In patients with Alzheimer’s disease,gamma-glutamyl transferase 5(GGT5)expression has been observed to be downregulated in cerebrovascular endothelial ***,the functional role of GGT5 in the development of Alzheimer’s disease remains *** study aimed to explore the effect of GGT5 on cognitive function and brain pathology in an APP/PS1 mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease,as well as the underlying *** observed a significant reduction in GGT5 expression in two in vitro models of Alzheimer’s disease(Aβ_(1-42)-treated hCMEC/D3 and bEnd.3 cells),as well as in the APP/PS1 mouse ***,injection of APP/PS1 mice with an adeno-associated virus encoding GGT5 enhanced hippocampal synaptic plasticity and mitigated cognitive ***,increasing GGT5 expression in cerebrovascular endothelial cells reduced levels of both soluble and insoluble amyloid-βin the brains of APP/PS1 *** effect may be attributable to inhibition of the expression ofβ-site APP cleaving enzyme 1,which is mediated by nuclear factor-kappa *** findings demonstrate that GGT5 expression in cerebrovascular endothelial cells is inversely associated with Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis,and that GGT5 upregulation mitigates cognitive deficits in APP/PS1 *** findings suggest that GGT5 expression in cerebrovascular endothelial cells is a potential therapeutic target and biomarker for Alzheimer’s disease.

为了解决有限元法(FEM)仿真分析中三维非线性磁场计算效率低、成本高的问题,该文提出一种基于本征正交分解(POD)的三维非线性磁场问题自适应模型降阶方法。该方法基于贪婪策略,将POD与径向基函数(RBF)相结合,同时采用改进的麻雀搜索算法(ISSA)计算RBF的最优宽度参数组合,构建更适配高阶系统的降阶模型。以TEAM24标准问题——非线性时变旋转实验装置的磁场模型和一台单相牵引变压器模型为算例,验证降阶模型的高效性能。结果表明:该方法在具有较高精度的同时具有高加速比,建立的模型具有较好的可泛化性。

针对秸秆发酵过程中碎料与菌种混合不均问题,对好氧反应器的螺旋搅拌结构进行参数优化。基于离散单元法,对物料进行理论和仿真分析。结果表明,影响变异系数主次顺序为转速、螺距比、叶宽比;随搅拌叶宽比增加,变异系数先减小后增大,平均功率呈下降趋势;随搅拌螺距比增加,变异系数先下降后上升,平均功率呈下降趋势;随搅拌转速增加,变异系数呈下降趋势,平均功率呈先上升后下降趋势。构建变异系数模型并进行优化,变异系数最优为13.295%,与仿真结果误差为1.411%;搅拌装置进行静力学分析,最大应力值为47.259 MPa,最大变形为4.3575 mm;离散元仿真功率与试验值误差均值为14.1%,符合设计要求。该搅拌参数优化设计为发酵反应器高效混合提供理论支持。

牵引变压器作为电力机车运行系统中不可或缺的电力设备,其运行状态决定了电力机车能否安全、正常运行。牵引变压器因运行时间等工作环境不同于电力变压器,有效模拟分析和预估油纸绝缘老化状态对牵引变压器的安全运行有着重要的意义。本文基于宽频介电谱仪实验测量了油浸绝缘纸样品在加速热老化情况下的介电特性,采用Davidson-Cole模型实现了复介电常数模型建立,并求取了模型参数。通过建立加速热老化下绝缘聚合度、介电损耗与老化时间的定量对应关系,构建了以介电损耗为特征量的老化预估曲线和模型,为分析牵引变压器绝缘老化情况提供了相关的实验数据和数学模型。

The self-organizing worm algorithm

A new multi-modal optimization algorithm called the self-organizing worm algorithm （SOWA） is presented for optimization of multi-modal functions. The main idea of this algorithm can be described as follows： disperse some worms equably in the domain; the worms exchange the information each other and creep toward the nearest high point; at last they will stop on the nearest high point. All peaks of multi-modal function can be found rapidly through studying and chasing among the worms. In contrast with the classical multi-modal optimization algorithms, SOWA is provided with a simple calculation, strong convergence, high precision, and does not need any prior knowledge. Several simulation experiments for SOWA are performed, and the complexity of SOWA is analyzed amply. The results show that SOWA is very effective in optimization of multi-modal functions.

Rush-hour aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons in selected subway stations of Shanghai,China

Air samples were collected simultaneously at platform,mezzanine and outdoor in five typical stations of subway system in Shanghai,China using stainless steel canisters and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass selective detector （GC-MSD） after cryogenic ***,toluene,ethylbenzene and xylenes （BTEX） at the platforms and mezzanines inside the stations averaged （10.3±2.1）,（38.7±9.0）,（19.4±10.1） and （30.0±11.1） μg/m 3,respectively;while trichloroethylene （TrCE）,tetrachloroethylene （TeCE） and para-dichlorobenzene （pDCB）,vinyl chloride and carbon tetrachloride were the most abundant chlorinated hydrocarbons inside the stations with average levels of （3.6±1.3）,（1.3±0.5）,（4.1±1.1）,（2.2±1.1） and （1.2±0.3） μg/m 3,*** levels of major aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons were higher indoor （platforms and mezzanines） than outdoor with average indoor/outdoor （I/O） ratios of 1.1–9.5,whereas no significant indoor/outdoor differences were found except for benzene and *** highly significant mutual correlations （p0.01） for BTEX between indoor and outdoor and their significant correlation （p0.05） with methyl tert-butyl ether （MTBE）,a marker of traffic-related emission without other indoor and outdoor sources,indicated that BTEX were introduced into the subway stations from indoor/outdoor air exchange and traffic emission should be their dominant *** and pDCB were mainly from indoor emission and TeCE might have both indoor emission sources and contribution from outdoor air,especially in the mezzanines.

Influence of Gd_2O_3 and Yb_2O_3 Co-doping on Phase Stability,Thermo-physical Properties and Sintering of 8YSZ

The role of multicomponent rare earth oxides in phase stability, thermophysical properties and sintering for ZrO2-based thermal barrier coatings （TBCs） materials is investigated. 8YSZ codoped with 3 mol% Gd2O3 and 3 mol% Yb2O3 （GYb-YSZ） powders are synthesized by solid state reaction for 24 h at various temperatures. As temperature increases, stabilizers are dissolved into zirconia matrix gradually. Synthesized at 1 500 °C, GYb-YSZ is basically composed of cubic phase. GYb-YSZ exhibits excellent phase stability and sinters lower than 8YSZ by nearly three times. The thermal conductivity of GYb-YSZ is much lower than that of 8YSZ, and the thermal expansion coefficient of GYb-YSZ is comparable to that of 8YSZ. The influence of Gd2O3 and Yb2O3 co-doping on phase stability, thermal conductivity and sintering of 8YSZ is discussed.

Simulation of the coarsening behavior of intermetallic precipitates in Ni_(75)Al_xV_(25-x) alloys

The coarsening behavior of L12 and D022 in Ni75AlxV25-x （x,at.%） alloys including coherent strain was investigated using the microscopic phase-field model. The simulation results indicate that the shape transition and spatial correlation of L12 and D022 are caused by the morphological-dependent anisotropic elastic interactions in the system. The coarsening process of the particles is by means of neighbor particles impingement and aggregation into larger ones. For the strain-induced interactions between the precipitates,the LSW theory is altered for the coarsening behavior of L12 and D022. In addition,the simulation reveals that the growth and coarsening of D022 present two obvious stages at lower Al concentration regions and proceed simultaneously at high Al concentration regions. The growth and coarsening processes of L12 at the same regions is reverse to those of D022.
