According to the rolling features of plate mill, a 3D elastic-plastic FEM （finite element model） based on full restart method of ANSYS/LS-DYNA was established to study the inhomogeneous plastic deformation of multipass plate rolling. By analyzing the simulation results, the difference of head and tail ends predictive models was found and modified. According to the numerical simulation results of 120 different kinds of conditions, precision plate plan view pattern predictive model was established. Based on these models, the sizing MAS （mizushima automatic plan view pattern control system） method was designed and used on a 2 800 mm plate mill. Comparing the rolled plates with and without PVPP （plan view pattern predictive） model, the reduced width deviation indicates that the olate !olan view Dattern predictive model is preeise.

Since the discovery of enzyme-like activity of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in 2007,nanozymes are becoming the promising substitutes for natural enzymes due to their advantages of high catalytic activity,low cost,mild reaction conditions,good stability,and suitable for large-scale ***,with the cross fusion of nanomedicine and nanocatalysis,nanozyme-based theranostic strategies attract great attention,since the enzymatic reactions can be triggered in the tumor microenvironment to achieve good curative effect with substrate specificity and low side ***,various nanozymes have been developed and used for tumor *** this review,more than 270 research articles are discussed systematically to present progress in the past five ***,the discovery and development of nanozymes are ***,classification and catalytic mechanism of nanozymes are ***,activity prediction and rational design of nanozymes are focused by highlighting the methods of density functional theory,machine learning,biomimetic and chemical ***,synergistic theranostic strategy of nanozymes are ***,current challenges and future prospects of nanozymes used for tumor theranostic are outlined,including selectivity,biosafety,repeatability and stability,in-depth catalytic mechanism,predicting and evaluating activities.

The ammonium exceedance discharge from sewage treatment plants has a great risk to the stable operation of subsequent constructed wetlands(CWs).The effects of high ammonium shocks on submerged macrophytes and epiphytic biofilms on the leaves of submerged macrophytes in CWs were rarely mentioned in previous *** this paper,the 16S rRNA sequencing method was used to investigate the variation of the microbial communities in biofilms on the leaves of Vallisneria natans plants while the growth characteristics of *** plants were measured at different initial ammonium *** results demonstrated that the total chlorophyll and soluble sugar synthesis of *** plants decreased by 51.45%and 57.16%,respectively,and malondialdehyde content increased threefold after8 days if the initial NH_(4)^(+)-N concentration was more than 5 mg/*** density,bacterial quantity,dissolved oxygen,and pH increased with high ammonium *** average removal efficiencies of total nitrogen and NH_(4)^(+)-N reached 73.26%and 83.94%,*** heat map and relative abundance analysis represented that the relative abundances of phyla Proteobacteria,Cyanobacteria,and Bacteroidetes *** numbers of autotrophic nitrifiers and heterotrophic nitrification aerobic denitrification(HNAD)bacteria expanded in *** particular,HNAD bacteria of Flavobacterium,Hydrogenophaga,Acidovorax,Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas,Aeromonas,and Azospira had higher abundances than autotrophic nitrifiers because there were organic matters secreted from declining leaves of *** *** analysis of the nitrogen metabolic pathway showed aerobic denitrification was the main nitrogen removal ***,the nitrification and denitrification bacterial communities increased in epiphytic biofilms on submerged macrophytes in constructed wetlands while submerged macrophytes declined under ammonium shock loading.

Thermal-force driving of roll profile electromagnetic control technology(RPECT),which can be used to adjust the roll profile,can be affected by the sequential temperature rise between the electromagnetic stick(ES)and electromagnetic control *** to the limited space of ES and induction coil,the cross-sectional area of induction coil can be inevitably affected by changing the size of the ES induction zone,which can further change the energy input under the same electromagnetic parameters,the temperature rising effect and the bulging *** investigate this phenomenon,the effects of the radius of the induction zone on the thermal-force contribution ratio,the heating ability of ES and the temperature distribution were analyzed through an electromagnetic-thermal-structural finite element *** ensure that the results are applicable to RPECT,the thermal energy conversion ability and thermal-force roll crown control ability under different lengths of the induction zone were *** was found that whether the current density regulation mode or the current frequency regulation mode is adopted,the cases with 20 or 25 mm radius of the induction zone have the great thermal energy conversion ability and the good thermal-force roll crown control *** reasonable adjustment of the length of the induction zone can reduce the radius required for the maximum energy efficiency *** with the results of the simulation analysis,the optimization of ES based on the control ability maximization requirement is achieved,which provides the base for the design and configuration of ES in RPECT.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been developed as an ideal platform for exploration of the relationship between intrinsic structure and catalytic activity,but the limited catalytic activity and stability has hampered their practical use in water ***,we develop a bond length adjustment strategy for optimizing naphthalene-based MOFs that synthesized by acid etching Co-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid-based MOFs(donated as AE-CoNDA)to serve as efficient catalyst for water ***-CoNDA exhibits a low overpotential of 260 mV to reach 10 mA cm^(−2)and a small Tafel slope of 62 mV dec^(−1)with excellent stability over 100 *** integrated AE-CoNDA onto BiVO_(4),photocurrent density of 4.3 mA cm^(−2)is achieved at 1.23 *** investigations demonstrate that the stretched Co-O bond length was found to optimize the orbitals hybridization of Co 3d and O 2p,which accounts for the fast kinetics and high *** calculations reveal that the stretched Co-O bond length strengthens the adsorption of oxygen-contained intermediates at the Co active sites for highly efficient water splitting.

The multiscale method provides an effective approach for the numerical analysis of heterogeneous viscoelastic materials by reducing the degree of freedoms(DOFs).A basic framework of the Multiscale Scaled Boundary Finite Element Method(MsSBFEM)was presented in our previous works,but those works only addressed two-dimensional *** order to solve more realistic problems,a three-dimensional MsSBFEM is further developed in this *** the proposed method,the octree SBFEM is used to deal with the three-dimensional calculation for numerical base functions to bridge small and large scales,the three-dimensional image-based analysis can be conveniently conducted in small-scale and coarse nodes can be flexibly adjusted to improve the computational ***,the Temporally Piecewise Adaptive Algorithm(TPAA)is used to maintain the computational accuracy of multiscale analysis by adaptive calculation in time *** results of numerical examples show that the proposed method can significantly reduce the DOFs for three-dimensional viscoelastic analysis with good *** instance,the DOFs can be reduced by 9021 times compared with Direct Numerical Simulation(DNS)with an average error of 1.87%in the third example,and it is very effective in dealing with three-dimensional complex microstructures directly based on images without any geometric modelling process.

Waldenström macroglobulinemia(WM)is characterized by lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma associated with large amounts of monoclonal immunoglobulin M(IgM)protein(Owen et al.,2003).Common signs and symptoms include fatigue due to anemia,lymph node enlargement,hepatosplenomegaly,thrombocytopenia,symptoms related to high viscosity,and peripheral neuropathy,among *** significant advances in WM treatment,this type of indolent lymphoma remains incurable,with a wide array of patient outcomes(Ruan et al.,2020).In recent years,chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T)cell therapy targeting cluster of differentiation 19(CD19)has shown unprecedented response rates and durability in the treatment of B-cell *** this report,we describe a challenging case of WM that involved multiple extramedullary sites,relapsed,and was refractory to chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and targeted *** anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapy,the tumor burden significantly decreased and the patient’s condition remained stable at the writing of this report.
