A numerical study is conducted to elucidate the impact of hole shapes and additional flow angles on the flow structure of the coolant and temperature field in the leading edge area of the gas turbine *** typical hole shapes are considered for the GE-E3 *** impact of the additional flow angle(E)within each hole shape on the temperature field is *** results indicate that for the leading edge area and suction surface,the fan-shaped hole case performs best in decreasing temperatures,with a decrease of about 43 *** is mainly due to the fact that the fan-shaped hole has the maximum expansion in hole spanwise *** the pressure surface,the console hole case performs best in decreasing temperatures,with a maximum reduction of about 47.2 *** influence of E on the surface temperature at leading edge area varied between the different hole *** the cylinder hole and console hole,the E=-20°case has the lowest area-averaged *** both the fan-shaped hole and the 7-7-7 shaped hole are expansion holes,the pattern of variation of the leading edge area temperature with increasing E is similar for the fan-shaped hole case and 7-7-7 shaped hole *** E=20°case shows the lowest spanwise-averaged temperature near the hole outlet,and the E=-20°case shows the lowest spanwise-averaged temperature further downstream.

Dendrite growth is a complex liquid-solid phase transition process involving multiple physical factors.A phase-field lattice-Boltzmann method was developed to simulate the two-and three-dimension dendrite growth of Al-Cu *** effect of fully coupled thermal-solute-convection interaction on the dendrite growth was investigated by incorporating a parallel-adaptive mesh refinement algorithm into the numerical *** accurately reproducing the latent heat release,solute diffusion and convective transport behaviors at the liquidsolid interface,the interaction mechanism among thermal-solute-convection transport as well as their coupling effects on the dendrite growth dynamics were *** simulation results show that the release of latent heat slows down the dendrite growth rate,and both natural and forced convection disrupt the symmetrical growth of *** combination makes the growth of dendrites more complex,capturing important physical aspects such as recalescence,dendrite tip splitting,dendrite tilting,dendrite remelting,and solute plume in the simulation *** on the robustness and powerful ability of the numerical model,the formation mechanisms of these physical aspects were revealed.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the possible regulatory mechanism of microRNA(miRNA) in moxibustion treatment for decreased ovarian reserve(DOR). METHODS: The DOR model was constructed by intragastrical Tripterygium glycoside suspension administration, and moxibustion therapy was simultaneously given. The morphological ovarian changes were observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining. The miRNA expression profile was detected by RNA sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis was performed. Cytoscape software 3.6.1 was used to establish a regulatory network and differentially expressed miRNAs were verified by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR). RESULTS: Decreased number of mature follicles, increased atresia follicles, and abnormal granulosa cell morphology were observed in the model group compared with the control group. The moxibustion group demonstrated increased mature follicles, decreased atretic follicles, and significantly decreased abnormal morphology of granulosa cells compared with the model group. Additionally, RNA sequencing results manifested significantly up-regulated miRNA expressions(miR-92b-3p, miR-26-5p＿R + 1＿1ss10TC, miR-206-3p, miR-9993b-3p＿1ss6GA, miR-7857-3p＿R-1, miR-219a-2-3p＿1ss10GC, miR-3968-p5＿1ss10AT, and PC-5p-6478＿1795) and down-regulated miR-664-2-5p＿R + 1 in the model group, compared with the control group, and the moxibustion group reversed abnormal disorder levels of these miRNAs. Moreover, these differentially expressed miRNAs were mainly involved in the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B signaling pathway and nuclear factor erythropoietin-2-related factor 2/heme oxygenase 1 signaling pathway. Finally, network and RT-qPCR verification revealed miR-9993b-3p＿1ss6GA as the most critical miRNA. CONCLUSION: This experiment proved the effectiveness of moxibustion in improving the ovarian reserve of rats by regulating miRNA expression, especially miR-9993b-3p＿1ss6GA.

