目的评价延续护理在慢性伤口患者居家护理中的作用及价值。方法选取联勤保障部队第九○四医院门诊部于2021年1月至2022年3月收治的慢性伤口患者作为观察对象,共计80例,按简单随机抽样法分成2组。对照组(40例)给予常规护理,观察组(40例)实施延续护理。比较2组的临床疗效、伤口及创面恢复情况、生活质量。结果观察组的临床总有效率为97.50%,明显较对照组的85.00%更高(P<0.05)。出院1个月、2个月及3个月后,观察组的伤口面积缩小率和创面相对愈合速率均较同期对照组更大(P均<0.05),且2组在出院2个月及3个月后均高于出院1个月后(P均<0.05)。出院1个月及3个月后,2组的中文版Cardiff伤口影响量表各维度评分均较出院时升高(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同期对照组更高(P均<0.05)。结论延续护理对慢性伤口患者的临床疗效提升、创面快速愈合以及生活质量改善均可产生积极影响。

A simple and effective greedy algorithm for image approximation is proposed. Based on the matching pursuit approach, it is characterized by a reduced computational complexity benefiting from two major modifications. First, it iteratively finds an approximation by selecting M atoms instead of one at a time. Second, the inner product computations are confined within only a fraction of dictionary atoms at each iteration. The modifications are implemented very efficiently due to the spatial incoherence of the dictionary. Experimental results show that compared with full search matching pursuit, the proposed algorithm achieves a speed-up gain of 14.4-36.7 times while maintaining the approximation quality.

A high performance scalable image coding algorithm is proposed. The salient features of this algorithm are the ways to form and locate the significant clusters. Thanks to the list structure, the new coding algorithm achieves fine fractional bit-plane coding with negligible additional complexity. Experiments show that it performs comparably or better than the state-of-the-art coders. Furthermore, the flexible codec supports both quality and resolution scalability, which is very attractive in many network applications.

As the key technique of improved Hilbert-Huang transform （HHT）, ensemble empiri- cal mode decomposition （EEMD） has a good performance of eliminating mode mixing phenomenon, which has a strong impact on the observation of seismic information. However, the intrinsic mode functions （IMF） obtained from EEMD contain noises, so that it is required to find a more robust frequency estimation method to calculate the instantaneous frequency （IF） of IMF. For this reason, the improved HHT algorithm based on the damped instantaneous frequency （DIF） is proposed to overcome the shortage of EEMD. Compared with other IF estimation methods, the DIF has strong antinoise ability and high estimation accuracy. The test results of synthetic and real seismic data show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective for extracting seismic instantaneous at- tributes.

Seismic Attribute Analysis with Saliency Detection in Fractional Fourier Transform Domain

Most image saliency detection models are dependent on prior knowledge and demand high computational cost. However, spectral residual（SR） and phase spectrum of the Fourier transform（PFT） models are simple and fast saliency detection approaches based on two-dimensional Fourier transform without the prior knowledge. For seismic data, the geological structure of the underground rock formation changes more obviously in the time direction. Therefore, one-dimensional Fourier transform is more suitable for seismic saliency detection. Fractional Fourier transform（FrFT） is an improved algorithm for Fourier transform, therefore we propose the seismic SR and PFT models in one-dimensional FrF T domain to obtain more detailed saliency maps. These two models use the amplitude and phase information in FrFT domain to construct the corresponding saliency maps in spatial domain. By means of these two models, several saliency maps at different fractional orders can be obtained for seismic attribute analysis. These saliency maps can characterize the detailed features and highlight the object areas, which is more conducive to determine the location of reservoirs. The performance of the proposed method is assessed on both simulated and real seismic data. The results indicate that our method is effective and convenient for seismic attribute extraction with good noise immunity.

The cAMP-dependent protein kinase A(PKA)signaling pathway has long been considered critical for long-term memory(LTM)*** studies have mostly focused on the role of PKA signaling in LTM induction by multiple spaced conditioning with less attention to LTM induction by a single ***,we conducted behavioral-pharmacology,enzyme immunoassay and RNA interference experiments to study the role of the PKA signaling pathway in LTM formation in the agricultural pest Bactrocera dorsalis,which has a strong memory capacity allowing it to form a two-day memory even from a single conditioning *** found that either blocking or activating PKA prior to conditioning pretreatment affected multiple spaced LTM,and conversely,they did not affect LTM formed by single *** was further confirmed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and silencing of the protein kinase regulatory subunit 2 and catalytic subunit *** together,these results suggest that activating PKA during memory acquisition helps to induce the LTM formed by multiple spaced conditioning but not by a single *** findings challenge the conserved role of PKA signaling in LTM,which provides a basis for the greater diversity of molecular mechanisms underlying LTM formation across species,as well as possible functional and evolutionary implications.

This article mainly investigates the fuzzy optimization robust control issue for nonlinear networked systems characterized by the interval type-2(IT2)fuzzy technique under a differential evolution *** provide a more reasonable utilization of the constrained communication channel,a novel adaptive memory event-triggered(AMET)mechanism is developed,where two event-triggered thresholds can be dynamically adjusted in the light of the current system information and the transmitted historical *** conditions with less conservative design of the fuzzy imperfect premise matching(IPM)controller are presented by introducing the Wirtinger-based integral inequality,the information of membership functions(MFs)and slack ***,under the IPM policy,a new MFs intelligent optimization technique that takes advantage of the differential evolution algorithm is first provided for IT2 TakagiSugeno(T-S)fuzzy systems to update the fuzzy controller MFs in real-time and achieve a better system control ***,simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control scheme can obtain better system performance in the case of using fewer communication resources.
