Metabolic and epigenetic reprogramming play important roles in cancer therapeutic ***,their interplays are poorly *** report here that elevated TIGAr(Tp53-induced glycolysis and apoptosis regulator),an antioxidant and glucose metabolic regulator and a target of oncogenic histone methyltransferase NSD2.nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein 2.,is mainly localized in the nucleus of therapeutic resistant tumor cells where it stimulates NSD2.expression and elevates global H3K36me2.***,TIGAr directly interacts with the antioxidant master regulator NrF2.and facilitates chromatin recruitment of NrF2.H3K4me3 methylase MLL1 and elongating pol-II to stimulate the expression of both new(NSD2.and established(NQO1/2.prDX1 and GSTM4)targets of NrF2.independent of its enzymatic *** TIGAr confers cancer cell resistance to chemotherapy and hormonal therapy in vitro and in tumors through effective maintenance of redox *** addition,nuclear accumulation of TIGAr is positively associated with NSD2.expression in clinical tumors and strongly correlated with poor *** findings define a nuclear TIGAr-mediated epigenetic autoregulatory loop in redox rebalance for tumor therapeutic resistance.

Background:Enhanced recovery after surgery is used in gastrointestinal *** study aimed to access the effects of early liquid drinking(ELD)on gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with gastric cancer(GC)who underwent radical gastrectomy,as high-quality evidence on the outcomes of ELD after gastrectomy is currently ***:Clinicopathological data of patients with GC from 11 centers were retrospectively *** outcomes were investigated in 555 patients,including 2.5 who started drinking liquid within 48 h(ELD group)of surgery and 330 who started drinking liquid after flatus resumption(traditional liquid drinking[TLD]group).propensity score matching(pSM)analysis was performed using a match ratio of 1:1 and 2.1 patients were selected from each group for the *** outcome was time to first passage of *** outcomes included time to first defecation,post-operative hospitalization days,occurrence of short-term post-operative complications,and hospitalization ***:After pSM,baseline characteristics were not significantly different between the two *** time to first flatus(2.72.1.08 vs 3.3661.39 days),first defecation(4.3461.85 vs 4.7761.61 days),and post-operative hospital stay(8.2.64.02.vs 12.9464.43 days)were shorter in the ELD group than in the TLD group(all proup had lower hospitalization costs than the TLD group([7.8362.44 vs 8.7863.41]104 rMB,p=0.041).No significant differences were observed in the incidence of post-operative ***:Compared with TLD,post-operative ELD could promote rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce hospitalization costs;moreover,ELD does not increase the risk of post-operative complications.

Designing a carbon material with a unique composition and surface functional groups for offering high specific capacity in a wide voltage window is of great significance to improve the energy density for the supercapacitor in a cheap and eco-friendly aqueous ***,we develop an efficient strategy to synthesize a N,O co-doped hierarchically porous carbon(NODpC-1.0)with moderate specific surface area and pore volume as well as rich heteroatoms using a deep eutectic solvent(DES)as an *** is found that NODpC-1.0 with a large proportion of pseudocapacitive functional groups(pyrrole-N,pyridineN and carbonyl-quinone)can work stable in an acidic 2.mol/L Li_(2.SO_(4)(pH 2.5)electrolyte,exhibiting specific capacities of 375 and 186 F/g at the current densities of 1.0 and 100 A/g,***,the assembled symmetric capacitor using the NODpC-1.0 as the active material and 2.mol/L acidic Li_(2.SO_(4)(pH 2.5)as the electrolyte shows an outstanding energy density of 74.4 Wh/kg at a high power density of 1.44 k W/kg under a broad voltage window(2.4 V).relevant comparative experiments indicate that H+of the acidic aqueous electrolyte plays a crucial part in enhancement the specific capacity,and the abundant pseudocapacitive functional groups on the surface of the NODpC-1.0 sample play the key role in the improvement of electrochemical cycle stability under a broad voltage window.

