This work reports that the flame oscillation induced by acoustic excitation can effectively suppress soot generation in Rijke-type burners.When the acoustic frequency is close to the natural frequency of the burner system,it can produce resonance resulting in intense oscillation of the flame.The relationship between the soot suppression efficiency and the acoustic field of standing wave at different flame positions is discussed.Compared with that under self-excited oscillation,when there is external forced acoustic force introduced to the flame,oscillation combustion occurred in a lager zone in the glass tube.The fundamental cause of different soot suppression efficiency at different positions is that the standing wave acoustic field causes the particles to move at different speeds in different positions of the glass tube.The axial particle velocity difference results in the formation of acoustic vortexes and the change of the flame shape.The high particle velocity causes the air in the glass tube to turn into the turbulent condition and make the flame temperature rise.Simulation results show that the surface growth rate of soot is reduced,while the oxidation rate of soot is enhanced,which result in the soot suppression under acoustic oscillation.This study can provide some reference for the practical application of oscillate combustion in soot suppression.

AbstracBteclin-1 is the firstly-identified mammalian protein of the autophagy machinery,which functions as a molecular scaffold for the assembly of PI3KC3(class II phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase)complex,thus controlling autophagy induction and other cellular trafficking events.Notably,there is mounting evidence establishing the implications of Beclin-1 in diverse tumorigenesis processes,including tumor suppression and progression as well as resistance to cancer therapeutics and CSC(cancer stem-like cell)maintenance.More importantly,Beclin-1 has been confirmed as a potential target for the treatment of multiple cancers.In this review,we provide a comprehensive survey of the structure,functions,and regulations of Beclin-1,and we discuss recent advances in understanding the controversial roles of Beclin-1 in oncology.Moreover,we focus on summarizing the targeted Beclin-1-regulating strategies in cancer therapy,providing novel insights into a promising strategy for regulating Beclin-1 to improvecancer therapeutics in thefuture.

Southeast Asia is located at the intersection of the Tethys and Pacific domains. The superimposed effects of the two tectonic domains have resulted in complicated deep structure, surface magma responses, and dynamic processes of Southeast Asia. Based on the latest long-term passive seismic experiment and numerical modeling, this study reconstructs the dynamic processes of the closure of the Neo-Tethys Ocean and the formation of the curved subduction system in Southeast Asia since the Late Mesozoic. P-wave velocity structure shows a remnant of the Neo-Tethys subducted slab in the lower mantle beneath Southeast Asia at a depth of approximately 1500 km. On the Java-East Timor subduction zone, the remnant slab is coupled with the Indo-Australian subducting slab in the upper mantle with the same direction, while on the Sumatra subduction zone, the remnant slab is decoupled from the Indo-Australian subducting slab in different directions. The formation of the curved subduction system in Southeast Asia is resulted from the northward subdcutions of previous Neo-Tethys and current IndoAustralian Plate, and the westward subduction of the Pacific Plate since Mesozoic. The former is characterized by continuous subduction and subsequent continental block collision, forming the current continental lithosphere in Southeast Asia and the curve-shaped Sumatra-Java subduction zone;the latter is characterized by subduction retreat and back-arc spreading, forming the eastern Philippine subduction zone and a series of marginal sea basins. Since the Early Cretaceous, the opening of the North Australian Sea resulted in stagnation of the Australian Block in the high latitude area of the southern hemisphere for a long time.The North Australian Sea was dominated by out-dipping double subduction from 45 Ma, which resulted in rapid northward drifting of the Australian Block and final collision with the Sundaland.

The fluid dynamic force on the twin plate in a turbulent flow has been studied by using the SIMPLE approach. The multiple time scale turbulent k-Ε model was employed to determine the eddy viscosity of turbulent flow. The turbulent model was used with a restriction for the kinetic energy of smaller turbulent scale to achieve numerical stability. The lengths of recirculation zone were in good agreement with the experimental data under condition of attack angle AOA=50° and constant flow blockage ratio 10%. The results of multiple time scale k-Ε model were compared with single time scale. It is found that the drag force and distribution of wall pressure are influenced by the arrangement of twin plate. The multiple k-Ε model with the kinetic energy restriction can be applied to even more complex turbulent shear flow simulation.

In this study,exposure to phthalates during children’s sleeping time was evaluated based on a mechanistic model.Airborne phase-specific concentrations in this model were estimated taking into account kinetic partitioning,particle dynamics and time-varying ventilation.Exposure pathways considered were inhalation exposure to airborne phases,dermal absorption from "air-to-skin" transport and direct contact.By taking di(n-butyl)phthalate(DnBP)and bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)as two representative pollutants,inhalation exposure accounted for>90%when children wore clean pajamas before going to bed.Dermal uptake significantly increased when children's pajamas had absorbed DnBP before putting them on,whereas dermal uptake of DEHP was relatively lower and insensitive to the condition of clothing.Increasing air exchange rate at night and keeping clothes cleaner were effective for reducing children's exposures during sleeping period.Further studies are necessary taking into account source-proximity effect,particle emissions and refined dermal exposure routes.

For photovoltaic applications,low-cost SiNx-coated metallurgical grade silicon（MG-Si） wafers were used as substrates for polycrystalline silicon（poly-Si） thick films deposition at temperatures ranging from 640 to880 ℃ by thermal chemical vapor deposition.X-ray diffraction and Raman results indicated that high-quality poly-Si thick films were deposited at 880 ℃.To obtain n-type poly-Si,the as-deposited poly-Si films were annealed at 880 ℃ capped with a phosphosilicate glass.Electrical properties of the n-type poly-Si thick films were investigated by four-probe and Hall measurements.The carrier concentration and electron mobility of the n-type poly-Si film was estimated to be 1.7 x 1019cm-3and 68.1 cm2V-1s-1,respectively.Highquality poly-Si thick films deposited on MG-Si wafers are very promising for photovoltaic applications.

Surface passivation performances of Al2O3 layers deposited on p-type Czochralski Si wafers by atomic layer deposition（ALD） were investigated as a function of post-deposition annealing conditions.The maximal minority carrier lifetime of 4.7 ms was obtained for AI2O3 passivated p-type Si.Surface passivation mechanisms of Al2O3 layers were investigated in terms of interfacial state density（Dit） and negative fixed charge densities（Qfix） through capacitance—voltage（C— V） characterization.High density of Qfix and low density of Dit were needed for high passivation performances,while high density of Dit and low density of Qfixdegraded the passivation performances.A low Dit was a prerequisite to benefit from the strong field effect passivation induced by high density of negative fixed charges in the Al2O3 layer.

针对传统刚性驱动的外骨骼在复杂人机交互环境中柔顺性不足、无法保证人体安全等问题,设计一种变刚度下肢外骨骼用于康复训练。提出了一种可重构的变刚度原理,通过调整关节弹簧的预紧力来实现关节刚度的改变,同时通过滑轮组的重构来增大外骨骼的刚度调整范围。基于所提出的可重构变刚度原理,设计了用于驱动外骨骼主动关节的变刚度执行器,并进一步设计了变刚度下肢外骨骼的机械结构。建立了外骨骼的理论刚度模型,并对其刚度特性进行了仿真分析。搭建了变刚度下肢外骨骼的试验平台,对样机的刚度特性进行了试验验证。结果表明,试验得到的刚度曲线与理论模型吻合。基于变刚度驱动的扭矩-偏角特性,提出一种无交互力传感器的外骨骼行走跟随控制方法,并在不同速度下进行了行走跟随试验。试验结果表明,外骨骼与人体的最大交互力矩为0.8243 N·m,证明外骨骼可以跟随人体运动。
