Web application fingerprint recognition is an effective security technology designed to identify and classify web applications,thereby enhancing the detection of potential threats and *** fingerprint recognition methods,which rely on preannotated feature matching,face inherent limitations due to the ever-evolving nature and diverse landscape of web *** response to these challenges,this work proposes an innovative web application fingerprint recognition method founded on clustering *** method involves extensive data collection from the Tranco List,employing adjusted feature selection built upon Wappalyzer and noise reduction through truncated SVD dimensionality *** core of the methodology lies in the application of the unsupervised OPTICS clustering algorithm,eliminating the need for preannotated *** transforming web applications into feature vectors and leveraging clustering algorithms,our approach accurately categorizes diverse web applications,providing comprehensive and precise fingerprint *** experimental results,which are obtained on a dataset featuring various web application types,affirm the efficacy of the method,demonstrating its ability to achieve high accuracy and broad *** novel approach not only distinguishes between different web application types effectively but also demonstrates superiority in terms of classification accuracy and coverage,offering a robust solution to the challenges of web application fingerprint recognition.

Efficient CO_(2) adsorption and mechanism on nitrogen-doped porous carbons

In this work,nitrogen-doped porous carbons(NACs)were fabricated as an adsorbent by urea modification and KOH *** CO_(2) adsorption mechanism for the NACs was then *** NACs are found to present a large specific surface area(1920.72-3078.99 m2·g^(-1))and high micropore percentage(61.60%-76.23%).Under a pressure of 1 bar,sample NAC-650-650 shows the highest CO_(2) adsorption capacity up to 5.96 and 3.92 mmol·g^(-1) at 0 and 25℃,*** addition,the CO_(2)/N_(2) selectivity of NAC-650-650 is 79.93,much higher than the value of 49.77 obtained for the nonnitrogen-doped carbon *** CO_(2) adsorption capacity of the NAC-650-650 sample maintains over 97% after ten *** of the results show that the CO_(2) capacity of the NACs has a linear correlation(R^(2)=0.9633)with the cumulative pore volume for a pore size less than 1.02 *** presence of nitrogen and oxygen enhances the CO_(2)/N_(2) selectivity,and pyrrole-N and hydroxy groups contribute more to the CO_(2) *** situ Fourier transform infrared spectra analysis indicates that CO_(2) is adsorbed onto the NACs as a ***,the physical adsorption mechanism is confirmed by adsorption kinetic models and the isosteric heat,and it is found to be controlled by CO_(2) *** CO_(2) adsorption kinetics for NACs at room temperature and in pure CO_(2) is in accordance with the pseudo-first-order model and Avramís fractional-order kinetic model.

The Analysis of Wall Shear Stress Modulated by Acute Exercise in the Human Common Carotid Artery with an Elastic Tube Model

Assessment of the magnitude and pattern of wall shear stress(WSS)in vivo is the prerequisite for studying the quantitative relationship between exercise-induced WSS and arterial endothelial *** the previous studies,the calculation of the WSS modulated by exercise training was primarily based upon the rigid tube model,which did not take non-linear effects of vessel elastic deformation into *** this study,with an elastic tube model,we estimated the effect of a bout of 30-minute acute cycling exercise on the WSS and the flow rate in the common carotid artery according to the measured inner diameter,center-line blood flow velocity,heart rates and the brachial blood pressures before and after exercise ***,the roles of exerciseinduced arterial diameter and blood flow rate in the change of WSS were also *** numerical results demonstrate that acute exercise significantly increases the magnitudes of blood flow rate and ***,the vessel elastic deformation is a non-negligible factor in the calculation of the WSS induced by exercise,which generates greater effects on the minimum WSS than the maximum ***,the contributions of exercise-induced variations in blood flow rate and diameter are almost identical in the change of the mean WSS.

