CsPbI_(3)perovskite quantum dots(QDs)are ideal materials for the next generation of red light-emitting ***,the low phase stability of CsPbI_(3)QDs and long-chain insulating capping ligands hinder the improvement of device *** in-situ ligand replacement and ligand exchange after synthesis were often difficult to ***,we proposed a new ligand exchange strategy using a proton-prompted insitu exchange of short 5-aminopentanoic acid ligands with long-chain oleic acid and oleylamine ligands to obtain stable small-size CsPbI_(3)*** exchange strategy maintained the size and morphology of CsPbI_(3)QDs and improved the optical properties and the conductivity of CsPbI_(3)QDs *** a result,high-efficiency red QD-based light-emitting diodes with an emission wavelength of 645 nm demonstrated a record maximum external quantum efficiency of 24.45%and an operational half-life of 10.79 h.

为了提高水稻直播机自动作业时路径跟踪的精度和稳定性,提出了一种基于新型非线性滑模面和改进快速变幂次趋近率的滑模路径跟踪控制方法。首先,建立Frenet坐标系下直播机的路径跟踪运动学模型;然后,为保证路径跟踪过程中横向偏差和航向偏差全局收敛,采用双曲正切函数设计滑模面;最后,在快速幂次趋近率的基础上设计了变指数幂次项,提高了系统趋近速度并有效抑制了抖振。在Simulink上搭建模型并进行仿真,与基于快速幂次趋近率和指数趋近率的滑模控制方法相比,本文改进滑模控制方法的路径跟踪误差收敛时间最短并且无抖振现象发生。直播机采用改进算法以0.8 m/s的速度在水田实际自动作业时,横向偏差和航向偏差的平均绝对误差为0.016 9 m和1.099 9°,均方差为0.021 5 m和1.499 2°,提高了路径跟踪的精度和稳定性,满足了实际作业需求。

In the process of identifying parameters for a permanent magnet synchronous motor,the particle swarm optimization method is prone to being stuck in local optima in the later stages of iteration,resulting in low parameter *** work proposes a fuzzy particle swarm optimization approach based on the transformation function and the filled *** approach addresses the topic of particle swarmoptimization in parameter identification from two ***,the algorithm uses a transformation function to change the form of the fitness function without changing the position of the extreme point of the fitness function,making the extreme point of the fitness function more prominent and improving the algorithm’s search ability while reducing the algorithm’s computational ***,on the basis of themulti-loop fuzzy control systembased onmultiplemembership functions,it is merged with the filled function to improve the algorithm’s capacity to skip out of the local optimal *** approach can be used to identify the parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motors by sampling only the stator current,voltage,and speed *** simulation results show that the method can effectively identify the electrical parameters of a permanent magnet synchronous motor,and it has superior global convergence performance and robustness.

To inactivate the potentially pathogenic microorganisms and safely utilize vegetable waste compost, ultra-high temperatures(> 70°C) should be maintained during the composting without having an inhibitory effect on maturity. This study investigated the influence of bulk density(part 1) and easily-degraded organic matter content(EDOMC, part 2) on temperature evolution during vegetable waste composting: Part 1: corn straw with different particle sizes was used to achieve different bulk densities in the composting material(BD1–BD3); Part 2: partial or total substitution of the corn straw by corn starch was carried out to obtain different EDOMC(ED1–ED4). The composting experiments were conducted in a labscale reactor(1.75 kg material) and lasted for 30 d. Temperature and CO2 emission were recorded daily, and the organic matter, lignocellulose, microbial activity, germination index(GI) and C/N of the samples were measured at different stages. The highest temperature(65.7°C) in part 1 occurred in the treatment with the bulk density of 0.35 g/cm3, which also had the longest thermophilic phase. Bulk density was found to seriously influence the utilization efficiency of O2 and heat transfer through materials, rather than heat production from organic matter degradation. In experiment part 2, the highest temperature was obtained with EDOMC of 45%(71.4°C). Therefore, adjusting the bulk density to 0.35 g/cm3 and the easily-degraded organic matter content of the initial material to 45% was the best combination for reaching temperatures above 70°C during composting, with no inhibitory effect on the maturity of the compost product.

A 48-year old male patient was admitted to our hospital on December 5, 2006, because of a distending head pain over a period of 13 months. CT and MRI examinations showed that there was a space-occupying lesion in the fight frontal lobe. During the operation a tumor was found at the juncture between the grey and white matter of the fight frontal lobe, with a limpid border and without an envelop. The frontal tumor was totally excised.

There is an imbalance between the supply and demand of functional red blood cells(RBCs)in clinical *** imbalance can be addressed by regenerating RBCs using several in vitro *** pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs)can handle the low supply of cord blood and the ethical issues in embryonic stem cell research,and provide a promising strategy to eliminate immune ***,no complete single-cell level differentiation pathway exists for the iPSC-derived erythroid differentiation *** this study,we used iPSC line BC1 to establish a RBC regeneration *** 10X Genomics single-cell transcriptome platform was used to map the cell lineage and differentiation trajectory on day 14 of the regeneration *** observed that iPSC differentiation was not synchronized during embryoid body(EB)*** cells(on day 14)mainly consisted of mesodermal and various blood cells,similar to the yolk sac *** identified six cell classifications and characterized the regulatory transcription factor(TF)networks and cell-cell contacts underlying the *** undergo two transformations during the differentiation trajectory,accompanied by the dynamic expression of cell adhesion molecules and estrogen-responsive *** identified erythroid cells at different stages,such as burst-forming unit erythroid(BFU-E)and orthochromatic erythroblast(ortho-E)cells,and found that the regulation of TFs(e.g.,TFDP1 and FOXO3)is erythroid-stage *** erythroid cells were identified in our *** study provides systematic theoretical guidance for optimizing the iPSC-derived erythroid differentiation system,and this system is a useful model for simulating in vivo hematopoietic development and differentiation.

The limited material removal rate of conventional chemical mechanical polishing(CMP)significantly hinders the fabrica-tion efficiency and surface quality,thereby preventing the development of gallium nitride(GaN)-based ***,the incorporation of photoelectrochemistry in CMP has garnered increasing attention because of its potential to enhance the quality and efficiency of the GaN ***,a considerable gap still exists in the comprehensive understanding of the specific photoelectrochemical(PEC)behavior of ***,we report the influence of the electrolyte on the PEC etching of *** acids and bases were tested,with their pH being carefully *** concentrations of the cations and anions were also *** results showed that photocorrosion/photoetching was more pronounced in sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid,and nitric acid environments than in alkaline environments,but it was less pronounced in hydrochloric ***,the effects of pH and anion concentration on photoetching were investigated,and the results revealed that pho-toetching in acidic environments weakened with increasing pH levels and diminished with increasing sulfate *** underlying reasons contributing to this observation were *** findings provide ideas for improving the pho-toetching efficiency of GaN,thereby enriching the photoelectrochemical mechanical polishing(PECMP)technology of GaN.
