Transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP)endows material with continuous work hardening ability,which is considered as a powerful weapon to break the strength-ductility tradeoff.However,FCC based alloys with TRIP effect can not get rid of the“soft”feature of the structure entirely,resulting in insufficient yield strength.Here,a Co_(x)Cr_(25)(AlFeNi)_(75-x) high-entropy alloy is designed.NiAl phase is used as strengthening component to improve yield strength,while TRIP effect ensures plasticity.Compared with the previous TRIP high-entropy alloy,its yield strength is nearly doubled,and the uniform elongation is more than 55%at room temperature.Furthermore,the corresponding multiphase microstructure evolution and deformation mechanisms are investigated.Significantly,stacking faults andΣ3 twin boundaries are confirmed to be the nucleation sites of HCP phase by HAADF-STEM.Ingenious composition design and proper heat treatment process make it a perfect combination of precipitation strengthening and transformationinduced plasticity,and thus guide design in the high-performance alloy.

Kinetic mechanism of copper extraction from methylchlorosilane slurry residue using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant

Copper was extracted from methylchlorosilane slurry residue by a direct hydrogen peroxide leaching method.A number of experimental parameters were analyzed to determine the extraction efficiency of copper.The extraction efficiency of copper reached 98.5%under the optimal leaching conditions,such as the hydrogen peroxide concentration of 1.875 mol·L^(-1),the leaching temperature of 323 K,the liquid–solid ratio of 20 ml·g^(-1),and the stirring speed of 300 r·min^(-1).The leaching kinetics of the copper extraction process was then described by the shrinking core model.There were two stages.The first stage was controlled by chemical reactions,while the second stage was controlled by interface transfer and product layer diffusion.The activation energy and kinetic control equations were determined,as well as an explanation of the leaching mechanism of copper extraction based on kinetic analysis and materials characterization.Copper resources can be recovered from the methylchlorosilane slurry residue efficiently and inexpensively with the methods used in this study.

FeCoxNiCuAl （x values in molar ratio, x=0.2, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 and 3） alloys were pre- pared using a suck-casting method. The effect of Co element on phase constituents, microstructure and mechanical properties of the FeCox NiCuA1 alloys was investigated using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy and com- pressive tests. It was found that the Co addition has a significant influence on the structure and properties of the FeCo^NiCuA1 alloys. The alloys have typical den- drite microstructure, and are composed of a simple fcc structure and bcc structure. The addition of Co promotes the formation of fcc phase in the alloys, retards the compressive strength and hardness of the alloys, and enhances the plasticity of the alloys.

Hypereutectic Al-17.5Si （wt pct） and Al-25Si （wt pct） alloys with various content of rare earth Er were prepared by conventional casting technique. The effect of Er on the microstructure and properties of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys was investigated using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy as well as friction and wear tests. It was found that optimal amount of Er exists in modifying the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys. An appropriate addition of Er improved the anti-wear properties, and reduced the friction coefficient of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys studied. The primary silicon crystals in the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys were refined with the suitable addition of Er element. The modification mechanism was also discussed in this paper.

针对FCC基TRIP高熵合金屈服强度较低的问题,设计并制备了Co_(x)Cr_(25)(AlFeNi)75-x合金体系,实现了B2相的沉淀强化与FCC-HCP形变诱导相变的协同.利用热力学模拟与实验相结合的方法,探究了Co含量对于合金体系组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:随着Co含量(原子数分数,下同)的增加,合金中析出的B2相逐渐减少,从而导致其屈服强度下降;Co_(45)Cr_(25)Al_(10)Fe_(10)Ni_(10)合金的屈服强度约为850 MPa,而Co_(57)Cr_(25)Al_(6)Fe_(6)Ni_(6)合金的屈服强度下降到不足500 MPa.此外,随着Co含量的增加,Co_(51)Cr_(25)Al_(8)Fe_(8)Ni_(8)和Co_(57)Cr_(25)Al_(6)Fe_(6)Ni_(6)合金在拉伸过程中均发生了形变诱导的FCC-HCP型马氏体相变,这使得它们拥有接近50%的良好塑性.

