The low-cost and easy large-scale fabrication advantages of printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells(p-MPSCs)are overshadowed by their limited photovoltaic conversion efficiency(PCE).Here,we introduce the hydrazide derivative of 4-Hydroxybenzoylhydrazine(4-HBH)to improve the PCE of p-MPSCs by inducing enhanced defect *** carbonyl and hydrazine groups in hydrazide groups present strong interaction with *** hydroxyl group,as an electron donor group,increases the electron cloud density of the hydrazide group in 4-HBH under the conjugation of the benzene ring,and thus enhances its interaction with ***,the hydroxy group itself interacts with perovskite and passivates defects *** hydrazine agents can also reduce I2and suppress the loss of iodine in perovskite films,which inhibits the formation of iodine-related ***,p-MPSCs with 4-HBH achieve a high PCE of 19.21%,and present well improved stability.

目的观察应用水飞蓟素联合复方蛋氨酸胆碱治疗酒精性肝炎(AH)患者的临床疗效及其对血清肝纤维化指标的影响。方法2021年1月~2023年1月我院诊治的AH患者101例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组50例和观察组51例,分别给予复方蛋氨酸胆碱或复方蛋氨酸胆碱联合水飞蓟素治疗6个月。采用放射免疫分析法检测血清层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原N端肽(PCⅢ)和Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C),采用ELISA法检测血清过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)、瘦素(LEP)、脂联素(APN)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平。结果经治疗,观察组血清ALT和AST水平分别为(41.8±4.9)IU/L和(42.5±4.9)IU/L,均显著低于对照组【分别为(75.3±6.8)IU/L和(62.7±5.8)IU/L,P<0.05】;观察组血清HA、PCⅢ和Ⅳ-C水平分别为(103.6±13.5)μg/L、(94.2±9.8)μg/L和(75.2±8.6)μg/L,均显著低于对照组【分别为(146.2±15.3)μg/L、(125.8±13.3)μg/L和(112.3±14.5)μg/L,P<0.05】;观察组血清PPARγ、LEP和IL-18水平分别为(231.7±26.8)pg/mL、(5.4±0.7)μg/L和(92.5±11.7)ng/mL,均显著低于对照组【分别为(285.3±29.4)pg/mL、(8.3±0.9)μg/L和(118.5±12.4)ng/mL,P<0.05】,而血清APN水平为(15.4±1.7)ng/L,显著高于对照组【(11.3±1.9)ng/L,P<0.05】。结论应用水飞蓟素联合复方蛋氨酸胆碱治疗AH患者效果较好,有利于肝功能指标恢复,可能对延缓肝纤维化进展、降低机体炎症反应和调节脂代谢有帮助。

“双碳”目标背景下,建设以电—氢—热多能流耦合的综合能源系统不仅可以解决新能源并网难的问题,也可以促进能源领域降碳减排。对于电—氢—热综合能源系统,以燃料电池与电解池为能源枢纽,实现电—氢—热的相互转换,进一步提高能源的梯级利用效率,增强电网调度灵活性。文中首先建立了一个基于不确定性分析与电价波动的电—氢—热综合能源系统,分析了不同能量消耗方式和电价波动对综合能源系统投资成本的影响;其次,研究了可再生能源的不确定性对系统“弃风、弃光”决策的影响机制。结果表明:综合能源系统可通过电—氢—热3种形式的能量高效转换,实现削峰填谷和长时间储能。由于可再生能源不确定性而产生的“弃风弃光”现象,可通过降低风光发电成本进行消除,进而提高综合能源系统的稳定性和灵活性。

