Multi-objective constructal design for quadrilateral heat generation body based on thermal-entransy theory and NSGA-Ⅱ

Based on thermal-entransy theory, the multi-objective constructal design of quadrilateral heat generation body(HGB) with similar shapes of leaves is studied further. The relationship between the aspect ratio of quadrilateral HGB and average temperature difference based on thermal-entransy dissipation is compared with that between the aspect ratio of quadrilateral HGB and the maximum temperature difference(MTD). The relationship between a composite function, consisting of linear weighting sum of the average temperature difference and MTD, and aspect ratio is obtained, and the optimal aspect ratios under minimum composite function with different weighting coefficients are obtained. Using the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm, the Pareto frontier containing a series of compromise results of average temperature difference and MTD is obtained, and optimization results are compared using the deviation index. There is no aspect ratio to make both MTD and average temperature difference reach the minimum, and the optimal aspect ratio under the minimum MTD is smaller than that under the minimum average temperature difference. The optimal aspect ratio is obtained by making the composite function reach the minimum, and the optimal aspect ratios obtained by minimizing the composite function with different weighting coefficients are different. Compared with the construct of the initial design, the value of the composite function with optimal construct decreases by 1.9%, and the aspect ratio of the quadrilateral HGB decreases by 9.1%. The average temperature difference with the optimal construct increases by 2.1%, and the MTD with the optimal construct decreases by 5.6%. The deviation index under multi-objective optimization is smaller than that under single-objective optimization, and the obtained construct has better comprehensive thermal conductivity. Compared with TOPSIS and LINMAP decision-making methods, the average temperature difference with composite function optimization increases by 0.5

Abnormal metabolism has become a potential target for highly malignant and invasive triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)due to its relatively low response to traditional *** existing metabolic interventions demonstrated unsatisfactory therapeutic outcomes and potential systemic toxicity,resulting from the metabolic instability and limited targeting ability of inhibitors as well as complex tumor *** address these limitations,here we developed a robust pyroelectric BaTiO_(3)@Au core–shell nanostructure(BTO@Au)to selectively and persistently block energy generation of tumor *** by near-infrared(NIR)laser,the Au shell could generate heat to activate the BaTiO_(3)core to produce reactive oxygen species(ROS)regardless of the constrained microenvironment,thus prominently inhibits mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation(OXPHOS)and reduces ATP production to induce TNBC cell *** therapeutic effects have been well demonstrated in vitro and in vivo,paving a new way for the development of metabolic interventions.

Prognostic factors for pN2 non-small cell lung cancer:a comprehensive evidence from 73 studies involving 23,772 patients

The possible value of ~18F-FDG positron emission tomography/computerized tomography imaging in detection of atherosclerotic plaque

Objective：To evaluate the clinical value with positron emission tomography/computerized tomography（PET/CT） imaging for the detection of vulnerable plaque in atherosclerotic lesions. Methods：Sixty people with a age of over 60[mean age （69.2 ± 7.1）years] underwent three dimension（3D） whole-body fluorine-18-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose（^18F-FDG） PET/CT imaging and were evaluated retrospectively, including 6 cases assessed as normal and 54 cases with active atherosclerotic plaque. Fifty-four cases with SUVs and CT values in the aortic wall of high-FDG-uptake were measured retrospectively. These high-FDG-uptake cases in the aortic wall were divided into three groups according their CT value. Cases in group 1 had high uptake in atherosclerotic lesions of the aortic wall with CT value of less than 60 Hu（soft plaque）. Cases in group 2 had high uptake with CT value between 60-100 Hu （intermediate plaque）, Cases in group 3 had high uptake with CT value more than 100 Hu（calcified plaque）, Group 4 was normal. Results： In group 1, there were 42 high-FDG-uptake sites （average SUV 1.553 ± 0.486）. In group 2, there were 30 high-FDG-uptake sites（average SUV 1.393 ± 0.296）. In group 3, there were 36 high-FDG-uptake sites（average SUV 1.354 ± 0.189）. In group 4, there were 33 normal-FDG-uptake sites （average SUV was 1.102 ± 0.141）, The SUVs showed significant difference among the four groups（F = 678.909, P = 0.000）. There were also significant difference found between the normal-FDG-uptake group and the high-FDG-uptake groups（P = 0.000, 0.000, 0.001, respectively）. Conclusion：Different degrees of ^18F-FDG uptake in active large atherosclerotic plaque were shown in different stages of atherosclerotic plaque formation. The soft plaque had the highest FDG uptake in this study. This suggested that ^18F- FDG PET/CT imaging may be of great potential value in early diagnosis and monitoring of vulnerable soft plaque in atherosclerotic lesions.