文本分类是自然语言处理(NLP)中的一项基础任务,目的是将文本数据分配至预先定义的类别。图卷积神经网络(GCN)与大规模的预训练模型BERT(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformer)的结合在文本分类任务中取得了良好的效果。大规模异构图中GCN的无向的信息传递产生信息噪声影响模型的判断,造成模型分类能力下降,针对这一问题,提出一种生成式标签对抗模型,即类对抗图卷积网络(CAGCN)模型,以降低分类时无关信息的干扰,提升模型的分类性能。首先,采用TextGCN(Text Graph Convolutional Network)中的构图法构建邻接矩阵,结合GCN和BERT模型作为类生成器(CG);其次,在模型训练时采用伪标签特征训练法,并构建聚类器与类生成器联合训练;最后,在多个广泛使用的数据集上进行实验。实验结果表明,在泛用的分类数据集20NG、R8、R52、Ohsumed和MR上,CAGCN模型的分类准确率比RoBERTaGCN模型分别提高了1.2、0.1、0.5、1.7和0.5个百分点。

金线莲是一种珍贵中药材,其治疗、保健作用十分显著。金线莲培育方式主要有种植、组培等,不同培育方式的金线莲,在性状上仅表现出细微差异,但药用、市场价值差异显著,培育方式鉴别能有效保证药用疗效、维护良好市场秩序,然而由于不同品系、产地、培育时间等复合差异的影响,增加了培育方式鉴别难度与复杂度。提出一种基于改进1D-Inception-CNN模型的金线莲培育方式鉴别方法。采用近红外光谱仪采集种植、组培金线莲的光谱,首先使用合成少数类过采样技术(SMOTE)进行过采样以解决种植品、组培品样本比例不平衡问题,其次构建基于改进Inception结构的一维卷积神经网络对来自不同品系、产地、培育时间的金线莲进行种植品、组培品鉴别,最后采用贝叶斯优化方法对构建的卷积神经网络模型超参数进行优化;最终五折交叉验证平均鉴别准确率、精确率、召回率、综合评价指标高达97.95%、 96.16%、 100%、 98.02%。研究表明,实验提出的鉴别模型为快速鉴别金线莲种植品、组培品提供一种有效方法。

Background: We previously reported that activation of the cell cycle in human-induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CMs) enhances their remuscularization capacity after human cardiac muscle patch transplantation in infarcted mouse hearts. Herein, we sought to identify the effect of magnesium lithospermate B (MLB) on hiPSC-CMs during myocardial repair using a myocardial infarction (MI) mouse ***: In C57BL/6 mice, MI was surgically induced by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery. The mice were randomly divided into five groups (n = 10 per group); a MI group (treated with phosphate-buffered saline only), a hiPSC-CMs group, a MLB group, a hiPSC-CMs + MLB group, and a Sham operation group. Cardiac function and MLB therapeutic efficacy were evaluated by echocardiography and histochemical staining 4 weeks after surgery. To identify the associated mechanism, nuclear factor (NF)-κB p65 and intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM1) signals, cell adhesion ability, generation of reactive oxygen species, and rates of apoptosis were detected in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and ***: After 4 weeks of transplantation, the number of cells that engrafted in the hiPSC-CMs + MLB group was about five times higher than those in the hiPSC-CMs group. Additionally, MLB treatment significantly reduced tohoku hospital pediatrics-1 (THP-1) cell adhesion, ICAM1 expression, NF-κB nuclear translocation, reactive oxygen species production, NF-κB p65 phosphorylation, and cell apoptosis in HUVECs cultured under hypoxia. Similarly, treatment with MLB significantly inhibited the apoptosis of hiPSC-CMsvia enhancing signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) phosphorylation and B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL2) expression, promoting STAT3 nuclear translocation, and downregulating BCL2-Associated X, dual specificity phosphatase 2 (DUSP2), and cleaved-caspase-3 expression under hypoxia.