Crystallization of Pd_40Cu_30Ni_10P_20 bulk metallic glass with and without pressure

The glass-transition behavior of Pd40Cu30Ni10P20 bulk metallic glass was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） and X-ray powder diffraction （XRD）. The effect of pressure on the crystallization behavior of Pd40Cu30Ni10P20 bulk glass was studied by in situ high-pressure and high-temperature X-ray powder diffraction using synchrotron radiation. Phase analyses show at least six crystalline phases in the crystallized sample, namely, monoclinic, tetragonal CuaPd-like, rhombohedral, fcc-Ni2Pd2P, fcc-（Ni, Pd） solid solution, and body-centered tetragonal （bct） NiaP-like phases. The onset crystallization temperature increases with pressure having a slope of 1 1 K/GPa in the range of 0 to 4 GPa. The results are attributed to the competing process between the thermodynamic potential barrier and the diffusion activation energy under pressure.

To overcome the trade-off between the devisable micro structure and the excellent tensile ductility of bulk metallic glass composites(BMGCs),a novel ex-situ and in-situ hybrid strategy is successfully proposed to design a series of the work-hardenable ductile Ti-based multilayered BMGCs(ML-BMGCs).The asprepared ML-BMGCs,consisting of α-phases,β-phases and amorphous phases,exhibit a controllable multilayered structure of the Ti layers and the amorphous layers with alternative distribution.The size and volume fraction of the crystalline phases are tuned by Nb microalloying.It is found that the ML-BMGCs possess a suitable size and volume fraction of the crystalline phases when Nb microalloying content are5%(at.) or 8%(at.),and they obtain an optimum combination of the specific strength of 243 MPa g kg-1 or 216 MPa g kg-1,and tensile plasticity of 4.33%±0.1 % or 5.10%±0.1%.The deformation mechanism of the as-prepared ML-BMGCs during tension is also revealed.The ex-situ Ti layers and in-situ dendrites together effectively serve as absorbers to suppress the propagation of shear bands and multiply shear bands.And the defo rmation of ex-situ α-Ti phases by dislocation slip and the transformation from in-situ metastable β-Ti phase to orthorhombic α-Ti during tension impart significant work-hardening capability to the ML-B MGCs.The present study provides a guidance of developing novel high-performance BMGCs with a controllable micro structure.

由于铋元素密度较大,在工业硅碳热还原冶炼过程中容易沉淀,导致冶炼所得工业硅中杂质分布不均,质量下降,因此研究铋在碳热还原反应中的动力学行为,为工业硅冶炼中铋含量的控制提供理论指导具有重要意义。通过热重分析方法研究了不同碳质还原剂对铋氧化物(三氧化二铋)碳热还原的影响。结果表明,石油焦相较于石墨活性更高,石油焦作还原剂具有更好的还原性能。对不同温度下三氧化二铋还原熔炼产物进行了物相分析,其还原反应产物物相转变顺序为:Bi_(2)O_(3)→Bi_(2)O_(2.5)→Bi。通过热重分析法研究了不同升温速率下三氧化二铋碳热还原反应动力学,应用等转化率法、Kissinger法和Satava-Sesták法进行动力学分析,得到三氧化二铋碳热还原反应平均表观活化能E_(0)=142.41 kJ/mol,指前因子A_(0)=2.96×10^(9) s^(-1);反应机理属于相边界反应,对应的动力学方程微分形式为3(1—α)^(2/3)。

为了解决新型油料作物油莎豆排种器设计过程中种子物理参数不清及仿真参数与实际差异较大,造成模拟试验不准确,制约油莎豆排种器的发展的问题,测定了油莎豆种子的几何参数、弹性模量、泊松比、摩擦因数、碰撞恢复系数和休止角。以截面圆跳动法测出油莎豆种子精确外形轮廓并建立仿真颗粒模型,通过离散元仿真参数标定得出油莎豆种间静摩擦系数为0.662,油莎豆种间滚动摩擦因数为0.024。通过休止角试验验证,得到误差为1.61%,较标定前降低92.9%。通过排种仿真试验、排种器试验台试验和播种田间试验验证,得到仿真重播指数相对误差为3.79%、4.64%,漏播指数相对误差为6.81%、8.64%。由此表明,油莎豆仿真参数标定值可靠,可为油莎豆单粒精播排种器设计优化提供参考。
