Calcium carbonate often precipitates in anaerobic reactors treating wastewater with high calcium *** aim of this paper is to study the effect of wastewater composition on calcium carbonate precipitation in upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)*** laboratory-scale UASB reactors were operated with calcium-containing influents using acetate and carbohydrate as substrate,*** was an obvious accumulation of inorganic precipitate observed in the *** via scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)showed that the acclimated biogranules in the two reactors differed in *** carbonate was found to have precipitated on the surface of acetate-degrading biogranules,but precipitated at the core of the carbohydrate-degrading *** results indicated that substrates had significant influence on the location of calcium carbonate precipitation in anaerobic granular sludge,which was expected due to the different methanogens distribution and pH gradient within the granular sludge degrading various ***,the location of calcium carbonate precipitation substantially affected the specific methanogenic activity(SMA)of the granular *** SMA of the acetate-degrading biogranules dropped from 1.96 gCODCH4·gVSS^(–1)·d^(–1)to 0.61 gCODCH4·gVSS^(–1)·d^(–1)after 180-d of operation in the ***,the SMA of the carbohydrate-degrading biogranules was not adversely affected by calcium carbonate precipitation.

The direct conversion of methanol into methane is the main process in anaerobic treatment of methanol containing ***,acetic acid can also be produced from methanol theoretically,which may probably result in an abrupt pH drop and deteriorate the anaerobic ***,it is interesting to know what would really happen in an anaerobic reactor treating methanol *** this study,an up-flow anaerobic sludge bed(UASB)reactor treating methanol wastewater was *** chemical oxygen demand(COD),acetic acid and pH of the effluent were monitored at different loadings and influent *** results showed that the anaerobic reactor could be operated steadily at as low as 119 mg/L of influent alkalinity and high organic loading rate with no obvious pH *** fatty acids accumulation was not observed even at strong shock *** microorganisms in the sludge at the end of the test became homogeneous in morphology,which were mainly spherical or spheroidal in shape.

The development of order in transitional China is not merely a matter of institutional supply, hut also a matter of defining the state＇s special roles and functions in the transition period. Since reform and opening up, China has sought to realize the twin governance aims of high speed development of the socialist economy and maintenance of stability, which require that the state simultaneously undertake the dual roles of modern government and national capital. The consequent adjustments to the governance structure are expressed in the state＇s devolution of power to the market while reserving government pricing power; devolution of power to local governments while reserving power over central tasks; and affirming social rights while reserving the power to approve social organizations. At the institutional level, the externalities produced by this ＂quasi-decentralized governance structure＂ are marked by the shrinkage of arrangements for collective welfare, the absence of mechanisms for routine security in ordinary life, and the development of mechanisms that allow the government to profit from the market. This may result in the instrumentalization of government functions and the capitalization of public power, producing imbalances in the distribution of social rights, wealth and risk, or in other words, social instability.

Various government documents tend to put the reordering of relationship together with institutional reform and functional *** we fail to understand this important issue,we will be unable to understand China’s national governance *** reordering of relationship has four dimensions:government and market;central and local government;the economy and society;and government and *** routes to this reordering can be divided into separation,retention and *** the one hand,the conflicts between these routes have affected China’s national governance structure,so that it seeks a balance between closure and opening up;on the other,the course taken by the reordering of relationship is rooted in the demands for generality and modernity that coexist within China’s national *** could say that the straightening out of relationship has reshaped the distinctive features of this *** the course of continuous reordering,some of its important elements have undergone a crucial *** the perspective of the reordering of relationship,the openness with which these relations have been absorbed into a larger system is crucial to the future transformation of China’s national governance.

