Post-disaster spatial reconstruction from the perspective of a rural settlement niche in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River

Post-disaster recovery and reconstruction provide an effective way to reduce the disaster vulnerability of, and promote leapfrog development in, an affected area. To date, studies that have used administrative boundaries to investigate the reconstruction of settlement space have not been able to clearly define the real boundaries of land use changes or quantify the degree of response to the ‘Build-Back-Better’ initiative, and have lacked any consideration of the fourth reconstruction stage–development period(10 years). This study constructed a mountain settlement niche and analyzed the characteristics, spatial reconstruction, and drivers of rural settlements during 2009–2019 in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River, southwest China. The results showed the following:(1) Natural factors were the basis for the formation and development of mountain settlement niches. The scale of the settlement niche and its land use structure depended on the physical geography features and the ethnic farming and grazing traditions. The settlement niche provided a realistic boundary for the spatial reconstruction.(2) The layout of residential land around cropland was the common feature of the mountain settlement niche. Of all the land use types, the roads and rural residential lands showed the most change over the 10 years;13,860 residential patches increased in size and 4,742 patches were abandoned.(3) The area of orchards, planted to reconstruct the economy in the mountains, increased by nearly 2.5 times.(4) Collapses, landslides, and debris flow disasters and the ecological red line influenced the spatial reconstruction. While the main focus of post-disaster recovery is spatial reconstruction, initiatives should include economic and spiritual recovery, and should also achieve sustainable development of the region.

03-type layered metal oxides hold great promise for sodium-ion batteries cathodes owing to their energy density ***,the severe irreversible phase transition and sluggish Na^(+)diffusion kinetics pose significant challenges to achieve high-performance layered ***,a boron-doped03-type high entropy oxide Na(Fe_(0.2)Co_(0.15)Cu_(0.05)Ni_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Ti_(0.2))B_(0.02)O_(2)(NFCCNMT-B_(0.02))is designed and the covalent B-O bonds with high entropy configuration ensure a robust layered *** obtained cathode NFCCNMT-B_(0.02)exhibits impressive cycling performance(capacity retention of 95%and 82%after100 cycles and 300 cycles at 1 and 10 C,respectively)and outstanding rate capability(capacity of 83 mAh g^(-1)at 10 C).Furthermore,the NFCCNMT-B_(0.02)demonstrates a superior wide-temperature performance,maintaining the same capacity level(113,4 mAh g^(-1)@-20℃,121 mAh g^(-1)@25℃,and 119 mAh g^(-1)@60℃)and superior cycle stability(90%capacity retention after 100 cycles at 1 C at-20℃).The high-entropy configuration design with boron doping strategy contributes to the excellent sodium-ion storage *** high-entropy configuration design effectively suppresses irreversible phase transitions accompanied by small volume changes(ΔV=0.65 A3).B ions doping expands the Na layer distance and enlarges the P3 phase region,thereby enhancing Na^(+)diffusion *** work offers valuable insights into design of high-performance layered cathodes for sodium-ion batteries operating across a wide temperature.

Primary palmar hyperhidrosis(PPH)is a pathologic condition of excessive sweating on hands that has adverse impacts on patients’social activity,professional life,and psychological *** thoracic sympathicotomy(ETS)is by far the treatment choice for PPH with the most stable and durable curative effects,but special attention should be given to the side effects of the surgery,especially compensatory hyperhidrosis(CH).This consensus is the second version of the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Surgical Treatment of PPH by the China Expert Committee on Palmar Hyperhidrosis(CECPH),which was published 10 years *** consensus emphasizes the need for special attention and careful assessment of the patients’feelings,as well as their emotional and mental state,and emphasizes that distress due to palmar sweating and the desire for treatment are prerequisites for *** also provides a more nuanced delineation of CH and reviews all new attempts to prevent and treat this side *** evidence of the epidemiology,pathogenesis of PPH,and indications for surgery were also assessed or recommended.

目的:评价卡瑞利珠单抗(camrelizumab,CAM)联合含铂类化疗(chemotherapy,CT)一线治疗局部晚期/转移性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的有效性、安全性和经济性。方法:系统检索Pubmed、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据等中英文数据库及相关网站,由两位研究者按照纳入与排除标准对文献进行文献筛选、质量评价、数据提取后,进行快速卫生技术评估(HTA)。结果:共纳入7篇系统评价/Meta分析,17篇经济学评价。有效性方面,对于基因突变阴性的局部晚期/转移性NSCLC患者,与多西他赛化疗相比,CAM+CT可显著延长患者总生存期(OS)、无进展生存期(PFS),提高患者的客观缓解率(ORR);与CT、帕博利珠单抗(pembrolizumab,PEM)相比,CAM+CT可以显著延长患者PFS,提高患者的ORR。亚组分析表明,与CT相比,CAM+CT可以显著延长PD-L1≥1%和PD-L1≥50%患者的PFS。对于基因突变阴性的局部晚期/转移性鳞状NSCLC患者,与CT相比,CAM+CT可以显著延长患者的OS、PFS;与信迪利单抗(sintilimab,SIN)+CT相比,CAM+CT可延长患者的PFS。亚组分析表明,与CT相比,CAM+CT可以显著延长PD-L1<1%患者的OS。安全性方面,对于基因突变阴性的局部晚期/转移性NSCLC患者,与CT、PEM相比,CAM+CT在所有级别不良反应发生方面相当,但3级以上治疗相关不良事件发生率显著增加。对于基因突变阴性的非鳞状晚期NSCLC患者,与CT相比,CAM+CT增加了所有级别不良反应,而3级以上治疗相关不良事件并未增加。经济性方面,对于基因突变阴性的晚期/转移性鳞状NSCLC患者,与CT相比,CAM+CT具有成本效果优势;对于基因突变阴性局部晚期/转移性非鳞状NSCLC患者,与CT、PEM+CT相比,CAM+CT具有成本效果优势;而与SIN+CT相比,CAM+CT不具成本效果优势。结论:CAM+CT一线治疗局部晚期/转移性NSCLC具有较好的有效性和经济性,安全性方面与CT、PEM相当或稍差。