Electrochemical CO_(2)conversion into value-added chemicals is a promising technology to solve the greenhouse effect and recycle chemical ***,the electrochemical CO_(2)reduction reaction(e-CO_(2)RR)is seriously compromised by weak CO_(2)adsorption and a rough CO_(2)activation process based on the chemical inertness of the CO_(2)molecule and the formed fragile metal–C/O *** this paper,we designed and fabricated Au particles embedded in ZrO_(2).The configuration of Au particles being of positive charge and ZrO_(2)with negative charge is induced and generated by metal–support interactions(MSIs).As a result,Au/ZrO_(2)@C presents a big difference in the CO_(2)conversion compared with the known work,affording a formate yield of 112.5μmol·cm^(−2)·h^(−1)at−1.1 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),and a max formate Faradaic efficiency of up to 94.1%at−0.9 V *** superior performance was attributed to the activated Au–ZrO_(2)interface to form the Au^(δ+)*** insitu Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and theoretical calculations show that the MSIs configuration can be inclined to the*OCO intermediate generation on Au^(δ+)species activating CO_(2)molecules and then accelerate the formation of the*OCHO intermediate in e-CO_(2)RR,thereby favoring the CO_(2)conversion to formate.

The El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)ensemble prediction skills of the Beijing Climate Center(BCC)climate prediction system version 2(BCC-CPS2)are examined for the period from 1991 to *** upper-limit ENSO predictability of this system is quantified by measuring its“potential”predictability using information-based metrics,whereas the actual prediction skill is evaluated using deterministic and probabilistic skill *** show that:(1)In general,the current operational BCC model achieves an effective 10-month lead predictability for ***,prediction skills are up to 10–11 months for the warm and cold ENSO phases,while the normal phase has a prediction skill of just 6 months.(2)Similar to previous results of the intermediate coupled models,the relative entropy(RE)with a dominating ENSO signal component can more effectively quantify correlation-based prediction skills compared to the predictive information(PI)and the predictive power(PP).(3)An evaluation of the signal-dependent feature of the prediction skill scores suggests the relationship between the“Spring predictability barrier(SPB)”of ENSO prediction and the weak ENSO signal phase during boreal spring and early summer.

本文基于线上学习平台学习通,融合小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC),开展生物药剂学与药物动力学课程授课方式的探索,为应用型大学药学类专业本科生的专业核心课程教学开展探索新模式。本文分别就基于学习通+SPOC融合模式的必要性、混合式教学设计实践和混合式教学设计成效3个方面进行研究。实践表明,通过学习通+SPOC方式,提高学生学习的参与度,实现高效率学习,拓展教师教学反思的途径。达到教师与学生教学相长的效果,强化学生自主学习能力,充分调动学生深度学习主动性和创造性,实现高质量课堂转变。

Surface ozone observations during voyages to the Arctic and Antarctic regions

Surface ozone concentration and UV-B data between 75° N and 70° S were obtained aboard the Chinese polar scientific vessel 'Xue-long' (Snow-Dragon) during the first voyage to the Arctic and the 16th to the Antarctic in 1999-2000. Analysis of these data presents that variations of the surface ozone concentration have small amplitude during voyages except the mid-latitude in the Northern Hemisphere. As a whole, average surface ozone concentration in the Northern Hemisphere is higher than that in the Southern, and high value occurred when the ship sailed close to the continents. The average diurnal variations of the surface ozone in the Northern Hemisphere are also higher compared to the southern counterparts, and high diurnal variations were found at low latitudes, and relative low level in the polar region.

Evaluation of Cloud Vertical Structure Simulated by Recent BCC_AGCM Versions through Comparison With CALIPSO-GOCCP Data

