Recently,photodynamic therapy(PDT)has attracted wide attention due to its less susceptibility to drug resistance,broad-spectrum biocidal activity and biosafety in normal tissues.However,the traditional photosensitizers(Ps)face the disadvantage of poor therapeutic efficacy due to the requirement of an aerobic environment to generate ^(1)O_(2) through Type Ⅱ pathway.Herein,we designed and synthesized a novel cationic conjugated oligomer oligo(phenylene vinylene)(OPV)and studied its antibacterial photodynamic activity against both Gram-negative Escherichia coli(E.coli)and Gram-positive bacteria methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).Importantly,the OpV can rapidly produce reactive oxygen species(ROs)through double pathways,Type Ⅰ and Ⅱ mechanism under white light irradiation,and efficiently kill E.coli and MRSA at a nanomolar level.The dual type photosensitizing capability makes OPV promising for enhanced PDT to treat pathogens and tumors in complex environments.

Regulating antioxidative stress pathways to augment oxidative stress and enhance antitumor therapy is highly desirable but very challenging.Herein,we initiated a multifunctional nanoparticle to regulate the Keap1-Nrf2 antioxidative stress pathway to promote cancer cell apoptosis.The OPFV-SnMP@GE11 nanoparticles were assembled by enzyme-activated OPFV-TLQ,tin mesoporphyrin(SnMP),and DSPEPEG-GE11.OPFV-SnMP@GE11 accumulated at tumor sites through specific targeting with GE11.OPFV-TLQ was specifically reduced to a photosensitizer OPFVNH2 by endocellular NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase 1(NQO1).Under irradiation,OPFV-NH2 greatly produced reactive oxygen species(ROS)through a type I mechanism,which activated the Keap1-Nrf2 signal pathway and enhanced the transcription of NQO1,resulting in a continuous and explosive generation of ROS.Additionally,SnMP inhibited the activity of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1),further depressing antioxidative stress.This strategy provides insight into the regulation of the signal pathway to amplify oxidative stress,paving the way to studying the molecular mechanisms of cellular activities to enhance cancer therapy.

To the Editor:Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)is a common critical disease in gastroenterology,and 69.3%of patients have acute kidney injury(AKI).^([1])Early diagnosis and treatment are very important in improving the prognosis of these patients.In recent years,machine learning models have been widely used in the medical field due to their excellent prediction performance.Some scholars have developed machine learning models that can solve the AKI prediction problem in specific populations and achieved good results.^([2])However,considering that the occurrence of AKI in patients with pancreatitis is also closely related to factors such as amylase and inflammatory markers,it is necessary to construct an AKI prediction model for the pancreatitis population.

Impact of summer moratorium on set-net fi shery in Haizhou Bay,China

The set-net fi shery resources in Haizhou Bay,China have been over-exploited because of over-fi shing and environmental deterioration.To better understand the current situations and the development trends of fi shery resources,the temporal change of biological characteristics and community compositions were analyzed from 2011 to 2018.Meanwhile,we evaluated the impact of the summer moratorium of marine fi shing(SMMF)on the set-net fi shery.Results show that the mean total length of the six principal species showed varying degrees of decreasing trends,while the changing patterns for the mean weight proportion of the six groups varied.For the whole communities,the similarities of the inter-annual community diversities and compositions were high.SMMF is meaningful to help reproductive success and support recruitment.Every year,the catch per unit eff orts of the six principal species after SMMF were signifi cantly higher than before SMMF except for Octopus ocellatus.The target groups showed a higher mean weight proportion after SMMF than before SMMF in eight years,while the non-target groups were converse.Therefore,the resources of the set-net fi shery are changing in the study periods;and SMMF is an important factor infl uencing biological characteristics and community structure.Despite some challenges,SMMF is still one of the most appropriate policy tools to protect the set-net fi shery resources under the reality of China.

Climate drift refers to spurious long-term changes that may be inherent in coupled models when external forcing factors are fixed. Understanding the sources of this drift and tuning the drift are crucial for obtaining reasonable simulations from coupled models. To prepare for the upcoming Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6, a new coupled model has been constructed based on the Community Earth System Model and the Grid-point Atmospheric Model of IAP LASG version 2. However, the surface temperature predicted by the new model is too underestimated, and this underestimation is caused by a type of climate drift, i.e., ‘‘initial shock.'' This study analyzes the source of the cold surface temperature from the perspective of energy balance and attempts to reduce the surface temperature drift by tuning the relative humidity threshold for low cloud.

