目的探究溶栓前血清尿酸、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]对急性脑缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者溶栓预后的预测价值。方法选取2019年1月至2023年1月合肥市第八人民医院救治的AIS患者125例进行研究,根据溶栓后3个月随访结果分组,82例预后良好,43例预后不良。比较两组患者溶栓前血清尿酸、Hcy、Lp(a)水平、年龄、病史等临床资料;Logistic回归模型分析AIS患者溶栓预后的影响因素;通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析AIS患者溶栓前血清尿酸、Hcy、Lp(a)水平对其溶栓预后的预测价值。结果与预后良好组患者相比,不良组年龄、BMI、发病至溶栓时间、入院时NIHSS评分、血清Hcy、Lp(a)水平均更高,血清尿酸水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.563、4.086、20.083、14.177、6.103、5.494、6.980,P<0.05),预后不良组梗死大面积、高血压、糖尿病及房颤患者占比均高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.786、11.159、7.212、12.116,P<0.05);年龄、发病至溶栓时间、入院时NIHSS评分、溶栓前高水平血清Hcy、Lp(a)是影响AIS患者预后的独立危险因素,溶栓前高水平血清尿酸则是其预后的保护因素;ROC曲线结果显示溶栓前血清尿酸、Hcy、Lp(a)水平对AIS患者溶栓预后进行预测的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为:0.814、0.760、0.755,三者联合预测的AUC为0.920,联合检测的预测价值高于单一指标(P<0.05)。结论溶栓前血清尿酸、Hcy、Lp(a)对急性缺血性脑卒中患者溶栓预后有一定预测价值,三者联合检测预测效能更高。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Astragaloside IV(AS-IV)on radiation-induced liver inflammation in ***:The mice were divided into normal group,dimethyl sulfoxide solvent group,irradiation group(IR),irradiation+AS-IV(20 mg/kg)group(IR+AS-20)and irradiation+AS-IV(40 mg/kg)group(IR+AS-40).One month after intraperitoneal injection of AS-IV,the mice were irradiated with 8Gry Co60γ,the blood was collected for biochemical analysis,and the liver was collected for hematoxylin-eosin staining,immunofluorescence and electron microscopic observation,oxidative stress,and Western blot ***:The AS-IV treatment significantly ameliorated the pathological morphology of liver and reduced the alanine aminotransferase and aspertate aminotransferase levels in serum induced by radiation;AS-IV treatment also significantly reduced the expression of inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin 6 and antagonized malonaldehyde content and superoxide dismutase activity in liver caused by radiation;in addition,AS-IV treatment can significantly inhibited the positive expression of thioredoxin-interacting protein(TXNIP)and nod-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome in liver tissue after radiation;The expression of TXNIP,NLRP3 inflammasome,apoptosisassociated speck-like protein containing a CARD,cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteinase 1 and interleukin 1beta in the AS-IV prevention group decreased significantly compared to the radiation ***:These findings suggested that Co60γradiation can cause structural and functional damage to the liver,which may be related to the NLRP3 mediated inflammatory pathway;AS-IV may play a protective role by inhibiting the TXNIP/NLRP3 inflammasome signaling pathway in the radiation-induced liver injury model.

Platinum(Pt)-based electrocatalysts remain the only practical cathode catalysts for proton exchange membrane water electrolysis(PEMWE),due to their excellent catalytic activity for acidic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),but are greatly limited by their low reserves and high ***,we report an interfacial engineering strategy to obtain a promising low-Pt loading catalyst with atomically Pt-doped molybdenum carbide quantum dots decorated on conductive porous carbon(Pt-MoCx@C)for high-rate and stable HER in *** from the strong interfacial interaction between Pt atoms and the ultra-small MoCx quantum dots substrate,the Pt-MoCx catalyst exhibits a high mass activity of 8.00 A·mgPt−1,5.6 times higher than that of commercial 20 wt.%Pt/C ***,the strong interfacial coupling of Pt and MoCx substrate greatly improves the HER stability of the Pt-MoCx *** functional theory studies further confirm the strong metal-support interaction on Pt-MoCx,the critical role of MoCx substrate in the stabilization of surface Pt atoms,as well as activation of MoCx substrate by Pt atoms for improving HER durability and *** optimized Pt-MoCx@C catalyst demonstrates>2000 h stability under a water-splitting current of 1000 mA·cm^(−2)when applied to the cathode of a PEM water electrolyzer,suggesting the potential for practical applications.

