It is very difficult to directly spin the lignocellulose without *** liquids(ILs)are promising solvent to dissolve lignocellulose to prepare cellulose ***,the degree of cellulose polymerization(DP)is reduced when lignocellulose is dissolved in ILs,and the lignin removal rate is *** elongation at break and tensile strength of the fibers obtained by spinning the lignocellulose dissolved in ILs are *** this paper,preparing cellulose fiber directly from lignocellulose based on dissolving corn stalk via[C4mim]Cl-L-arginine binary system is *** shows that the removal rate of lignin can reach 92.35%and the purity of cellulose can reach 85.32%after corn stalk was dissolved at 150℃C for 11.5 h when the mass fraction of arginine is 2.5%.The elongation at break of fiber reached 10.12%and the tensile strength reached 420 *** is mainly due to the fact that L-arginine not only inhibits the degradation of cellulose but also promotes the *** any pulping or pretreatment,preparing cellulose fibers via direct dissolution and extrusion may provide a simple and effective way to prepare many novel cellulose materials.

Pure organic room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) materials have been attracting much attention recently. Herein, we report a facile approach combining heavy atom effect and external solvent stimuli to realize RTP. N-Allylquinolinium bromide under 365 nm UV exhibited intense green RTP emission with response upon adding chloroform. This interesting phenomenon endowed N-allylquinolinium bromide great potential as an anti-counterfeiting material.

of main observation and conclusion The extraction of Li^+from the high Mg/Li ratio brine was performed using hydroxyl functional ionic lic-uids(ILs)as the coextractant and tributyl phosphate(TBP)as the *** the extractive system,1-2-hydroxyethyl-3-mnethylimidazolumbis(trifuoromethylsulfonyl)imide([HOEmim][NTf2])+TBP was proved to exhibit the highest extraction efficiency of Li^+(88.15%)from LiCl aqueous solutions among the extractants composed of differents TB P,and ls+*** of various extraction parameters on the extraction eficiencies of Li^+and Mg^2+were then investigated.95.01%of Li^+was extracted and the Li^+/Mg^2+separation factor reached 405.76 in a singl-stage at 278.15 Kand O/A of 2:*** extraction complexes were determined by the slope analysis method and ESI-MS analysis,and the metal complexes in the organic phase were indcated to be mainly[L-2TBP][NTf;*** striping study showed that 92.86%of i*was stripped with 1.0 mol·L^-1 HCl.98%extraction capacity of the synergyextractants was remained after 5 regeneration *** thermodynamic parameters(△G°,△H°,and△S°),together with the mechanism of the Li^+extraction were further demonstrated finally,According to the results,[HOEmim][NTf2]+TBP extraction system showed promising performance in extracting lithium from salt lake brine with high Mg/Li ratio.

Smart city situational awareness has recently emerged as a hot topic in research societies,industries,and governments because of its potential to integrate cutting-edge information technology and solve urgent challenges that modern cities *** example,in the latest five-year plan,the Chinese government has highlighted the demand to empower smart city management with new technologies such as big data and Internet of Things,for which situational awareness is normally the crucial first *** traditional static surveillance data on cities have been available for decades,this review reports a type of relatively new yet highly important urban data source,i.e.,the big mobile data collected by devices with various levels of mobility representing the movement and distribution of public and private agents in the *** especially focus on smart city situational awareness enabled by synthesizing the localization of hundreds of thousands of mobile software Apps using the Global Positioning System(GPS).This technique enjoys advantages such as a large penetration rate(∼50%urban population covered),uniform spatiotemporal coverage,and high localization *** first discuss the pragmatic requirements for smart city situational awareness and the challenges *** we introduce two suites of empowering technologies that help fulfill the requirements of(1)cybersecurity insurance for smart cities and(2)spatiotemporal modeling and visualization for situational awareness,both via big mobile *** main contributions of this review lie in the description of a comprehensive technological framework for smart city situational awareness and the demonstration of its feasibility via real-world applications.