Automatic Generation of Artificial Space Weather Forecast Product Based on Sequence-to-sequence Model

Both analyzing a large amount of space weather observed data and alleviating personal experience bias are significant challenges in generating artificial space weather forecast *** the use of natural language generation methods based on the sequence-to-sequence model,space weather forecast texts can be automatically *** conduct our generation tasks at a fine-grained level,a taxonomy of space weather phenomena based on descriptions is ***,our MDH(Multi-Domain Hybrid)model is proposed for generating space weather summaries in two *** model is composed of three sequence-to-sequence-based deep neural network sub-models(one Bidirectional Auto-Regressive Transformers pre-trained model and two Transformer models).Then,to evaluate how well MDH performs,quality evaluation metrics based on two prevalent automatic metrics and our innovative human metric are *** comprehensive scores of the three summaries generating tasks on testing datasets are 70.87,93.50,and 92.69,*** results suggest that MDH can generate space weather summaries with high accuracy and coherence,as well as suitable length,which can assist forecasters in generating high-quality space weather forecast products,despite the data being starved.

博物馆展品的时空统一体特性,决定了博物馆艺术史叙事中不仅需要对展品的空间特性进行再现,更需要从总体上对艺术史实进行时间性的复原。尽管博物馆空间具有着可视化艺术史书写的先天优势,但其时间性表征的不足却严重影响叙事。跨媒介叙事理论能够有效的引导博物馆展陈中其“框架结构”对文学时间性的模仿;推进博物馆“主体内容”展览中以“表征历史故事”“同类图文应用”“建构观赏秩序”来弥合其时间性叙述的局限,实现借由观者“出位之思”对艺术历史时间与空间的多维感知。

Association of interpregnancy interval and risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in woman by different previous gestational ages

Background:With an increasing proportion of multiparas,proper interpregnancy intervals(IPIs)are urgently ***,the association between IPIs and adverse perinatal outcomes has always been *** study aimed to explore the association between IPIs and adverse outcomes in different fertility policy periods and for different previous gestational ***:We used individual data from China’s National Maternal Near Miss Surveillance System between 2014 and *** Poisson models with restricted cubic splines were *** adverse outcome was analyzed separately in the overall model and stratified *** stratified models included different categories of fertility policy periods(2014-2015,2016-2017,and 2018-2019)and infant gestational age in previous pregnancy(<28 weeks,28-36 weeks,and≥37 weeks).Results:There were 781,731 pregnancies enrolled in this study.A short IPI(≤6 months)was associated with an increased risk of preterm birth(OR[95%CI]:1.63[1.55,1.71]for vaginal delivery[VD]and 1.10[1.03,1.19]for cesarean section[CS]),low Apgar scores and small for gestational age(SGA),and a decreased risk of diabetes mellitus in pregnancy,preeclampsia or eclampsia,and gestational hypertension.A long IPI(≥60 months)was associated with an increased risk of preterm birth(OR[95%CI]:1.18[1.11,1.26]for VD and 1.39[1.32,1.47]for CS),placenta previa,postpartum hemorrhage,diabetes mellitus in pregnancy,preeclampsia or eclampsia,and gestational *** policy changes had little effect on the association of IPIs and adverse maternal and neonatal *** estimated risk of preterm birth,low Apgar scores,SGA,diabetes mellitus in pregnancy,and gestational hypertension was more profound among women with previous term births than among those with preterm births or pregnancy ***:For pregnant women with shorter or longer IPIs,more targeted health care measures during pregnancy should be formulated according to infant gestational age in