ABSTRACT The abilities of BCC-AGCM2.1 and BCC_AGCM2.2 to simulate the annual-mean cloud vertical structure （CVS） were evaluated through comparison with GCM-Oriented CALIPSO Cloud Product （CALIPSO-GOCCP） data. BCC-AGCM2.2 has a dynamical core and physical processes that are consistent with BCC-AGCM2.1, but has a higher horizontal resolution. Results showed that both BCC-AGCM versions underestimated the global-mean total cloud cover （TCC）, middle cloud cover （MCC） and low cloud cover （LCC）, and that BCC_AGCM2.2 underestimated the global-mean high cloud cover （HCC）. The global-mean cloud cover shows a systematic decrease from BCCA-GCM2.1 to BCC_AGCM2.2, especially for HCC. Geographically, HCC is significantly overestimated in the tropics, particularly by BCC_AGCM2,1, while LCC is generally overestimated over extra-tropical lands, but significantly underestimated over most of the oceans, especially for subtropical marine stratocumulus clouds. The leading EOF modes of CVS were extracted. The BCC_AGCMs perform well in reproducing EOF1, but with a larger variance explained. The two models also capture the basic features of EOF3, except an obvious deficiency in eigen- vector peaks. EOF2 has the largest simulation biases in both position and strength of eigenvector peaks. Furthermore, we investigated the effects of CVS on relative shortwave and longwave cloud radiative forcing （RSCRF and RLCRF）. Both BCC_AGCM versions successfully reproduce the sign of regression coefficients, except for RLCRF in PC1. However, the RSCRF relative contributions from PC1 and PC2 are overestimated, while the relative contribution from PC3 is underes timated in both BCC_AGCM versions. The RLCRF relative contribution is underestimated for PC2 and overestimated for PC3.

This paper provides a comprehensive assessment of Asian summer monsoon prediction skill as a function of lead time and its relationship to sea surface temperature prediction using the seasonal hindcasts of the Beijing Climate Center Climate System Model, BCC_CSM1. l（m）. For the South and Southeast Asian summer monsoon, reasonable skill is found in the model＇s forecasting of certain aspects of monsoon climatology and spatiotemporal variability. Nevertheless, deficiencies such as significant forecast errors over the tropical western North Pacific and the eastern equatorial Indian Ocean are also found. In particular, overestimation of the connections of some dynamical monsoon indices with large-scale circulation and precipitation patterns exists in most ensemble mean forecasts, even for short lead-time forecasts. Variations of SST, measured by the first mode over the tropical Pacific and Indian oceans, as well as the spatiotemporal features over the Nifio3.4 region, are overall well predicted. However, this does not necessarily translate into successful forecasts of the Asian summer monsoon by the model. Diagnostics of the relationships between monsoon and SST show that difficulties in predicting the South Asian monsoon can be mainly attributed to the limited regional response of monsoon in observations but the extensive and exaggerated response in predictions due partially to the application of ensemble average forecasting methods. In contrast, in spite of a similar deficiency, the Southeast Asian monsoon can still be forecasted reasonably, probably because of its closer relationship with large-scale circulation patterns and E1 Nifio-Southern Oscillation.

Relationships between Interannual and Intraseasonal Variations of the Asian–Western Pacific Summer Monsoon Hindcasted by BCC CSM 1.1(m)

Using hindcasts of the Beijing Climate Center Climate System Model, the relationships between interannual variability （IAV） and intraseasonal variability （ISV） of the Asian-western Pacific summer monsoon are diagnosed. Predictions show reasonable skill with respect to some basic characteristics of the ISV and IAV of the western North Pacific summer monsoon （WNPSM） and the Indian summer monsoon （ISM）. However, the links between the seasonally averaged ISV （SAISV） and seasonal mean of ISM are overestimated by the model. This deficiency may be partially attributable to the overestimated frequency of long breaks and underestimated frequency of long active spells of ISV in normal ISM years, although the model is capable of capturing the impact of ISV on the seasonal mean by its shift in the probability of phases. Furthermore, the interannual relationships of seasonal mean, SAISV, and seasonally averaged long-wave variability （SALWV; i.e., the part with periods longer than the intraseasonal scale） of the WNPSM and ISM with SST and low-level circulation are examined. The observed seasonal mean, SAISV, and SALWV show similar correlation patterns with SST and atmospheric circulation, but with different details. However, the model presents these correlation distributions with unrealistically small differences among different scales, and it somewhat overestimates the teleconnection between monsoon and tropical central-eastern Pacific SST for the ISM, but underestimates it for the WNPSM, the latter of which is partially related to the too-rapid decrease in the impact of E1 Nifio-Southern Oscillation with forecast time in the model.
