Owing to the remoteness of the Longriba area and the lack of dating records,it is extremely challenging to reconstruct the chronology and extent of the paleoglaciers in this *** this paper,we combined limited observational data with automated modelling for paleoglacial *** first identified a broadly distributed paleoglacier from satellite imagery and field investigation based on the sediment-landform assemblage principle and dated it to 23.1±1.4~19.5±1.2 ka by ^(10)Be exposure dating,corresponding to the global Last Glacial Maximum(gLGM).Then,we reconstructed the extent and ice surface of 171 paleoglaciers formed during the similar period based on geomorphological evidence and‘ice surface profile’*** results showed that the paleoglacial coverage was 426.5 km2,with an ice volume of 38.1 km^(3),in the Longriba *** reconstructed equilibrium line altitudes(ELAs)based on modelled ice surfaces yielded an average of 4245±66 m above sea level(asl),~725±73 m lower than the present ELA(4970±29 m asl).The temperature was~5.51-6.68℃lower,and the precipitation was~30-34%less in Longriba,during the gLGM compared to the present *** glacial advance was mainly driven by colder climate that was synchronous with Northern Hemisphere cooling events.

Dam break can cause a significant disaster in the downstream, especially, in a valley with cascade reservoirs, which would aggravate the disaster extent. The experimental studies of the dam-break flow of cascade reservoirs are few and far between at the present, Most of related studies concern the failure of a single dam.. This article presents an experimental study of the characteristics of an instantly filled dam-break flow of cascade reservoirs in a rectangular glass flume with a steep bottom slope. A new method was used to simulate the sudden collapse of the dam. A series of sensors for automatic water-levels were deployed to record the rapid water depth fluctuation. The experimental results show that, the ratio of the initial water depth of the downstream reservoir to that of the upstream reservoir would greatly affect the flood peak water depth in the downstream reservoir area and in the stream channel behind the downstream dam, while the influence of the dam spacing is insignificant. In addition, the comparison between the single reservoir and the cascade reservoirs shows some difference in the dam-break flow pattern and the stage hydrograph at the corresponding gauging points.

Background The ＂National＂ Health Insurance （NHI） in Taiwan, China is a single-payer system that was introduced in 1995 to provide universal health care. It is worth noting that three stakeholders are involved in Taiwan＇s NHI, which can be seen as a triangular governance regime between the Bureau of ＂National＂ Health Insurance （BNHI）, the insured and providers. Accordingly, this study intended to assess the efficiency of various different production processes that occur among these stakeholders in Taiwan＇s NHI system. Methods A two-stage relational Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） model is adopted to investigate the sub-process efficiencies of the health care resources held by 23 cities and counties through stages I or II, where the outputs of the first stage serve the inputs of the second. The dataset was collected from the annual reports published by the Department of Health, Taiwan, China. Results Under the proposed framework, the efficiency of the whole process can be obtained from the product of productivity and allocative efficiency. Ten DMUs are efficient either in stages I or II, with only two DMUs being efficient with regard to both sub-processes. Conclusion The relational DEA model not only demonstrates the physical relationship between the whole process and the sub-process components, but also produces reliable outcomes in efficiency measurement among different stakeholders in Taiwan＇s NHI system.

目的观察沙利度胺对老年特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1表达的影响,结合临床指标的变化探讨其治疗IPF的机制。方法用酶联免疫吸附法检测25例沙利度胺联合强的松治疗前、治疗后12周和24周的老年IPF患者BALF中IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1的表达情况,同时检测治疗前、治疗后24周肺功能和胸部高分辨CT的变化情况,并与20例单独应用强的松的老年IPF患者进行对照。结果沙利度胺组患者BALF中IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1的表达在治疗后12周、24周较本组治疗前及对照组明显下降(P0.05)、肺功能较治疗前无明显改善(P>0.05)。沙利度胺组治疗总有效率68%、胸部HRCT总吸收率84%;对照组治疗总有效率30%、胸部HRCT总吸收率35%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙利度胺可能是通过降低老年IPF患者BALF中IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1的表达,改善患者肺功能及临床症状,延缓了病程进展。