Effect of partial hepatectomy on the memory ability in rats

BACKGROUND： Patients suffer from changes of cognitive function postoperatively, which has attracted extensive attentions in clinic. It is still to be investigated whether operation damages both antegrade memory and retrograde memory, or either of them. OBJECTIVE： To observe the effects of operation on the anterograde and retrograde memory with Y maze test. DESIGN： A randomly controlled animal trial. SETTING： Department of Anesthesiology, Pudong New Area Gongli Hospital of Shanghai City. MATERIALS： Sixty-three male healthy Sprague-Dawley （SD） rats of clean degree, weighing 200 - 250 g, 10 weeks old, were provided by the animal center of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The rats were tested by antegrade and retrograde respectively. The rats were randomly divided into normal control group （n =7）, anesthesia group （n =14）, sham-operated group （n =14）; partial hepatectomy group （n =14）, short-term retrograde memory group （n =7） and long-term retrograde memory group （n =7）. According to the time of Y maze training started, rats in the anesthesia group, sham-operated group and partial hepatectomy group were observed at 1 and 7 days after anesthesia. METHODS： The experiments were carried out in the central laboratory of Pudong New Area Gongli Hospital of Shanghai City from February to June in 2006. ① Test for antegrade memory： Rats in the normal control group were only treated with intraperitoneal injection of saline without aesthesia and operation; Those in the anesthesia group were anesthetized with intraperitoneal injection of 10 g/L pentobarbital sodium （40 mg/kg）; Those in the sham-operated group were anesthetized, then intraperitoneal exploration was performed without hepatectomy; Those in the partial hepatectomy group were anesthetized, then fixed in a supine position after righting reflex disappeared, and an incision of 1.5 - 2.0 cm was made along the midline of xiphoid lower abdomen, then left lateral lobe of liver （about 1/3 of total liver） was freed, and ligated at d

Expression of calbindin D28K in substantia nigra of model rats with Parkinson disease

BACKGROUND： Previous researches suggested that expression level of calbindin D28K mRNA decreased in substantia nigra （SN） of model rats with Parkinson disease （PD）, and this might be related to the decrease of anti-degeneration potentials of dopaminergic neurons. OBJECTIVE： To observe expression changes of calbindin D28K in SN dopaminergic neurons during their degeneration and death in midbrain of PD model rats. DESIGN： Completely randomized grouping design SETTING： Department of Neurobiology, Xuzhou Medical College MATERIALS＂ A total of 92 healthy male SD rats, with the age of 3 months, weighing 200-250 g, were selected from Experimental Animal Center of Xuzhou Medical College [certification： SCXK （su） 2003-0003]. Calbindin D28K（CB）, tyroxine hydroxylase （TH）, ABC kit, 6-hydroxydopamine （6-OHDA） and Nissl dyes were provided by Sigma Company, and sheep serum was provided by Beijing Zhongshan Company. METHODS： The experiment was carried out in the Neurobiological Center of Xuzhou Medical College from October 2003 to October 2004. ① With lot method, rats were divided into blank control group （n=28）, experimental control group （n=-28） and experimental group （n=36）. Rats in experimental group were injected with 6-OHDA at right corpus striatum for PD modeling; rats in experimental control group were injected with saline at the same site; rats in blank control group did not give any injections.② On the 7^th, 14^th, 21^st and 28^th days, SN segments on right midbrain from every 5 rats in experimental group were fixed, embedded with paraffin and cut into successively coronary pieces. Rats in other two groups were treated with the same methods and then stained with Nissl to show neuronal form. Increased mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(mROS)and glycolysis have been established in pulmonary hypertension(PH).However,the effect of elevated mROS on glycolytic shift and how increased glycolysis promotes hypoxic pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell(PASMC)proliferation and vascular remodeling remain ***,we reported that hypoxia-induced mROS inhibit HIF-1αhydroxylation and further trigger PASMC glycolytic switch through the upregulated HIF-1α/PDK1&PDK2/p-PDH-E1αaxis,which facilitates lactate accumulation and histone *** H3K18la and HIF-1αChIP–seq analysis,we found that the enhanced histone lactylation of HIF-1αtargets,such as Bmp5,Trpc5,and Kit,promotes PASMC *** of Pdk1&2 blunts lactate production,histone lactylation marks,and PASMC ***,pharmacological intervention with lactate dehydrogenase inhibitor diminishes histone lactylation and ameliorates PASMC proliferation and vascular remodeling in hypoxic PH *** together,this study provides proof of concept for anti-remodeling therapy through lactate manipulation.