运用连锁网络模型和社会网络分析法,基于数字经济上市企业总部-分支机构数据构建网络,分析2005—2020年珠三角城市群数字经济关联格局。结果显示:1) 2005—2020年珠三角城市群数字经济上市企业数量增长迅猛,企业跨城市联系增强,深圳、广州是数字经济发展的引擎和关联网络的控制中心。2)城市群整体关联结构从2005年的广-珠-深及连线城市组成的单三角形转变为2020年的广-佛-深和广-珠-深及连线城市组成的双三角形,网络密度提升,不对称性减弱,由单区域中心向多区域中心转变。3)分行业看,数字经济发展的行业间差距明显,信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业的网络联系最强,金融业最弱,制造业居中,深圳、广州双核心地位凸显,肇庆、江门位于网络边缘。4)推动城市群数字经济持续健康发展,需进一步增强城市间数字经济合作,更好地发挥核心城市的辐射带动作用,完善边缘城市的数字经济发展政策和基础设施;在细分行业上统筹规划行业布局,促进各行业均衡发展,形成数字经济发展合力。

为探究LED灯对鲻(Mugilcephalus)刺网捕获效率及副渔获物组成的影响,于2023年5—6月在荣成北部海域使用布设5种不同光色(红、白、黄、蓝、绿)和3组不同数量(2、4、6盏) LED灯的三重刺网进行捕捞实验。以单位捕捞努力量渔获数量(CPUE)和单位捕捞努力量渔获重量(WPUE)为指标,采用广义线性混合效应模型(GLMM)评估LED灯对鲻捕获效率的影响。结果表明,LED灯会对鲻捕获效率产生显著影响,且不同光色和数量对鲻捕获效率的影响存在差异。对比不同光色的LED灯,绿色LED灯效果最佳,与未布设LED灯的对照网相比,布设2、4、6盏绿灯的实验网鲻CPUE分别显著提高了50.72%、97.46%和98.07%(P0.05)。实验网与对照网捕获鲻的体长分布均无显著差异(P>0.05)。同时,布设LED灯提高了花鲈(Lateolabraxmaculatus)和许氏平鲉(Sebastesschlegelii)等副渔获物的捕获效率;特定光色的LED灯有助于减少副渔获物中花鲈和许氏平鲉的幼鱼比例。研究认为,绿色LED灯在鲻刺网中具有较好的应用前景。本研究可为LED灯在鲻刺网渔业中的合理应用提供参考。

阴影效应是影响人工鱼礁诱集效果的主要因素之一,为研究许氏平鲉(Sebastes schlegelii)对人工鱼礁不同阴影情况的行为响应,采用室内模拟实验方法,在实验水槽顶部固定光源,共设计3组实验:A组实验探究不同阴影面积的鱼礁模型对实验鱼的诱集效果;B组实验探究不放置鱼礁模型、悬挂不同开孔率顶板对实验鱼的诱集效果;C组实验探究阴影面积相同但开孔数量不同的鱼礁模型对实验鱼的诱集效果;对照组实验水槽中不放置鱼礁模型、不悬挂顶板。观察并记录许氏平鲉幼鱼(体长(5.06±0.09)cm,体质量(3.22±0.16)g)在水槽中的行为与分布特征。研究表明:3个实验组中许氏平鲉在鱼礁放置区域的出现率均显著高于对照组和其他区域;A组实验中,许氏平鲉在鱼礁放置区的平均出现率随着鱼礁阴影面积的增大而上升;B组实验中,许氏平鲉在顶板放置区的平均出现率显著高于对照组,但不同水平组之间差异不显著;C组实验中,开孔数为1时许氏平鲉在鱼礁放置区的平均出现率与开孔数为9时相近且高于开孔数为4和6时。研究结果表明,阴影面积越大的人工鱼礁对许氏平鲉的诱集效果越好,阴影面积相同时开孔数较多的人工鱼礁能够在提供良好庇护所的同时保证诱集效果。

Recent Trends of In-Vehicle Time Sensitive Networking Technologies, Applications and Challenges

With the vigorous development of automobile industry,in-vehicle network is also constantly upgraded to meet data transmission requirements of emerging applications.The main transmission requirements are low latency and certainty especially for autonomous driving.Time sensitive networking(TSN)based on Ethernet gives a possible solution to these requirements.Previous surveys usually investigated TSN from a general perspective,which referred to TSN of various application fields.In this paper,we focus on the application of TSN to the in-vehicle networks.For in-vehicle networks,we discuss all related TSN standards specified by IEEE 802.1 work group up to now.We further overview and analyze recent literature on various aspects of TSN for automotive applications,including synchronization,resource reservation,scheduling,certainty,software and hardware.Application scenarios of TSN for in-vehicle networks are analyzed one by one.Since TSN of in-vehicle network is still at a very initial stage,this paper also gives insights on open issues,future research directions and possible solutions.