Regulation effects of water and nitrogen on yield,water,and nitrogen use efficiency of wolfberry

Wolfberry(Lycium barbarum L.)is important for health care and ecological ***,it faces problems of low productivity and resource utilization during *** reasonable models for water and nitrogen management is important for solving these *** on field trials in 2021 and 2022,this study analyzed the effects of controlling soil water and nitrogen application levels on wolfberry height,stem diameter,crown width,yield,and water(WUE)and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).The upper and lower limits of soil water were controlled by the percentage of soil water content to field water capacity(θ_(f)),and four water levels,i.e.,adequate irrigation(W0,75%-85%θ_(f)),mild water deficit(W1,65%-75%θ_(f)),moderate water deficit(W2,55%-65%θ_(f)),and severe water deficit(W3,45%-55%θ_(f))were used,and three nitrogen application levels,i.e.,no nitrogen(N0,0 kg/hm^(2)),low nitrogen(N1,150 kg/hm^(2)),medium nitrogen(N2,300 kg/hm^(2)),and high nitrogen(N3,450 kg/hm^(2))were *** results showed that irrigation and nitrogen application significantly affected plant height,stem diameter,and crown width of wolfberry at different growth stages(P<0.01),and their maximum values were observed in W1N2,W0N2,and W1N3 *** weight per plant and yield of wolfberry first increased and then decreased with increasing nitrogen application under the same water *** weight per hundred grains and dry weight percentage increased with increasing nitrogen application under W0 ***,under other water treatments,the values first increased and then decreased with increasing nitrogen *** and its component of wolfberry first increased and then decreased as water deficit increased under the same nitrogen *** water use efficiency(IWUE,8.46 kg/(hm^(2)·mm)),WUE(6.83 kg/(hm^(2)·mm)),partial factor productivity of nitrogen(PFPN,2.56 kg/kg),and NUE(14.29 kg/kg)reached their highest values in W2N2,W1N2,W1N2,and W1N1 treatments.R

Link between miR-19b and the mTOR signaling pathway in cancer prognosis

Objective Previous studies have reported differing conclusions regarding the prognostic value of miR-19b in ***,miR-19b may affect tumor growth by different pathways,mainly targeting PTENPI3K-AKT,which activates the downstream mTOR ***,we performed data mining to explore the possible correlation between miR-19b and mTOR in cancer *** We conducted online search and collected a total of 943 *** to different authors cross check and our study including/excluding criteria we at end retained 21 articles with 25 studies in this *** TCGA data containing miR-19b level with cancer progression were obtained using ***,Trial Sequential Analysis(TSA)was performed to determine whether the results of our meta-analysis could be used in clinical *** that,articles regarding the mechanism of miR-19b in various cancers were analyzed and KEGG pathway database was used to find the main regulatory function of miR-19b in human *** Overall hazard ratio(HR)results showed that higher levels of miR-19b expression were correlated with shorter overall survival time[HR=1.54,95%confidence interval(CI)=1.20-1.98]by promoting distant metastasis,but had no correlation with disease-free survival(DFS)/progression-free survival(PFS;HR=0.61,95%CI=0.31–1.19).Data from The Cancer Genome Atlas also revealed the role of miR-19b in *** to trial sequential analysis results,more evidence is required to confirm that miR-19b is not correlated with DFS/*** of the mechanism revealed a possible link between miR-19b and the mTOR *** miR-19b may have a pro-carcinogenic role through the mTOR pathway and thus,it is likely to be a therapeutic target for cancers.

SUV_(max)、Ki-67、p53、EGFR对三阴性乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的预测价值

目的探讨^(18)F-FDG PET/CT化疗前SUV_(max)、Ki-67、p53、EGFR对三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)及非三阴性乳腺癌(非TNBC)对新辅助化疗完全病理缓解(pathologic complete response,p CR)率的预测价值。方法初治TNBC患者27例,非TNBC患者184例,在新辅助化疗前行18F-FDG PET/CT显像并测量其SUV_(max),取化疗前乳腺肿瘤组织进行Ki-67、p53、EGFR免疫组织化学分析并计算化疗后完全p CR率。结果 TNBC新辅助化疗前的SUV_(max)明显高于非TNBC的SUV_(max)(P=0.045),TNBC新辅助化疗后p CR率明显高于非TNBC(P0.05)。Ki-67、p53、EGFR阳性表达组的p CR率与阴性表达组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TNBC对新辅助化疗的敏感度高于非TNBC,且TNBC化疗前SUV_(max)高于非TNBC,提示TNBC具有较高的能量代谢。化疗前SUV_(max)以及Ki-67、p53、EGFR不能预测TNBC及非TNBC新辅助化疗的p CR。

研究目的:随着绿色发展理念的提出,对铁路工程建设环境保护和水土保持提出了更高的要求。为顺利完成工程建设环水保目标,识别铁路工程建设环水保风险因素,建立环水保风险演化的系统动力学模型,并以H铁路工程项目为例进行仿真分析,了解风险演化过程,明确风险防控的重点任务。研究结论:(1)在建设过程中环水保风险呈现先增加后稳定的总体趋势,其中开工建设前期为环水保风险的集中涌现阶段;(2)风险因素取值的变化将对环水保风险产生不同程度的影响,其中环水保专项资金不足改变对环水保风险系统影响最大,人员专业能力不足和环境本底调查不全面次之,施工机械污染大变动对系统影响较小;(3)工程项目引入风险预警机制有利于控制环水保风险,预警值的大小将影响风险防控效果;(4)本研究结果可为工程项目防控环水保风险提供借鉴与参考。