OBJECTIVE: To determine the clinical efficacy and safety of Liangxue Jiedu decoction(LJD) for the treatment of progressive psoriasis vulgaris and to provide the basis for the development of a standardized treatment protocol for psoriasis ***: In this multicenter, randomized, controlled study, patients with blood-heat type psoriasis were randomly assigned to receive either Chinese herbal medicine(LJD;treatment group) or Western Medicine(cetirizine hydrochloride, vitamin C, and vitamin B complex;control group). Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI) scores were calculated in addition to the number of patients who achieved ≥ 50% or ≥ 75% improvement in PASI score from baseline. The change in symptoms of Chinese medicine(color of rash, burning sensation,itchiness, severity of irritation, and anger) was evaluated and safety was assessed as adverse events and laboratory analysis. t test, independent sample non-parametric test and χ2 test were used to analyze the ***: A total of 238 participants were included in the study [treatment group, n = 122(PP analysis117);control group, n = 116(PP analysis 104)]. LJD treatment was associated with a significant improvement in skin lesions and symptoms com-pared with Western Medicine treatment. At the end of the 8-week treatment period, 23.77%(PP analysis 24.79%) of patients in the treatment group had achieved PASI75 and 57.38%(PP analysis 58.97%)had achieved PASI50;the corresponding figures in the control group were 9.48%(9.62%) and 25.00%(25.00%), respectively. The between-group differences were statistically significant(P he blood-heat type using LJD was associated with significantly better outcomes compared with those achieved using standard Western Medicine.

人民城市建设是对城市治理如何实现人民更美好生活的回应,是以人民为中心在城市的深刻体现。目前关于城市发展的理论从城市的公共价值、城市发展问题等进行了较系统论述,但结合城市中的人民属性对超大城市的复杂治理及如何回应人民需求做出清晰解释尚不充分。人民城市的建设与人民需求的回应在本质上与城市权利的分配有关。据此,基于城市权利理论可以理顺人民城市建设过程中对人民性的认知,同时基于具体治理场景的分析也能够发现城市中人民的共有需求,即街头繁荣、烟火气息、线下欢聚,常人可达、情感共鸣。这五大需求的提出和实现,为中国城市发展和城市治理,提供了另一种思路,也可能让城市更贴近人民、更具有活力。

Kiwifruit root rot is an important root disease of kiwifruit, which has occurred increasingly in recent years. The disease leads to the death of whole kiwifruit plant under severe condition, and has become an important disease restricting kiwi fruit industry development. 人民是国家、社会以及党与政府存在的关键和基石。中国坚持人民至上的治国方针和以人民为中心的治理理念,人民理论理应成为其进行公共治理的基础理论。人民理论研究包括在人民这一知识元概念下的差异化个体(群体)与人民分层、人民之诉与人民之需、人民算法以及为了人民的治理等多个核心内容。社会分层诱发不同的人民之诉与人民之需,进而要求利用人民算法开展以人民为中心的治理是人民理论的内在逻辑。穿梭于历史与现实、理论与经验、东方与西方之间,人民理论不仅是具有中国特质的高解释力和强普遍性的理论,也可以与作为西方政治学、公共管理学等学科基础的公民理论展开有效对话。

"好研究"是当下公共管理研究的大问题。如果我们不能持续拿出区别于其他学科的好研究,这个学科应该还会存在且可能更为强大,但"我们"则可能不在了。做好研究有三个关键词:公共、中国、大时代。第一,"公共"意味着公共管理研究的是所有人共有的、关心的议题,这些议题如果解决不好,可能伤害所有人,这个学科的使命关乎我们的悲欢喜乐、关乎每个人的公共福祉,因而也更可能产生打动人心的好研究。第二,"中国"这个关键词与本土化议题有关系。如果没有强烈的情境意识或者本土意识,很容易导致研究价值迷失,忽略"中国",不仅将错过好的选题,也可能选错研究工具,还可能造成深层次价值缺失。第三,在社会转型的大时代,就是经典理论产生的最佳时机。当下,我们正在从工业化转换到后工业化时代,从耕田、厂房、资本作为主要的生产资料到数据、技术、全球资本作为主要生产资料,生产方式发生重大变化。当下的很多困惑都与这种转换有关系,但契机就在于只有大困惑才可能产生大理论。公共、中国和大时代不仅建构了公共管理学在中国的意义,也建构了中国公共管理研究共同体的情怀,同时也建构了中国公共管理研究的基本方法。
