Brain injury due to intrauterine growth restriction(IUGR) is a thorny clinical problem that often leads to permanent neurological deficits such as cerebral *** practical therapies can treat an IUGR-associated brain *** employed acupuncture to treat a 6-month-old male patient with severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) due to IUGR,as confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Three courses of acupuncture treatment significantly improved some of the patient’s clinical characteristics,such as his insensitive responsiveness and motor deficits,with remarkably reversed HIE features on MRI at 1-year of *** case suggests that acupuncture is a potential treatment option for an IUGRassociated brain injury and warrants further investigation.

cell infiltration and proliferation in tumor tissues are the main factors that significantly affect the therapeutic outcomes of cancer *** evidence has shown that interferon-gamma(IFN)could enhance CXCL9 secretion from macrophages to recruit T cells,but Siglec15 expressed on TAMs can attenuate T cell ***,targeted regulation of macrophage function could be a promising strategy to enhance cancer immunotherapy via concurrently promoting the infiltration and proliferation of T cells in tumor *** herein developed reductionresponsive nanoparticles(NPs)made with poly(disulfide amide)(PDSA)and lipid-poly(ethylene glycol)(lipid-PEG)for systemic delivery of Siglec15 siRNA(siSiglec15)and IFN for enhanced cancer *** intravenous administration,these cargo-loaded could highly accumulate in the tumor tissues and be efficiently internalized by tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs).With the highly concentrated glutathione(GSH)in the cytoplasm to destroy the nanostructure,the loaded IFN and si-Siglec15 could be rapidly released,which could respectively repolarize macrophage phenotype to enhance CXCL9 secretion for T cell infiltration and silence Siglec15 expression to promote T cell proliferation,leading to significant inhibition of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)growth when combining with the immune checkpoint *** strategy developed herein could be used as an effective tool to enhance cancer immunotherapy.

目的:探讨糖尿病(DM)合并焦虑抑郁状态患者应用针刺联合甘麦大枣汤治疗的临床疗效。方法:将60例DM合并焦虑抑郁状态患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,观察组在此基础上加用针刺联合甘麦大枣汤治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。对比两组临床疗效、血糖水平、情绪指标及不良反应。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:DM合并焦虑抑郁状态患者应用针刺联合甘麦大枣汤治疗可改善血糖水平及焦虑抑郁状态,效果良好,安全性好,有一定的临床应用价值。

Rice cooking and eating qualities(CEQ)are mainly determined by cooked rice textural parameters and starch physicochemical ***,the genetic bases of grain texture and starch properties in rice have not been fully *** conducted a genome-wide association study for apparent amylose content(AAC),starch pasting viscosities,and cooked rice textural parameters using 279 indica rice accessions from the 3000 Rice Genome *** identified 26 QTLs in the whole population and detected single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)with the lowest P-value at the Waxy(Wx)locus for all traits except pasting temperature and ***,we detected significant SNPs at the SUBSTANDARD STARCH GRAIN6(SSG6)locus for AAC,setback(SB),hardness,adhesiveness,chewiness(CHEW),gumminess(GUM),and *** subsequently divided the population using a SNP adjacent to the Waxy locus,and identified 23 QTLs and 12 QTLs in two sub-panels,WxT and WxA,*** these sub-panels,SSG6 was also identified to be associated with pasting parameters,including peak viscosity,hot paste viscosity,cold paste viscosity,and consistency ***,a candidate gene encoding monosaccharide transporter 5(OsMST5)was identified to be associated with AAC,breakdown,SB,CHEW,and *** total,39 QTLs were co-localized with known genes or previously reported *** identified genes and QTLs provide valuable information for genetic manipulation to improve rice CEQ.

Hydrogen production from proton exchange membrane water electrolysis is constrained by the sluggish kinetics of the anodic oxygen evolution ***_(2)has attracted considerable attention due to its low reaction overpotential,but its inferior stability remains a major ***,a strategy is proposed to enhance the catalytic activity and stability of CoRuOx nanoparticles by doping Co and regulating the ordering degree of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)by air *** was found that the CoRuOx@CNTs-300 catalyst exhibited the best catalytic activity and stability when the annealing temperature was 300°*** the current density of 10 mA cm−2,the overpotential of this catalyst was only 201 mV,which was nearly 100 mV lower than that of commercial RuO_(2)(300 mV).Surprisingly,there was no significant increase in the overpotential when tested at a current density of 10 mA cm−2 for 50 *** density functional theory calculations indicate that the high activity of the catalyst is due to the electronic coupling of CoRuOx nanoparticles and CNTs,and that the introduction of Co and CNTs improves the electronic structure and solvation energies of the Ru in the active site,dramatically increasing the structural stability.

Liver X receptor(LXR) plays an important role in reverse cholesterol transport(RCT), and activation of LXR could reduce atherosclerosis. In the present study we used a cell-based screening method to identify new potential LXRβ agonists. A novel benzofuran-2-carboxylate derivative was identified with LXRβ agonist activity: E17110 showed a significant activation effect on LXRβ with an EC50 value of 0.72 μmol/L. E17110 also increased the expression of ATP-binding cassette transporter A1(ABCA1) and G1(ABCG1) in RAW264.7 macrophages. Moreover, E17110 significantly reduced cellular lipid accumulation and promoted cholesterol efflux in RAW264.7 macrophages. Interestingly, we found that the key amino acids in the LXRβ ligand-binding domain had distinct interactions with E17110 as compared to TO901317. These results suggest that E17110 was identified as a novel compound with LXRβ agonist activity in vitro via screening, and could be developed as a potential anti-atherosclerotic lead compound.

基于文献资料收集，从跨域治理视角分析美国体育场馆的融资方式。结果显示：(1)政治、法律、经济、社会文化等宏观环境形塑了美国体育场馆融资中的跨区域、跨组织、跨部门协同特征；(2)融资方式由决策主体、资源结构和责任机制等三大要素构成，三者相互依赖、分工合作实现社会适应、资源整合、模式维持和目标达成等功能，保证融资过程稳定可持续；(3)匹兹堡的文化资产区、印第安纳波利斯的资本增值委员会和底特律的市区发展局，反映同一融资方式下由简到繁的三种代表性跨域治理实践。对优化我国体育场馆融资方式的启示包括：(1)构建多元协力的融资网络，赋权独立自主的决策机构；(2)推动共建共享的跨域合作，探索稳定可靠的财税安排；(3)构建有效激励的责任机制，引入合理完善的绩效监督；(4)鼓励因地制宜的区域创新，便利跨域交流及创新扩散。