Noise-induced hearing loss is the primary non-genetic factor contributing to auditory ***,there are currently no effective pharmacological interventions for patients with noise-induced hearing ***,we present evidence suggesting that the lysine-specific demethylase 1 inhibitor–tranylcypromine is an otoprotective agent that could be used to treat noise-induced hearing loss,and elucidate its underlying regulatory *** established a mouse model of permanent threshold shift hearing loss by exposing the mice to white broadband noise at a sound pressure level of 120 d B for 4 *** found that tranylcypromine treatment led to the upregulation of Sestrin2(SESN2)and activation of the autophagy markers light chain 3B and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 in the cochleae of mice treated with *** noise exposure group treated with tranylcypromine showed significantly lower average auditory brainstem response hearing thresholds at click,4,8,and 16 k Hz frequencies compared with the noise exposure group treated with *** findings indicate that tranylcypromine treatment resulted in increased SESN2,light chain 3B,and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 expression after noise exposure,leading to a reduction in levels of 4-hydroxynonenal and cleaved caspase-3,thereby reducing noise-induced hair cell ***,immunoblot analysis demonstrated that treatment with tranylcypromine upregulated SESN2 expression via the autophagy *** treatment also reduced the production of NOD-like receptor family pyrin domaincontaining 3(NLRP3)*** conclusion,our results showed that tranylcypromine treatment ameliorated cochlear inflammation by promoting the expression of SESN2,which induced autophagy,thereby restricting NLRP3-related inflammasome signaling,alleviating cochlear hair cell loss,and protecting hearing *** findings suggest that inhibiting lysine-specific demethylase 1 is a

BACKGROUND: Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe_3O_4 NPs) have been widely used in MRI. It is vital to prepare the superparamagnetic MRI contrast agent with high stability, biocompatibility and tumor targeting in order to prevent the aggregation of Fe_3O_4 NPs and realize the high-precision diagnose of tumor. OBJECTIVE: To prepare the amphiphilic superparamagnetic composite particles with tumor targeting mediated by folate receptor. METHODS: The stable amphiphilic superparamagnetic composite particles with tumor targeting function were prepared by coating the Fe_3O_4 NPs with a Pluronic F127-folic acid conjugate, which was synthesized via an esterification reaction between the carboxyl group of the tumor targeting molecule, folic acid and the hydroxyl group of an amphiphilic triblock copolymer, Pluronic F127. The resultant Pluronic F127-folic acid-Fe_3O_4 composite particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared-spectra, UV-vis absorption spectra, thermal gravimetric analysis, vibrating sample magnetometer and T2-weighted imaging. WST assay was used to characterize their cytotoxicity preliminarily. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The Pluronic F127-folic acid conjugates were prepared via esterification reaction. Then Fe_3O_4 NPs were wrapped with Pluronic F127-folic acid to result in the superparamagnetic composite particles with well dispersion and biocompatibility. The size of most superparamagnetic composite particles was less than 200 nm and the size of Fe_3O_4 core was 10-20 nm from the observation of transmission electron microscopy. The results from the Fourier transform infrared-spectra and UV-vis absorption spectroscop confirmed that folic acid molecules were modified on the surface of the superparamagnetic composite particles successfully. Low-Reynolds-number effect is an important factor affecting the performance of compressors and other main components of high-altitude long-endurance unmanned aerial *** improve the flow condition and reduce flow loss under the condition of high altitude and low Reynolds number(Re),this paper proposes an optimization process based on a surrogate model,which combines the class-shape transformation method(CST),the Latin hypercube sampling(LHS) method,the light gradient-boosting machine algorithm(LightGBM),and a genetic algorithm(GA) to optimize a high-subsonic compressor *** surrogate model is verified to be accurate and can be used in the optimization *** accuracy of the GA is higher than the other algorithms under common test *** optimization results are verified by numerical simulation,and the flow differences before and after optimization are compared,especially the flow within the boundary *** changing the blade shape,the optimization process adjusts the loading distribution to delay the transition of the optimized blade on the suction surface,which changes the turbulent reattachment in the laminar separation bubble(LSB) into laminar ***,the mixing loss induced by the turbulent reattachment of the LSB and the wake loss of turbulent separation at the trailing edge are significantly reduced,and the performance of the compressor profile is finally *** addition,turbulent separation of the optimized profile is delayed reducing the range of the wake region on the suction *** this optimization process,the reduction of total pressure loss coefficient at Re of 2.5×10～5,3.5×10～5,and 4.5×10～5 are 16.32%,20.76%,and 22.16%,respectively.

为了解决船舶直流微网中负载突变带来的直流母线电压波动问题,本文首先在微网中引入混合储能系统并构建船舶直流微网的数学模型,接着采用一阶低通滤波的策略分配差额功率,最后设计了一种基于预设性能的终端滑模反推控制策略.在控制器中引入预设性能函数,使直流母线的跟踪误差按照预设的曲线进行快速收敛,定义跟踪误差的终端滑模面并利用反推的方法求解出控制器,最后对整个闭环控制系统的稳定性进行了证明.通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真,并与PI、反推控制策略进行对比,突显所设计的控制策略在稳定直流母线电压、减小调节时间、加快负荷响应速度等方面的有效性与优越性.