[目的]探究西藏“一江两河”(雅鲁藏布江、年楚河和拉萨河)地区人类活动对植被覆盖变化的影响机制,为该区开展山水林田湖草沙冰一体化保护与修复工程实施提供理论依据和科学指导。[方法]基于2000—2020年归一化植被指数、土地利用数据、生态工程数据和气象数据,利用GIS技术、残差分析、slope趋势分析和M-K检验等方法,研究“一江两河”地区人类活动对植被覆盖时空变化的影响机制。[结果]①2000—2020年研究区植被NDVI总体呈增加趋势,但表现出显著的空间差异性,NDVI增加区主要集中在河谷两岸。②2000—2020年人类活动对NDVI正向影响区主要集中在雅鲁藏布江和拉萨河等河谷地带,负向影响主要分布在拉萨市区及其周边地区,分布较少,以正向影响为主导。③不同土地利用类型对植被覆盖变化的影响程度不同,草地和灌丛对NDVI变化的贡献率最大,两者共达到92.8%,其中城镇和森林面积急剧增加,城镇生态系统增加面积主要由农田和草地生态系统转入,森林和灌丛生态系统主要由草地和荒漠生态系统转入。④生态工程林是研究区NDVI增加主要原因之一,生态工程林面积变化与NDVI变化率、残差变化率均呈极显著正相关关系,同时生态工程林能够较好地解释残差变化。[结论]人类活动是西藏“一江两河”地区地表植被覆盖变化的重要促进因素,适度的生态工程对植被恢复有重要作用。

Preparation of lactic acid bacteria compound starter cultures based on pasting properties and its improvement of glutinous rice flour and dough

The effects of 5 lactic acid bacteria(LAB)fermentation on the pasting properties of glutinous rice flour were compared,and suitable fermentation strains were selected based on the changes of viscosity,setback value,and breakdown value to prepare LAB compound starter *** results revealed that Latilactobacillus sakei HSD004 and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus HSD005 had apparent advantages in increasing the viscosity and reducing the setback and breakdown values of glutinous rice *** particular,the compound starter created using the two abovementioned LAB in the ratio of 3:1 had better performance than that using a single LAB in improving the pasting properties and increasing the water and oil absorption capacity of glutinous rice ***,the gelatinization enthalpy of the fermented samples increased *** frozen glutinous rice dough stored for 28 days,the viscoelasticity of frozen dough prepared by compound starter was better than that of control dough,and the freezable water content was lower than that of control *** results indicate that compound LAB fermentation is a promising technology in the glutinous rice-based food processing industry,which has significance for its application.

Precise tuning of low-crystalline Sb@Sb_(2)O_(3) confined in 3D porous carbon network for fast and stable potassium ion storage

Metal antimony(Sb)is a promising anode material of potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)for its high theoretical capacity but limited by its inferior cycle stability due to the serious volume expansion during ***,we design and construct a kind of low-crystalline Sb nanoparticles coated with amorphous Sb2O3 and dispersed into three-dimensional porous carbon via a strategy involving NaCl template-assisted insitu pyrolysis and subsequent low-temperature heat-treated in ***,the crystallinity and ratio of Sb/Sb_(2)O_(3) have been precisely tuned and controlled,and the optimized sample of HTSb@Sb_(2)O_(3)@C-4 displays a high reversible specific capacity of 543.9 m Ah g^(-1) at 0.1 A g^(-1),superior rate capability and excellent cycle stability(~273 m Ah g^(-1) at 2 A g^(-1) after 2000 cycles)as an anode of *** outstanding potassium-ion storage performance can be ascribed to the appropriate crystallinity and the multiplebuffer-matrix structure comprising an interconnected porous conductive carbon to relieve the volume changes and suppress the aggregation of Sb,a Sb nanoparticle core to shorten the ion transport pathways and decrease the mechanical stress,and a low-crystalline Sb_(2)O_(3) as the shell to consolidate the interface between Sb and carbon as well as facilitate the rapid electron *** dynamic analysis shows that the composite is mainly controlled by pseudocapacitance *** work provides a novel thought to design high-performance composite electrode in energy storage devices.

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对智慧体育公园价值及动力机制进行剖析。结果表明:1)智慧体育公园建设价值在于优化运动空间,打造城市健身地标;依托数字平台,提升公园管控效能;升级服务质量,提高居民生活品质。2)全民健身战略、数字技术赋能、社会消费日益升级是智慧体育公园建设外源动力,而整合生产要素、保护绿色空间、便利群众科学健身市是内源动力。3)影响因素为政策颁布与落实不够,智慧化转型意识低;数字体育人才匮乏,技术研发相对滞后;智慧化嵌入方向偏移,建设初期规划差;新建扩建成本较高,持续融资积极性差。基于此,从加速数字技术渗透、夯实人才培养基础、完善数据共享服务、强化顶层规划引领4个方面提出智慧体育公园建设的推行进路,进而助推体育公园可持续发展。