Two hydrophobic imidazolylidene-cyanoborane complexes were prepared by the introduction of{BH2 CN} into the molecular formula via treatment of imidazolium iodide and Na BH3 CN avoiding literature’s tedious and hazardous procedures. These two complexes were fully characterized using IR spectroscopy,1 H NMR and13C NMR spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrometer. The X-Ray structure of NHC-1 has been determined. NHC-2 was proved to be hypergolic with WFNA and displayed the attractive properties such as water immiscibility, wide liquid range（Tg= -22C）, short ignition delay time（13 ms）, high density（0.98 g/cm3）, good density impulse（r Isp, 347 s g cm-3）, showing the promising application potential as a fuel and an efficient fuel additive.

Objective:Reconstruction of the digestive tract for adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG)is in *** study evaluated Cheng’s gastric tube interposition esophagogastrostomy with reconstruction of His angle and fundus(Cheng’s GIRAFFE anastomosis)in laparoscopic/open proximal gastrectomy for Siewert typeⅡAEG,which was performed at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical ***,we discuss the preliminary results of gastric emptying and ***:From a retrospective database,74 patients with advanced Siewert typeⅡAEG underwent curative proximal gastrectomy with GIRAFFE anastomosis,and their gastric emptying and anti-reflux outcomes were evaluated by the Reflux Disease Questionnaire(RDQ)score,nuclide gastric emptying,24-h impedance-pH monitoring and ***:Seventy-four patients successfully completed proximal partial gastrectomy with Cheng’s GIRAFFE esophagogastric *** score six months after the operation was 2.2±*** of nuclide gastric emptying examinations showed that the gastric half-emptying time was 67.0±21.5 min,the 1-h residual rate was(52.2±7.7)%,the 2-h residual rate was(36.4±5.1)%,and the 3-h residual rate was(28.8±3.6)%;24-h impedance-p H monitoring revealed that the mean De Meester score was 5.8±*** esophagitis was observed by gastroscopy in 7 patients six months after ***:Cheng’s GIRAFFE anastomosis is safe and feasible for Siewert typeⅡAEG.

习近平总书记在中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会上的报告中指出要“发展海洋经济，保护海洋生态环境，加快建设海洋强国。”区域性海洋生态环境治理应该可以被视为最具可操作性的全球治理方案。通过梳理区域性海洋生态环境治理的基本情况，重点对黄海、东海、南海以及极地海洋生态环境治理方面的进展和存在的问题进行研究，通过阐释习近平生态文明思想下海洋生态治理的基本逻辑，对我国参与区域性海洋生态环境治理体系的法律机制的构建路径给出科学的分析。在此基础上建议我国应以习近平生态文明思想为指导思想，以区域多边合作为指导原则，以构建海洋命运共同体为共建目标，遵循从低到高政治敏感度的合作推进路径，建立区域性海洋生态环境治理法律框架，以实现海洋的可持续发展。

日本将核污染水排放入海不仅会破坏海洋环境,被放射性物质污染过的海洋生物也会对人类健康造成间接危害,埋下巨大隐患,日本诉韩国水产品禁令案实际是两国核心利益间的冲突。韩国政府为维护本国国民的公共健康权,而日本政府则为保障本国产品的出口贸易,维持当地渔民的正常收入来源。这就出现了公共健康权与贸易自由之间的冲突。首先,我们梳理日本诉韩国水产品案的主要历程。其次,从三方面分析导致案件裁决结果发生反转的主要原因:公共健康权和贸易自由之间的冲突,WTO争端解决机制的运行,以及《SPS协定》的争议规则。最后,我们将对中国处理类似案件提供学理支持,在维护我国海洋权益的同时也关注我国公众健康权的保障。

文章提倡"核心恐怖主义"的观点,提出恐怖活动的定义包含下列因要素:其一,对平民基本权利的严重暴力袭击;其二,散布恐慌的特殊意图;其三,有一个有能力实行一系列此类暴力行为的犯罪组织。《国际刑事法院规约》对核心恐怖主义概念的阐释将对各国产生重大示范效应,从而减少不同的应对方式,甚至减责条件间的分歧。另一更具创新性、更先进的处理方式是在《国际刑事法院规约》的修正案中明确规定核心恐怖主义的条款,从而将其适用范围扩展至危害人类罪的定义之外的恐怖行为。
