In this paper,we introduce and analyze an augmented mixed discontinuous Galerkin(MDG)method for a class of quasi-Newtonian Stokes *** the mixed formulation,the unknowns are strain rate,stress and velocity,which are approximated by a discontinuous piecewise polynomial triplet ■for k≥***,the discontinuous piecewise polynomial function spaces for the field of strain rate and the stress field are designed to be *** addition,the pressure is easily recovered through simple *** the benefit of the analysis,we enrich the MDG scheme with the constitutive equation relating the stress and the strain rate,so that the well-posedness of the augmented formulation is obtained by a nonlinear functional *** k≥0,we get the optimal convergence order for the stress in broken ■(div)-norm and velocity in L^(2)-***,the error estimates of the strain rate and the stress in-norm,and the pressure in L^(2)-norm are optimal under certain ***,several numerical examples are given to show the performance of the augmented MDG method and verify the theoretical *** evidence is provided to show that the orders of convergence are sharp.

Microglia are resident immune cells in the central nervous system(CNS)that play vital roles in CNS development,homeostasis and disease *** defects in microglia lead to microglial dysfunction,which in turn leads to neurological *** correction of the specific genetic defects in microglia in these disorders can lead to therapeutic *** genetic defect correction approaches are dependent on viral vectorbased genetic defect ***,the viruses used in these approaches,including adeno-associated viruses,lentiviruses and retroviruses,do not primarily target microglia;therefore,viral vector-based genetic defect corrections are ineffective in *** replacement is a novel approach to correct microglial genetic defects via replacing microglia of genetic defects with allogenic healthy *** this paper,we systematically review the history,rationale and therapeutic perspectives of microglia replacement,which would be a novel strategy for treating CNS disorders.

Abrupt near-surface temperature changes in mountainous areas are a special component of the mountain climate *** and accurate measurements of the locations,intensity,and width of the near-surface changes are necessary but highly difficult due to the complicated environmental conditions and instrumental *** paper develops a spatial pattern recognition method to measure the near-surface high temperature increase(NSHTI),one of the lesser-attended ***,raster window measurement was proposed to calculate the temperature lapse rate using MODIS land surface temperature and SRTM DEM *** fully considers the terrain heights of two neighboring cells on opposite or adjacent slopes with a moving window of 3×3 cell ***,a threshold selection was performed to identify the NSHTI cells using a threshold of-0.65℃/100 ***,the NSHTI strips were parameterized through raster vectorization and spatial *** Yunnan,a mountainous province in southwestern China,as the study area,the results indicate that the NSHTI cells concentrate in a strip-like pattern along the mountains and valleys,and the strips are almost parallel to the altitude contours with a slight northward ***,they are located mostly at a 3/5 height of high mountains or within 400 m from the valley floors,where the controlling topographic index is the altitude of the terrain trend surface but not the absolute elevation and the topographic uplift height and cutting ***,the NSHTI intensity varies with the geographic locations and the proportions increase with an exponential trend,and the horizontal width has a mean of about 1000 m and a maximum of over 5000 *** result demonstrates that the proposed method can effectively recognize NSHTI boundaries over mountains,providing support for the modeling of weather and climate systems and the development of mountain resources.

目的分析有效沟通在职业健康检查纯音电测听力测试中的重要性。方法现以2022年6月至2023年5月作为病例抽样时间,选取我院收入的职业健康检查纯音电测听力测受检者128例作为研究对象,分别于护理沟通前后各一次进行纯音听力测试,观察沟通前后,受检者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及听力测试结果。结果沟通后,受检者纯单听力测试复查率(61.72%)与沟通前的(100.00%)相比明显降低(P<0.05);心理状态测评结果显示,沟通后,受检者SAS、SDS两项评分与沟通前相比明显下降(P<0.05)。结论在职业健康检查纯音电测听力测试中,有效沟通可以缓解受检者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提升其测试配合度,减轻身心因素对测试结果准确性的影响,进一步降低复查率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Automatic Generation of Artificial Space Weather Forecast Product Based on Sequence-to-sequence Model

