Calreticulin(CRT)is a highly conserved Ca2+-binding protein and chaperone in the endoplasmic reticulum,which mainly participates in adjusting calcium level and directing proper conformation of proteins.Here,we cloned the crt gene of the scleractinian coral Galaxea astreata,named Gacrt,and analysed its ability to drive bacterial agglutination.The full-length Gacrt cDNA consisted of 1792 nucleotides and contained a 77 bp 5’untranslated region(UTR),a 380 bp 3’UTR and a 1335 bp open reading frame(ORF)that encoded a 444 amino acid protein.The deduced peptide possessed a signal peptide domain,an endoplasmic reticulum retrieval signal sequence(KDEL),two potential calreticulin family signature motifs and a set of triplicate repeats.We also found that the recombinant GaCRT protein could promote agglutination of both the Gram-positive bacterium Micrococcus luteus and the Gram-negative bacterium Escherichia coli.These results show that the GaCRT protein can enhance bacterial agglutination,hinting that GaCRT is an immune-relevant molecule involved in host defense against bacterium.

The Photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)system combines the conventional PV panel with solar collector into one integrated system,which could achieve the function of generating power and providing thermal energy at the same time.Recently,it has become the most promising solar system for building applications.Most of the PV/T systems use water as the coolant,which could cause freezing problem in winter.To overcome this problem,the heat pipe PV/T system is developed to provide electrical and thermal energy stably without the seasonal barrier.Although some published review works have involved this type of PV/T system,they just stated a simple introduction on it,acting as a small part of their works.This paper focuses on the heat pipe PV/T system independently and provides a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of its performance.Firstly,the structure and operational principles of the heat pipe PV/T module and system are introduced concisely.Then the features and performance of different types of heat pipe PV/T systems,i.e.,integral heat pipe,loop heat pipe,and pulsating heat pipe PV/T system,are presented and analyzed.This is followed by the review on the performance of the systems which combine heat pipe PV/T module and other devices.Finally,the research gaps in this field are identified,and some future research trends and directions are recommended.

The method to cool a high heat flux device is an important research direction for the heat exchanger design.Micro-channels are an eflfective heat exchange structure both for single-phase and two-phase flow.In this paper,the heat transfer correlations of single-phase,two-phase and nanofluid in a micro-channel are discussed and analyzed.The correlations of pressure drop for single-phase and two-phase fluids are also presented.Excluding the different working fluids used in the micro-channel,the diameter and aspect ratio,shape and structure,surface roughness,internal and external factor and layout of micro-channel pipe are considered to analyze their influence on the heat transfer performance and pressure drop.Micro-channel technology applications include industry,air-conditioning,solar energy systems,heat pipe technology and computer data center cooling.Compared to the conventional heat exchangers used in these fields,a micro-channel heat sink showed a much better heat transfer coefficient and low volume,indicating that it is a good choice and has huge potential for cooling application.Finally,existing problems and future scopes are described,and drawing up design standard,experimental and simulated methods for evaluating its performance are the urgent actions which need to be carried out.This review paper serves as guidance for researchers to design and predict the performance of micro-channel heat sinks.

白云岩储层在全球油气勘探与开发中占有重要地位。白云岩作为一种钙镁碳酸盐矿物,无论在海相、陆相等沉积环境,还是同生、成岩、浅埋藏和深埋藏等成岩过程中均有出现,但在现代海洋沉积中却很少发育。因此,白云岩的成因一直是国内外碳酸盐岩储层研究的难点和热点。研究结果表明:①白云岩的成因可以分为原生和次生两种,巨厚的白云岩地层多由含Mg2+的成岩流体在特定的流体动力学条件下渗透并改造前期石灰岩地层而形成;②依据白云岩形成的环境、流体动力学条件和成岩流体中离子的浓度,将白云岩的成因归纳为7种模式:蒸发泵模式、渗透回流模式、混合水模式、海水模式、埋藏模式、热液成因模式和生物成因模式;③白云石化过程对储集空间的发育产生影响,理论模式下,Mg2+的离子半径小于Ca2+,石灰岩转变为白云岩孔隙度通常会增加,但在成岩环境、新生成白云石含量和晶体结构等复杂因素的影响下,白云岩的储集空间并不一定优于石灰岩,通常白云石化过程会提升储层颗粒的抗压能力及渗透率;④优质白云岩储层成因机理表明,原始沉积环境是基础,白云石化是必要条件,白云石化之外的成岩改造是关键因素。

Profilin is an actin-binding protein that shows complex effects on the dynamics of the actin cytoskeleton. There are five profilin isoforms in Arabidopsis thaliana L. However, it is still an open question whether these isoforms are functionally different. In the present study, two profilin isoforms from Arabidopsis, PRF1 and PRF2 were fused with green fuorescent protein （GFP） tag and expressed in Escherichia coil and A. thaliana in order to compare their biochemical properties in vitro and their cellular distributions in vivo. Biochemical analysis revealed that fusion proteins of GFP-PRF1 and GFP-PRF2 can bind to poly-L-proline and G-actin showing remarkable differences. GFP-PRF1 has much higher affinities for both poly-L-proline and G-actin compared with GFP-PRF2. Observations of living cells in stable transgenic A. thaliana lines revealed that 35S：：GFP-PRF1 formed a filamentous network, while 35S：：GFP-PRF2 formed polygonal meshes. Results from the treatment with latrunculin A and a subsequent recovery experiment indicated that filamentous alignment of GFP-PRF1 was likely associated with actin filaments. However, GFP-PRF2 localized to polygonal meshes resembling the endoplasmic reticulum. Our results provide evidence that Arabidopsis profllin isoforms PRF1 and PRF2 have different biochemical affinities for poly-L-proline and G-actin, and show distinctive Iocalizations in living cells. These data suggest that PRF1 and PRF2 are functionally different isoforms.

