Because dielectric spectroscopy covers a great many problems in physical and chemical systems occurring in an extremely wide frequency range, the study of this method plays an important role in physical chemistry. As an effective tool to detect inner properties of substance systems, the dielectric spectroscopy method is widely used in chemical systems and has been dramatically developed in recent decade. This review paper describes the applications of the dielectric spectroscopy in the chemical field, and main concentrations are focused on the micelle, microemulsion and other so-called molecular organized assemblies. Some dielectric principles and models proposed for these systems are introduced. In addition, recent technical developments in dielectric spectroscopy and developing trend of this method in other chemical systems are reviewed.

A class of multivariate filter banks with a matrix factorization has been developed by Chen et al. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss some further properties of this kind of filter bank, such as the completeness, accuracy of the corresponding scaling functions and the relationships with Daubechies' wavelets and the multi-wavelets provided by Chui and Lian. Moreover, some examples are given to show that this kind of filter bank has a higher accuracy for the scaling functions.

The asyrmptotic properties of the self-consistent estimator (SCE) of a distribution function F of a random variable X with doubly-censored data are examined by several authors under the asstumption that X is observable everywhere in the interval [a, b], where a=inf{x: F(x)>0} and b=sup{x: F(x)<1}. Such an assumption does not allow the situation that X is discrete and the situation that X is only observable in a nontrivial subinterval of [a, b]. However, often in practice this assumption is not satisfied. In this manuscript we establish strong uniform consistency, asymptotic normality and asymptotic efficiency of the SCE under a set of assumptions that allow the situation that X is discrete and the situation that X is only observable in a nontrivial subinterval of [a, b]. Finally, we point out a gap in the proofs of the existing results in the literature due to the definition of the SCE.

In this paper, we investigate the complex oscillation of the differential equation fk+Ak-1fk-1+…+AOf=F where Ak-1.…, Ao F 0 are finite order transcendental entire functions, such that there exists an Ad（0≤d≤k-1） being dominant in the sense that either it has larger order than any other Aj（j=0.…. d-l. d+l.…. k-1）, or it is the only transcendental function. We obtain some precise estimates of the exponent of convergence of the zero-sequence of solutions to the above equation.

On the Isomorphic Classes of Hopf-Galois Extensions with Normal Bases over a Commutative Ring

A potentiometric immunosensor for detection for Tf has been studied. It is based on o-Aminobenzenethiol(o-ABT) forming self-assembled layer on gold surface. Then the transferrin antiserum is coupled on the electrode by glutareldehyde(GA). The effects of experimental conditions including the concentration of the transferrin antiserum, the time of the immunoreaction , pH, the ion strength and the temperature are discussed. In addition, the selectivity, regeneration and reproducibility of the immunosensor are investigated. The holo-Tf is determined by the immunosensor, and has a approximatively linear detection range of 1.0.0 ng/ml, and the potential response of the electrode is decrease while the concentration of holo-Tf is increase. But, the potential is less changeless according to apo-Tf in corresponding concentration range.

In this paper we consider the isomorphic classes of H-Galois extensions with the normal basis property over a fixed commutative ring B for a finite Hopf algebra *** result is that when H is cocommutative,then the above isomorphic classes and the 2-nd cohomology group H^2(L~*,U) are isomorphic as groups under the product defined in this paper,where L=BH,L~*=Hom_B(L,B).
