Transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP)endows material with continuous work hardening ability,which is considered as a powerful weapon to break the strength-ductility ***,FCC based alloys with TRIP effect can not get rid of the“soft”feature of the structure entirely,resulting in insufficient yield ***,a Co_(x)Cr_(25)(AlFeNi)_(75-x) high-entropy alloy is *** phase is used as strengthening component to improve yield strength,while TRIP effect ensures *** with the previous TRIP high-entropy alloy,its yield strength is nearly doubled,and the uniform elongation is more than 55%at room ***,the corresponding multiphase microstructure evolution and deformation mechanisms are ***,stacking faults andΣ3 twin boundaries are confirmed to be the nucleation sites of HCP phase by *** composition design and proper heat treatment process make it a perfect combination of precipitation strengthening and transformationinduced plasticity,and thus guide design in the high-performance alloy.

Nd60All0Co30-xNix （x=0, 5, 10 and 15 at. pct） metallic glasses have been prepared using single-spinner and suck-casting method, and characterized using X-ray diffrac- tion （XRD） and non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetric technique. It has been found that the Mloy with 15 at. pct Ni has the strongest glass forming ability, and can be fabricated to a rod with 5 mm in diameter using suck-casting. The addition of Ni has an obvious effect on the thermal behavior of the metallic glasses, especially on the position of the second and third crystallization peaks. The crystallization ki- netics and activation energies of the four metallic glasses have been elaborated using the Kissinger equation. The continuous heating transformation curves of the T~ and Tpl have been constructed by applying the extension of the Vogel-Fulcher-Tammann （VFT） nonlinear equations, which are derived from the experimental data in the heat- ing rate range of 5-80 K/min. The effect of Ni on the formation and thermal stability of the Nd-based metallic glasses has been discussed.

FeCoxNiCuAl （x values in molar ratio, x=0.2, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 and 3） alloys were pre- pared using a suck-casting method. The effect of Co element on phase constituents, microstructure and mechanical properties of the FeCox NiCuA1 alloys was investigated using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy and com- pressive tests. It was found that the Co addition has a significant influence on the structure and properties of the FeCo^NiCuA1 alloys. The alloys have typical den- drite microstructure, and are composed of a simple fcc structure and bcc structure. The addition of Co promotes the formation of fcc phase in the alloys, retards the compressive strength and hardness of the alloys, and enhances the plasticity of the alloys.

Hypereutectic Al-17.5Si （wt pct） and Al-25Si （wt pct） alloys with various content of rare earth Er were prepared by conventional casting technique. The effect of Er on the microstructure and properties of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys was investigated using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy as well as friction and wear tests. It was found that optimal amount of Er exists in modifying the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys. An appropriate addition of Er improved the anti-wear properties, and reduced the friction coefficient of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys studied. The primary silicon crystals in the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys were refined with the suitable addition of Er element. The modification mechanism was also discussed in this paper.

The glass-transition behavior of Pd40Cu30Ni10P20 bulk metallic glass was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） and X-ray powder diffraction （XRD）. The effect of pressure on the crystallization behavior of Pd40Cu30Ni10P20 bulk glass was studied by in situ high-pressure and high-temperature X-ray powder diffraction using synchrotron radiation. Phase analyses show at least six crystalline phases in the crystallized sample, namely, monoclinic, tetragonal CuaPd-like, rhombohedral, fcc-Ni2Pd2P, fcc-（Ni, Pd） solid solution, and body-centered tetragonal （bct） NiaP-like phases. The onset crystallization temperature increases with pressure having a slope of 1 1 K/GPa in the range of 0 to 4 GPa. The results are attributed to the competing process between the thermodynamic potential barrier and the diffusion activation energy under pressure.

Kinetic mechanism of copper extraction from methylchlorosilane slurry residue using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant

Copper was extracted from methylchlorosilane slurry residue by a direct hydrogen peroxide leaching method.A number of experimental parameters were analyzed to determine the extraction efficiency of *** extraction efficiency of copper reached 98.5%under the optimal leaching conditions,such as the hydrogen peroxide concentration of 1.875 mol·L^(-1),the leaching temperature of 323 K,the liquid–solid ratio of 20 ml·g^(-1),and the stirring speed of 300 r·min^(-1).The leaching kinetics of the copper extraction process was then described by the shrinking core *** were two *** first stage was controlled by chemical reactions,while the second stage was controlled by interface transfer and product layer *** activation energy and kinetic control equations were determined,as well as an explanation of the leaching mechanism of copper extraction based on kinetic analysis and materials *** resources can be recovered from the methylchlorosilane slurry residue efficiently and inexpensively with the methods used in this study.