Moirésuperlattices,arising from the controlled twisting of van der Waals homostructures at specific angles,have emerged as a promising platform for quantum emission ***,the manipulation of strain provides a versatile strategy to finely adjust electronic band structures,enhance exciton luminescence efficiency,and establish a robust foundation for two-dimensional quantum light ***,the intricate interplay between strain and moirépotential remains partially ***,we introduce a meticulously designed fusion of strain engineering and the twisted 2L-WSe_(2)/2L-WSe_(2) homobilayers,resulting in the precise localization of moiré*** low-temperature photoluminescence spectroscopy,we unveil the emergence of highly localized moiré-enhanced emission,characterized by the presence of multiple distinct emission ***,our investigation demonstrates the effective regulation of moirépotential depths through strain engineering,with the potential depths of strained and unstrained regions differing by 91%.By combining both experimental and theoretical approaches,our study elucidates the complex relationship between strain and moirépotential,thereby opening avenues for generating strain-induced moiréexciton single-photon sources.

This study presents the first definitive anatomical description of the tongue and lingual papillae of the cattleyak. Data on tongues from 12 healthy cattle-yaks were collected. The results show that five types of papillae were identifiable on the tongue surface of the cattle-yak. Among these, three types were mechanical papillae （filiform, conical, and lenticular）, and two types were gustatory papillae （vallate and fungiform）. Some morphological features of the cattle-yak tongue were similar to those of domestic ruminants, but the lingual prominence was higher and more developed. For example, more mechanical papillae were present and they were covered by a thicker, keratinized epithelium, the conical papillae possibly perform an immune function, the fungiform papillae have more mucus- secreting pores, and the sublingual glands were more developed. This research will provide a further and detailed source of morphological information about the cattle-yak that is currently lacking in species-specific studies on the morphology of the Bovidae family.

Influence of superior cervical ganglionectomy on hippocampal neurogenesis and learning and memory in adult rats

BACKGROUND： Studies have shown that neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus plays an important role in learning and memory. However, studies have not determined whether the superior cervical ganglion or the sympathetic nerve system influences hippocampal neurogenesis or learning and memory in adult rats. OBJECTIVE： To observe differences in dentate gyrus neurogenesis, as well as learning and memory, in adult rats following superior cervical ganglionectomy. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： A randomized, controlled, animal study was performed at the Immunohistochemistry Laboratory of the School of Life Sciences in Lanzhou University from July 2006 to July 2007. MATERIALS： Doublecortin polyclonal antibody was provided by Santa Cruz Biotechnology, USA; avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex was purchased from Zhongshan Goldenbride Biotechnology, China; Morris water maze was bought from Taimeng Technology, China. METHODS： A total of 20 adult, male, Wistar rats were randomly divided into surgery and control groups, with 10 rats in each group. In the surgery group, the bilateral superior cervical ganglions were transected. In the control group, the superior cervical ganglions were only exposed, but no ganglionectomy was performed. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： To examine distribution, morphology, and number of newborn neurons in the dentate gyrus using doublecortin immunohistochemistry at 36 days following surgical procedures. To examine ability of learning and memory in adult rats using the Morris water maze at 30 days following surgical procedures. RESULTS： Doublecortin immunohistochemical results showed that a reduction in the number of doublecortin-positive neurons in the surgery group compared to the control group （P 〈 0.05）, while the distribution of doublecortin-positive neurons was identical in the two groups. The surgery group exhibited significantly worse performance in learning and spatial memory tasks compared to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Superior cervical ganglienectomy

