The automated energy generating complex allows obtaining heat energy from waste coal-water slurry fuel （WCF） that is a mixture of fine coal particles from coal enrichment wastes with water. The mixture is blown into the swirl chamber under the pressure through the special sprayers. The received heat energy is used in different ways. One of the important issues is to estimate the heat losses through the walls of this chamber. In this paper we solved the boundary problem of mathematical physics to estimate the temperature fields in the walls of the swirl chamber. The obtained solution allows us to estimate the heat losses through the waUs of the swid chamber. The task of the mathematical physics has been solved by a numerical finite-difference method. The method for solving this prob- lem can be used in the calculation of temperature fields and evaluation of heat losses in other thermal power units.

In this paper, we obtain gradient estimates for certain nonlinear partial differential equations by coupling methods. First, we derive uniform gradient estimates for certain semi-linear PDEs based on the coupling method introduced by Wang in 2011 and the theory of backward SDEs. Then we generalize Wang's coupling to the G-expectation space and obtain gradient estimates for nonlinear diffusion semigroups, which correspond to the solutions of certain fully nonlinear PDEs.

The use of synonymous codons with varying frequencies has been observed in many species,and the magnitude varies among closely related species and genes within the same *** processes or natural selective pressures affect this ***,a systematic investigation of codon usage pattern for molluscan species and its association with the two factors hasn’t been *** this study,the whole genome codon usage patterns in oyster genome is investigated using the relative synonymous codon usage(RSCU)method,and 17 putative optimal codons were identified,wherein most had either a cytosine(C)or guanine(G)residue at the third *** showed that codon bias was positively associated with gene expression levels and *** codons had different mutational bias patterns compared with nonoptimal ***,the results show that codon bias is negatively associated with nucleotide *** the oyster genome,the fourfold degenerate codons are affected by different selective pressures,which can be regarded as an evidence that natural selection shapes codon usage *** research will help to understand how natural selection and mutation bias affect codon usage in Mollusca genomes.

A reproducible synthetic strategy was developed for facile large-scale (200 mg) synthesis of surface silanized magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles (nPs) for biological *** further coupling a phosphate-specific affinity ligand,these functionalized magnetic nPs were used for the highly specific enrichment of phosphoproteins from a complex biological ***,correlating the surface silane density of the silanized magnetite nPs to their resultant enrichment performance established a simple and reliable quality assurance control to ensure reproducible synthesis of these nPs routinely in large scale and optimal phosphoprotein enrichment performance from ***,by successful exploitation of a top-down phosphoproteomics strategy that integrates this high throughput nanoproteomics platform with online liquid chromatography (LC) and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS),we were able to specifically enrich,identify,and characterize endogenous phosphoproteins from highly complex human cardiac tissue *** nanoproteomics platform possesses a unique combination of scalability,specificity,reproducibility,and efficiency for the capture and enrichment of low abundance proteins in general,thereby enabling downstream proteomics applications.

A new tight frame called as monoscale orthonormal ridgelet frame （MORF） is proposed. The localization principle and the orthonormal ridgelet constructed by Donoho are applied to construct the MORF, which are used to evaluate the order of nonlinear approximation for image with edge. Because the new tight frame not only has directionality but also bears orthonormality. It overcomes redundancy of Candes＇s monoscale ridgelets and provides many excellent properties in practical application. Theoretical analysis and experiments demonstrate that the new frame has remarkable potential for image compression, image reconstruction, and image denoising with the simple refinement for MORF.

