1.4×104 Bq/mL)氚水处理后可恢复4 Gy照射后A549细胞的细胞活力,具有适应性反应;而大于2.1×104 Bq/mL活度的氚水处理后,A549的细胞活力不再恢复,适应性反应消失,随着活度的增加,细胞活力进一步降低;鉴于1.4×104 Bq/mL的氚水诱导的适应性反应最为显著,因此,选用此活度氚水开展氧化水平的检测实验。结果显示,氚水可以显著降低X射线高剂量照射后胞内活性氧(ROS)水平,表明适应性反应受控于氧化水平;在氚水(1.4×104 Bq/mL)预处理细胞阶段加入Nrf2的抑制剂(ML385),可显著抑制氚水诱导的辐射抗性,表明抗氧化途径Nrf2参与了此过程。

Long-wavelength(>500 km)magnetic anomalies originating in the lithosphere were first found in satellite magnetic *** to the striking magnetic anomalies around the world,the long-wavelength magnetic anomalies in China and surrounding regions are relatively *** research on each of these anomalies has been quite inadequate;their geological origins remain unclear,in particular their connection to tectonic activity in the Chinese and surrounding *** focus on six magnetic high anomalies over the(1)Tarim Basin,(2)Sichuan Basin(3)Great Xing’an Range,(4)Barmer Basin,(5)Central Myanmar Basin,and(6)Sunda and Banda Arcs,and a striking magnetic low anomaly along the southern part of the Himalayan-Tibetan *** have analyzed their geological origins by reviewing related research and by detailed comparison with geological *** tectonic backgrounds for these anomalies belong to two cases:either ancient basin basement,or subduction-collision ***,the geological origins of large-scale regional magnetic anomalies are always subject to dispute,mainly because of limited surface exposure of sources,later tectonic destruction,and superposition of multi-phase events.

A solid oxygen carrier is usually applied in a chemical looping conversion process to transfer oxygen from the gaseous oxygen source to the fuel,which can avoid the direct contact of these two reactants and hence decrease the energy penalty of *** the solid oxygen carriers,iron-based oxygen carrier is an attractive option due to its inherent properties of low cost and *** processes such as chemical looping combustion(CLC),chemical looping gasification(CLG),chemical looping reforming(CLR),and chemical looping hydrogen generation(CLHG)have been proposed and investigated based on the iron-based oxygen *** this review,the relevant researches on the iron-based oxygen carrier are summarized,which include the characteristics of iron oxides,the preparations of the iron-based oxygen carrier based on the iron ores and some other low-cost iron contained materials,and their applications in the continuous operated chemical looping conversion *** is expected to provide a better understanding for the development and utilization of iron-based oxygen carrier in the practical chemical looping processes.

Scheme on Cross-Domain Identity Authentication Based on Group Signature for Cloud Computing

In the cloud computing, different cloud service providers are often in different trust domains. As the traditional identity authentication mode cannot be applied to the cloud computing, the cross-domain identity authentication mechanism is needed to solve the identity authentication problem in the cloud computing. In view of the security problems in cloud computing, a cross-domain identity authentication scheme based on group signature is proposed. This scheme introduces a group of cloud service providers and users who are located in different trust domains. Any member of the group can generate the signature on behalf of the whole group, making the user access the cloud service provider in the case of privacy security. At the same time, with traceability it can track illegal operation of illegal users. In addition, the scheme uses the Chinese Remainder Theorem to integrate the message, and it can control the length of the data in the calculation process, simplifying the calculation process. It also realizes the join and revocation of group members without changing the key of other legitimate group members, and the maintenance cost of authentication schemes is low. The results show that the scheme has the advantages of anonymity, anti-counterfeit, traceability, anti-joint attack and so on. It can not only realize tracking function under the condition of guaranteeing user's privacy, but can also simplify the authentication calculation process to improve the efficiency of the cross domain identity authentication, and its performance is more suitable for large-scale cloud computing environment.

为了探讨洋葱WRKY转录因子家族的功能,本研究基于洋葱全基因组和鳞茎不同发育时期的转录组数据,利用生物信息学方法筛选并鉴定到55个AcWRKY基因家族成员,其编码蛋白序列长度为144~683 aa,等电点为5.11~9.65,脂肪系数为47.14~77.24,均为亲水性蛋白。亚细胞定位预测结果表明,这55个AcWRKY蛋白都定位在细胞核中。进化树分析显示,洋葱WRKY家族基因分为GroupⅠ、GroupⅡ和GroupⅢ三大类,其中GroupⅡ组可进一步分为5个亚组,洋葱和拟南芥WRKY蛋白在各组中均有分布,推测相同组或亚组中洋葱与拟南芥的WRKY转录因子可能具有相似的功能。保守结构域分析发现,所有AcWRKYs均具有高度保守的WRKYGQK基序及其特有的锌指结构,少数成员存在保守结构域的变异。基因结构和保守基序分析结果显示,不同AcWRKY成员的外显子和motif在数量和分布上存在一定差异,同一组或亚组的成员表现出一定的相似性。转录组数据分析结果表明,绝大多数AcWRKYs基因直接或者间接参与了洋葱鳞茎的发育与形成。本研究结果可为深入研究AcWRKY基因在洋葱鳞茎形成中的机制提供参考。

The Luoyuan Bay,from where large number of Hydroidomedusae works were reported(Huang et al.,1989;Xu&Huang,1990,2006;Huang&Xu,1993,1994),is a semi-inclosed bay,connected to the west coast of northern part of Taiwan Strait,located in the northeast coast of Fujian Province(26°19′–26°31′N,119°30′–119°50′E).The work describes a new species of Hydroidomedusa,namely Euphysora luoyuanensis Xu,Huang&yang,***.,which was collected from the Luoyuan Bay and provides a key to worldwide medusa species of the genus Euphysora.