认知障碍是帕金森病(parkinson's disease,pD)最重要的非运动性表现之一,极大地影响患者生活质量。随着影像设备的更新、后处理技术的发展,脑结构功能影像学可以很好地观察脑组织密度、体积、结构的完整性,本文就MrI对pD认知障碍分析的基于体素的形态测量学(voxel-based morphometry,VBM)、基于表面积的形态测量学(surface-based morphometry,SBM)、扩散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)、静息态功能MrI(resting-state functional MrI,rs-fMrI)作一综述,分析并总结不同研究手段的特点及优点,供研究学者进一步探究,有针对性地提出未来影像学在pD认知障碍诊断中的研究发展方向,为临床分析认知功能改变提供重要的影像学帮助,以帮助患者诊断认知功能下降及预测下降趋势,提高患者生活质量。

Building a Cloud-Based Energy Storage System through Digital Transformation of Distributed Backup Battery in Mobile Base Stations

Battery energy storage systems(ESS) have been widely used in mobile base stations(BS) as the main backup power source. Due to the large number of base stations, massive distributed ESSs have largely stayed in idle and very difficult to achieve high asset utilization. In recent years, the fast-paced development of digital energy storage(DES) technology has revolutionized the traditional operation and maintenance of ESSs by transforming them into digital assets, further enabling battery energy storage services, raising up a new way to achieve a much higher utilization of such kind of largely idle ESS resources. In this paper, the disruptive DES technology will be introduced and its application under the context of mobile BSs will be studied, and then a cloud-based energy storage(CES) platform is proposed based on a large scale distributed DESs to provide a new cyber-enabled energy storage service to the local utility company. A real-world case study shows the effectiveness and efficiency of the CES platform.

Transcription factor-based gene therapy to treat glioblastoma through direct neuronal conversion

Objective:Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most prevalent and aggressive adult primary cancer in the central nervous *** approaches for GBM treatment are under intense investigation,including the use of emerging ***,we propose an alternative approach to treat GBM through reprogramming proliferative GBM cells into non-proliferative ***:retroviruses were used to target highly proliferative human GBM cells through overexpression of neural transcription ***,electrophysiological recording,and bulk rNA-seq were performed to investigate the mechanisms underlying the neuronal conversion of human GBM *** in vivo intracranial xenograft mouse model was used to examine the neuronal conversion of human GBM ***:We report efficient neuronal conversion from human GBM cells by overexpressing single neural transcription factor Neurogenic differentiation 1(Neuro D1),Neurogenin-2.Neurog2.,or Achaete-scute homolog 1(Ascl1).Subtype characterization showed that the majority of Neurog2.and Neuro D1-converted neurons were glutamatergic,while Ascl1 favored GABAergic neuron *** GBM cell-converted neurons not only showed pan-neuronal markers but also exhibited neuron-specific electrophysiological *** analyses revealed that neuronal genes were activated in glioma cells after overexpression of neural transcription factors,and different signaling pathways were activated by different neural transcription ***,the neuronal conversion of GBM cells was accompanied by significant inhibition of GBM cell proliferation in both in vitro and in vivo ***:These results suggest that GBM cells can be reprogrammed into different subtypes of neurons,leading to a potential alternative approach to treat brain tumors using in vivo cell conversion technology.

目的:建立黄芪中33种禁用农药的检测方法,并测定82.黄芪的禁用农药。方法:以乙腈为溶剂,高速匀浆处理,通过净化管净化。分别采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS/MS)法和超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法进行测定,正离子模式下多反应检测(MrM)。结果:GC-MS/MS法和LC-MS/MS法检测的禁用农药质量浓度在相应浓度范围内均呈良好线性关系,相关系数在0.99以上,加标回收率在59.72.~133.48%,rSD均小于13.61%,符合痕量测定的要求。82.黄芪样品共检出6批含有甲基异柳磷,检出率7.3%。结论:该方法能准确、有效检测黄芪中的禁用农药,为黄芪的安全性质量评价奠定基础,同时,为黄芪规范化种植提供依据。