The Persistence and Zonal Scale of Atmospheric Dipolar Modes

This study investigates the relationship between the persistence and the zonal scale of atmospheric dipolar modes(DMs). Results from the daily data of ERA5 and the long-term output of an idealized atmospheric model show that the atmospheric DMs with a broader(narrower) zonal scale dipolar structure possess a longer(shorter) persistence. A detailed vorticity budget analysis indicates that the persistence of a hemispheric-scale DM(1/1 DM) and a regional or sectoral DM(1/8 DM) in the model both largely rely on the persistence of the nonlinear eddy forcing. Linear terms can indirectly reduce the persistence of the anomalous nonlinear eddy forcing in a 1/8 DM by modifying the baroclinicity via the arousal of anomalous vertical motions. Therefore, the atmospheric DMs with a broader(narrower) zonal scale possess a longer(shorter) persistence because the effects of the linear terms are less(more) pronounced when the atmospheric DMs have better(worse) zonal symmetry. Further analyses show that the positive eddy feedback effect is weak or even absent in a 1/8DM and the high-frequency eddy forcing acts more like a concomitant phenomenon rather than a leading driving factor for a 1/8 DM. Thus, the hemispheric-scale DM and the regional or sectoral DMs are different, not only in their persistence but also in their dynamics.

Synonymous codons have different frequencies of usage in many *** on the frequency of usage,the codons can be divided into two groups,rare codons and abundant *** codons are found to be enriched at the start regions of genes,and it is assumed that these codons can reduce elongation speed of ***,the rare codon usage in different genomic regions of mollusks and their relationship with selective pressure has not been systematically *** this study,the patterns of rare codon usage are characterized at whole genome level,and their relationship with selective pressures is investigated in Crassostrea *** rare codons are enriched at the start regions of genes with high and medium expression levels,and their proportion is higher than those in the genes with low expression *** genes with longer coding sequences and more exon numbers have lower fraction of rare codons at start *** codons have lower level of nucleotide diversity and higher frequency of rare mutations at start *** work is the first comprehensive investigation of the relationships between rare codon usage and some intrinsic genetic factors in mollusca *** results suggest that the selective pressures play an important role in shaping the rare codon usage in the *** genome.

General Torsional Stiffness Matching of Off-road Vehicle

Increasing frame torsional stiffness of off-road vehicle will lead to the decrease of body torsional deformation, but the increase of torsional loads of frame and suspension system and the decrease of wheel adhesive weight. In severe case, a certain wheel will be out of contact with road surface. Appropriate matching of body, frame and suspension torsional stiffnesses is a difficult problem for off-road vehicle design. In this paper, these theoretically analytic models of the entire vehicle, body, frame and suspension torsional stiffness are constructed based on the geometry and mechanism of a light off-road vehicle＇s body, frame and suspension. The body and frame torsional stiffnesses can be calculated by applying body CAE method, meanwhile the suspension＇s rolling angle stiffness can be obtained by the bench test of the suspension＇s elastic elements. Through fixing the entire vehicle, using sole timber to raise wheels to simulate the road impact on a certain wheel, the entire vehicle torsional stiffness can be calculated on the geometric relation and loads of testing. Finally some appropriate matching principles of the body, frame and suspension torsional stiffness are summarized according to the test and analysis results. The conclusion can reveal the significance of the suspension torsional stiffness on off-road vehicle＇s torsion-absorbing capability. The results could serve as a reference for the design of other off-road vehicles.

A novel pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid bridged Co(II) phen complex 2 ∞ [Co- (phen)(μ-L)3/3]?H2O (H2L = pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid) has been hydrothermally synthesized, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis shows that it crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 11.480(2), b = 11.885(2), c = 12.939(3) ?, β = 110.55(3)°, V = 1653.1(6) ?3, Mr = 423.25, Dc = 0.425 g/cm3, Z = 4, R = 0.0361 and wR = 0.1011. The title complex consists of 2D 2 ∞ [Co(phen)(μ-L)3/3] layers and crystal water molecules. Each Co atom is octahedrally coordinated by three n atoms and three O atoms to form 2D 2 ∞ [Co(phen)(μ-L)3/3] polymeric layers. Furthermore, such 2D layers are stacked into 3D supramolecular frameworks via Van der Waals’ intermolecular forces, strong and weak hydrogen-bond interactions. The coordination phen and crystal water molecules are resided into cavities of the frameworks.