Both analyzing a large amount of space weather observed data and alleviating personal experience bias are significant challenges in generating artificial space weather forecast *** the use of natural language generation methods based on the sequence-to-sequence model,space weather forecast texts can be automatically *** conduct our generation tasks at a fine-grained level,a taxonomy of space weather phenomena based on descriptions is ***,our MDH(Multi-Domain Hybrid)model is proposed for generating space weather summaries in two *** model is composed of three sequence-to-sequence-based deep neural network sub-models(one Bidirectional Auto-Regressive Transformers pre-trained model and two Transformer models).Then,to evaluate how well MDH performs,quality evaluation metrics based on two prevalent automatic metrics and our innovative human metric are *** comprehensive scores of the three summaries generating tasks on testing datasets are 70.87,93.50,and 92.69,*** results suggest that MDH can generate space weather summaries with high accuracy and coherence,as well as suitable length,which can assist forecasters in generating high-quality space weather forecast products,despite the data being starved.

Resource recycling from waste-water and sludge is an important part of the 14th Five-Year Plan in *** emerging titanium-based coagulants have drawn growing attentions due to their strong coagulation capability in water purification and value-added Ti-loaded sludge *** and recovery of the high value-added sludge into functional nanomaterials is highly significant for both sludge reduction and environmental *** present study was carried out to investigate the recycle of the coagulated Ti-loaded sludge to produce functional C/TiO_(2)composites as the anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).It is the first time that the application of the Ti-loaded wastewater sludge derived C/TiO_(2)was evaluated for *** experimental results showed that the carbon coating through in-situ carbonization of the sludge produced the C/TiO_(2)composites with a high specific surface area,stable structural integrity,and excellent electrochemical properties that would facilitate Li+diffusion in long-term LIBs *** C/TiO_(2)composites calcinated from the polytitanium sulfate-coagulated sludge at 800℃(N_(2))exhibited the best electrochemical performance during the cycling tests(601 m Ah/g at 100 m A/g after 200 cycles).The research work demonstrates the promising prospect of the recycle and value-added utilization of the Ti-loaded sludge in the production of high-performance C/TiO_(2)composites for energy storage *** study provides a new way for the management and reuse of Ti-loaded waste-sludge.

Carbazole is an irreplaceable basic organic chemical raw material and intermediate in *** separation of carbazole from anthracene oil by environmental benign solvents is important but still a challenge in chemical *** eutectic solvents (DESs) as a sustainable green separation solvent have been proposed for the separation of carbazole from model anthracene *** this research,three quaternary ammonium-based DESs were prepared using ethylene glycol (EG) as hydrogen bond donor and tetrabutylammonium chloride (TBAC),tetrabutylammonium bromide or choline chloride as hydrogen bond *** explore their extraction performance of carbazole,the conductor-like screening model for real solvents (COSMO-RS) model was used to predict the activity coefficient at infinite dilution (γ^(∞)) of carbazole in DESs,and the result indicated TBAC:EG (1:2) had the stronger extraction ability for carbazole due to the higher capacity at infinite dilution (C^(∞)) ***,the separation performance of these three DESs was evaluated by experiments,and the experimental results were in good agreement with the COSMO-RS prediction *** TBAC:EG (1:2) was determined as the most promising ***,the extraction conditions of TBAC:EG (1:2) were optimized,and the extraction efficiency,distribution coefficient and selectivity of carbazole could reach up to 85.74%,30.18 and 66.10%,***,the TBAC:EG (1:2) could be recycled by using environmentally friendly water as *** addition,the separation performance of TBAC:EG (1:2) was also evaluated by real crude anthracene,the carbazole was obtained with purity and yield of 85.32%,60.27%,***,the extraction mechanism was elucidated byσ-profiles and interaction energy *** calculation results showed that the main driving force for the extraction process was the hydrogen bonding ((N–H...Cl) and van der Waals interactions (C–H...O and C–H...π),which correspondin