Ground-based synthetic aperture radar(GB-SAR) has been successfully applied to the ground deformation monitoring.However, due to the short length of the GB-SAR platform, the scope of observation is largely limited. The practical applications drive us to make improvements on the conventional linear rail GB-SAR system in order to achieve larger field imaging. First, a turntable is utilized to support the rotational movement of the radar.Next, a series of high-squint scanning is performed with multiple squint angles. Further, the high squint modulation phase of the echo data is eliminated. Then, a new multi-angle imaging method is performed in the wave number domain to expand the field of view. Simulation and real experiments verify the effectiveness of this method.

目前,我国工业大麻种质资源的分子筛选和分子鉴定主要依赖于AFLP、SSR和重测序等方法,缺乏快速、准确、直观的分子标记体系,开发竞争性等位基因特异性PCR(Kompetitive Al-lele Specific PCR,KASP)标记集及其检测体系具有良好的应用前景。研究首先基于大麻素B位点基因多态性成功开发了1个特异性KASP位点,能够准确区分大麻种质资源中的低毒型、高毒型和中间型三种化学型;随后基于来自95份不同大麻种质资源的全基因组重测序SNP数据,总共开发了32个高质量的核心KASP标记。验证表明,该33个KASP标记集及其检测体系可以应用于工业大麻辅助育种、工业大麻品种分子鉴别和指纹图库构建等,丰富了工业大麻分子标记类型和方法。

目的探讨肺表面活性物质蛋白(surfactant protein,SP)-B缺陷与足月儿新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,NRDS)的相关性。方法2019年7月至2023年6月,在解放军总医院第七医学中心等4家医院开展研究。NRDS组纳入因患NRDS死亡的足月新生儿60例;对照组纳入同期因其他原因手术后死亡的足月、非NRDS患儿60例。采集胸部X线片结果。新生儿死亡后30 min内进行支气管肺泡灌洗、肺组织取材,采用蛋白质印迹法检测SP-B表达。统计学方法采用χ^(2)检验。结果NRDS组患儿生后出现严重高碳酸血症和低氧血症,采用外源性肺表面活性物质、有创高频振荡通气呼吸支持、一氧化氮治疗降低肺动脉高压等综合治疗措施,10例接受体外膜肺氧合治疗,均治疗无效死亡。NRDS组的X线胸片均显示白肺。NRDS组患儿支气管肺泡灌洗液中SP-B单体(分子质量8 ku)及二聚体(分子质量16~18 ku)表达阳性的比例均明显低于对照组[8 ku:75.0%(45/60)与100.0%(60/60),χ^(2)=17.143;16~18 ku:73.3%(44/60)与100.0%(60/60),χ^(2)=18.462;P值均<0.001];NRDS组肺组织中SP-B分子质量8 ku及16~18 ku表达阳性的比例也明显低于对照组[8 ku:75.0%(45/60)与100.0%(60/60),χ^(2)=17.143;16~18 ku:70.0%(42/60)与100.0%(60/60),χ^(2)=21.176;P值均<0.001]。NRDS组筛出SP-B缺陷个体15例,对照组仅1例,NRDS组SP-B缺陷的比例高于对照组[25.0%(15/60)与1.7%(1/60),χ^(2)=14.135,P<0.001]。结论SP-B缺陷与足月儿NRDS发病存在一定的相关性。

Objective:For locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(LA-NPC)patients,high incidences of distant metastases and severe treatment related toxicities are the main obstacles needed to be overcome.Raltitrexed,a specific thymidylate synthase inhibitor with a convenient administration schedule,has an acceptable and manageable toxicity,and possesses radio-sensitizing properties.To investigate the efficacy and safety of raltitrexed and cisplatin induction chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy(IC+CCRT)in patients with LA-NPC,a phaseⅡclinical study was conducted.Methods:Sixty eligible patients with LA-NPC were enrolled into this study.A raltitrexed-cisplatin combination was used as part of an IC+CCRT regimen.Raltitrexed-cisplatin IC was given once every 3 weeks(q3 w)for two cycles,followed by raltitrexed-cisplatin based CCRT q3 w for two cycles.Intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)was given for all enrolled patients.Results:All patients were included in survival analysis according to the intent-to-treat principle.The objective response rate(ORR)3 months after treatment was 98%.The 2-year overall survival(OS)rate was 92%.The median relapse-free survival(RFS)time was 30.5[95%confidence interval(95%CI),28.4-32.3]months.The 2-year RFS rate was 85%.The 2-year local failure-free survival(LFFS)rate was 97%and the 2-year distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS)rate was 88%.Acute toxicities were mostly grade 2 and 3 reactions in bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal side effect and oropharyngeal mucositis.Only two patients occurred grade 4 acute toxicities,one was bone marrow suppression and the other was dermatitis radiation.Conclusions:The combination of raltitrexed and cisplatin has a comparable efficacy to those in standard firstline therapy.