To overcome the trade-off between the devisable micro structure and the excellent tensile ductility of bulk metallic glass composites(BMGCs),a novel ex-situ and in-situ hybrid strategy is successfully proposed to design a series of the work-hardenable ductile Ti-based multilayered BMGCs(ML-BMGCs).The asprepared ML-BMGCs,consisting of α-phases,β-phases and amorphous phases,exhibit a controllable multilayered structure of the Ti layers and the amorphous layers with alternative *** size and volume fraction of the crystalline phases are tuned by Nb *** is found that the ML-BMGCs possess a suitable size and volume fraction of the crystalline phases when Nb microalloying content are5%(at.) or 8%(at.),and they obtain an optimum combination of the specific strength of 243 MPa g kg-1 or 216 MPa g kg-1,and tensile plasticity of 4.33%±0.1 % or 5.10%±0.1%.The deformation mechanism of the as-prepared ML-BMGCs during tension is also *** ex-situ Ti layers and in-situ dendrites together effectively serve as absorbers to suppress the propagation of shear bands and multiply shear *** the defo rmation of ex-situ α-Ti phases by dislocation slip and the transformation from in-situ metastable β-Ti phase to orthorhombic α-Ti during tension impart significant work-hardening capability to the ML-B *** present study provides a guidance of developing novel high-performance BMGCs with a controllable micro structure.

Exploring efficient and nonprecious metal electrocatalysts of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is crucial for developing rechargeable zinc-air batteries(ZABs).Herein,an alloying-degree control strategy was employed to fabricate nitrogen-doped carbon sphere(NCS)decorated with dual-phase Co/Co_(7)Fe_(3)heterojunctions(CoFe@NCS).The phase composition of materials has been adjusted by controlling the alloying *** optimal CoFe_(0.08)@NCS electrocatalyst displays a half-wave potential of 0.80 V for ORR and an overpotential of 283 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2)for OER in an alkaline *** intriguing bifunctional electrocatalytic activity and durability is attributed to the hierarchically porous structure and interfacial electron coupling of highly-active Co_(7)Fe_(3)alloy and metallic Co *** the CoFe_(0.08)@NCS material is used as air-cathode catalyst of rechargeable liquid-state zinc-air battery(ZAB),the device shows a high peak power-density(157 mW·cm^(-2))and maintains a stable voltage gap over 150 h,outperforming those of the benchmark(Pt/C+RuO_(2))-based *** particular,the as-fabricated solid-state flexible ZAB delivers a reliable compatibility under different bending *** work provides a promising strategy to develop metal/alloy-based electrocatalysts for the application in renewable energy conversion technologies.

针对FCC基TRIP高熵合金屈服强度较低的问题,设计并制备了Co_(x)Cr_(25)(AlFeNi)75-x合金体系,实现了B2相的沉淀强化与FCC-HCP形变诱导相变的协同.利用热力学模拟与实验相结合的方法,探究了Co含量对于合金体系组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:随着Co含量(原子数分数,下同)的增加,合金中析出的B2相逐渐减少,从而导致其屈服强度下降;Co_(45)Cr_(25)Al_(10)Fe_(10)Ni_(10)合金的屈服强度约为850 MPa,而Co_(57)Cr_(25)Al_(6)Fe_(6)Ni_(6)合金的屈服强度下降到不足500 MPa.此外,随着Co含量的增加,Co_(51)Cr_(25)Al_(8)Fe_(8)Ni_(8)和Co_(57)Cr_(25)Al_(6)Fe_(6)Ni_(6)合金在拉伸过程中均发生了形变诱导的FCC-HCP型马氏体相变,这使得它们拥有接近50%的良好塑性.

研究了一系列具有很强非晶形成能力（ＧＦＡ）和优异性能的块体金属玻璃（ＢＭＧ）及含有纳米晶的ＢＭＧ的制备过程，结果表明，对掺碳的Ｚｒ／Ｔｉ基ＢＭＧ，当碳含量（原子分数，％，下同）在１—２时，合金具有很宽的过冷液相区（ＳＬＲ，晶化开始温度Ｔｘ和玻璃转变温度Ｔｇ之间的温区）和较高的约化玻璃转变温度Ｔｒｇ（Ｔｒｇ－Ｔｇ／Ｔｍ）；当碳含量增至３—８时，合金为含有纳米晶ＺｒＣ的ＢＭＧ基复合材料加Ｆｅ的Ｚｒ／Ｔｉ基ＢＭＧ的Ｆｅ含量最高可以达到８，当Ｆｅ含量为１０—１５时得到的是含有纳米晶Ｚｒ２Ｆｅ的ＢＭＧ材料．Ｚｒ／Ｎｂ基ＢＭＧ的ＧＦＡ和Ｚｒ／Ｔｉ基ＢＭＧ的ＧＦＡ相当，但是Ｔｇ和Ｔｘ更高，因此具有更好的热稳定性．含Ｆｅ的Ｚｒ／Ｎｂ基ＢＭＧ在Ｆｅ含量为８时具有最高的ＧＦＡ．Ｚｒ／Ｔｉ基ＢＭＧ中掺入Ｙ，可使其Ｙｏｕｎｇ’ｓ模量、切变模量高于其他Ｚｒ基