Plant high-affinity K^(+) transporters(HKTs)mediate Na^(+) and K^(+) uptake,maintain Na^(+)/K^(+) homeostasis,and therefore play crucial roles in plant salt *** this study,we present cryoelectron microscopy structures of HKTs from two classes,classI HKT1;1 from Arabidopsis thaliana(AtHKT1;1)and class II HKT2;1 from Triticum aestivum(TaHKT2;1),in both Na^(+) -and K^(+) -bound states at 2.6-to 3.0-A ***1;1and TaHKT2;1function *** HKT subunit consists of four tan-dem domain units(D1-D4)with a repeated K^(+) -channel-like M-P-M *** each subunit,D1-D4 assemble into an ion conduction pore with a pseudo-four-fold *** both TaHKT2;1and AtHKT1;1 have only one putative Na^(+) ion bound in the selectivity filter with a similar coordination pattern,the two HKTs display different K^(+) binding modes in the ***2;1 has three K^(+) ions bound in the selec-tivity filter,but AtHKT1;1 has only two K^(+) ions bound in the filter,which has a narrowed external entrance due to the presence of a Ser residue in the first filter *** structures,along with compu-tational,mutational,and electrophysiological analyses,enable us to pinpoint key residues that are critical for the ion selectivity of *** findings provide new insights into the ion selectivity and ion transport mechanisms of plant HKTs and improve our understanding about how HKTs mediate plant salt tolerance and enhance crop growth.

Supported Pd based catalysts are considered as the efficient candidates for low-carbon alkane oxidation for their outstanding capability to break C-H bond. Whereas, the irreversible deactivation of Pd based catalysts was still frequently observed. Herein, we reinforced the extruded Pd nanoparticles with quantitive Pt to assemble the evenly distributed Pd Pt nanoalloy onto ferrite perovskite(Pd Pt-LCF) matrix with strengthened robustness of metal/oxide support interface. We further co-achieved the enhanced performance, anti-overoxidation as well as resistance of vapor-poisoning in durability measurement. The operando X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(O-XPS) combined with various morphology characterizations confirms that the accumulation of surface deep-oxidation species of Pd^(4+) is the culprit for fast activity loss in exsolved Pd system, especially at high temperature of 400 ℃. Conversely, it could be completely suppressed by in-situ alloying Pd with equal amount of Pt, which helps maintain the metastable Pd^(2+)/Pd shell and metallic solid-solution core structure. The density function theory(DFT) calculations further buttress that the dissociation of C–H was facilitated on alloy/perovskite interface which is, on the contrary, resistant toward O–H bond cleavage, as compared to Pd/perovskite. Our work suggests that the modification of exsolved metal/oxide catalytic interface could further enrich the toolkit of heterogeneous catalyst design.

Objective:Previous studies reported that 4-1BB-based CD19 chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cells were more beneficial for the clinical outcomes than CD28-based CAR-T cells,especially the lower incidence rate of severe adverse ***,the median progression-free survival(mPFS)of 4-1BB-based product Kymriah was shorter than that of CD28-based Yescarta(2.9 months vs.5.9 months),suggesting that Kymriah was limited in the long-term ***,a safe and durable 4-1BB-based CD19 CAR-T needs to be ***:We designed a CD19-targeted CAR-T(named as IM19)which consisted of an FMC63 scFv,4-1BB and CD3ζintracellular domain and was manufactured into a memory T-enriched formulation.A phase I/II clinical trial was launched to evaluate the clinical outcomes of IM19 in relapsed or refractory(r/r)B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma(B-NHL).Dose-escalation investigation(at a dose of 5×10^(5)/kg,1×10^(6)/kg and 3×106/kg)was performed in 22 r/r B-NHL *** patients received a single infusion of IM19 after 3-day conditional ***:At month 3,the overall response rate(ORR)was 59.1%,the complete response rate(CRR)was 50.0%.The mPFS was 6 months and the 1-year overall survival rate was 77.8%.Cytokine release syndrome(CRS)occurred in 13 patients(59.1%),with 54.5%of grade 1−2 *** one patient(4.5%)experienced grade 3 CRS and grade 3 ***:These results demonstrated the safety and durable efficacy of a 4-1BB-based CD19 CAR-T,IM19,which is promising for further development and clinical investigation.
