An improved deep dilated convolutional neural network for seismic facies interpretation

With the successful application and breakthrough of deep learning technology in image segmentation,there has been continuous development in the field of seismic facies interpretation using convolutional neural *** intelligent and automated methods significantly reduce manual labor,particularly in the laborious task of manually labeling seismic ***,the extensive demand for training data imposes limitations on their wider *** overcome this challenge,we adopt the UNet architecture as the foundational network structure for seismic facies classification,which has demonstrated effective segmentation results even with small-sample training ***,we integrate spatial pyramid pooling and dilated convolution modules into the network architecture to enhance the perception of spatial information across a broader *** seismic facies classification test on the public data from the F3 block verifies the superior performance of our proposed improved network structure in delineating seismic facies *** analysis against the traditional UNet model reveals that our method achieves more accurate predictive classification results,as evidenced by various evaluation metrics for image ***,the classification accuracy reaches an impressive 96%.Furthermore,the results of seismic facies classification in the seismic slice dimension provide further confirmation of the superior performance of our proposed method,which accurately defines the range of different seismic *** approach holds significant potential for analyzing geological patterns and extracting valuable depositional information.

Production induced fracture closure of deep shale gas well under thermo-hydro-mechanical conditions

Deep shale gas reservoirs have geological characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,high stress,and inferior ability to pass through *** multi-stage fractured horizontal well is the key to exploiting the deep shale gas ***,during the production process,the effectiveness of the hydraulic fracture network decreases with the closure of fractures,which accelerates the decline of shale gas *** this paper,we addressed the problems of unclear fracture closure mechanisms and low accuracy of shale gas production prediction during deep shale gas *** we established the fluid—solid—heat coupled model coupling the deformation and fluid flow among the fracture surface,proppant and the shale *** the fluid—solid—heat coupled model was applied to the fracture network,it was well solved by our numerical method named discontinuous discrete fracture *** with the conventional discrete fracture method,the discontinuous discrete fracture method can describe the three-dimensional morphology of the fracture while considering the effect of the change of fracture surface permeation coefficient on the coupled fracture—matrix flow and describing the displacement discontinuity across the *** simulations revealed that the degree of fracture closure increases as the production time proceeds,and the degree of closure of the secondary fractures is higher than that of the primary *** creep and proppant embedment both increase the degree of fracture *** reduction in fracture surface permeability due to proppant embedment reduces the rate of fluid transfer between matrix and fracture,which has often been overlooked in the ***,it significantly impacts shale gas production,with calculations showing a 24.7%cumulative three-year yield *** study is helpful to understand the mechanism of hydraulic fracture ***,it provides the theoretical guidance for maintaining the long

Here,a nonhydrostatic alternative scheme(NAS)is proposed for the grey zone where the nonhydrostatic impact on the atmosphere is evident but not large enough to justify the necessity to include an implicit nonhydrostatic solver in an atmospheric dynamical *** NAS is designed to replace this solver,which can be incorporated into any hydrostatic models so that existing well-developed hydrostatic models can effectively serve for a longer *** advances in machine learning(ML)provide a potential tool for capturing the main complicated nonlinear-nonhydrostatic *** this study,an ML approach called a neural network(NN)was adopted to select leading input features and develop the *** NNs were trained and evaluated with 12-day simulation results of dry baroclinic-wave tests by the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF)*** forward time difference of the nonhydrostatic tendency was used as the target variable,and the five selected features were the nonhydrostatic tendency at the last time step,and four hydrostatic variables at the current step including geopotential height,pressure in two different forms,and potential temperature,***,a practical NAS was developed with these features and trained layer by layer at a 20-km horizontal resolution,which can accurately reproduce the temporal variation and vertical distribution of the nonhydrostatic *** by the NN-based NAS,the improved hydrostatic solver at different horizontal resolutions can run stably for at least one month and effectively reduce most of the nonhydrostatic errors in terms of system bias,anomaly root-mean-square error,and the error of the wave spatial pattern,which proves the feasibility and superiority of this scheme.

High-resolution neutronics model for ^(238)Pu production in high-flux reactors

We proposed and compared three methods(filter burnup,single energy burnup,and burnup extremum analysis)to build a high-resolution neutronics model for 238Pu production in high-flux *** filter burnup and single energy burnup methods have no theoretical approximation and can achieve a spectrum resolution of up to~1 eV,thereby constructing the importance curve and yield curve of the full energy *** burnup extreme analysis method combines the importance and yield curves to consider the influence of irradiation time on production efficiency,thereby constructing extreme *** three curves,which quantify the transmutation rate of the nuclei in each energy region,are of physical significance because they have similar distributions.A high-resolution neutronics model for ^(238)Pu production was established based on these three curves,and its universality and feasibility were *** neutronics model can guide the neutron spectrum optimization and improve the yield of ^(238)Pu by up to 18.81%.The neutronics model revealed the law of nuclei transmutation in all energy regions with high spectrum resolution,thus providing theoretical support for high-flux reactor design and irradiation production of ^(238)Pu.

法律以权利义务的遵守描绘“人”的形象。“人”的形象随着权利义务实现压力的减小而走向暗淡。经过主观努力即可获得遵守的假设在现实生活中不能经常实现,法律描绘“人”的形象以弥补这一不足以使得假设成立。法律遵守依靠平等产生的普遍约束力,现实的不平等需要以“人”的形象来作出解释。“人”的形象在现代法律重新利用,通过“矫枉过正”以揭示围绕遵守可能进行的制度改进。精神状态与生物外观的不符提示依据遵守可能性对政策目标加以调整,而难以遵守的法律通过制度改进来促进遵守。“能够遵守法律之人”是“法律人”的基本学术内涵,学术研究依据遵守难易对制度优劣做出评价并加以改进,以此建立起法学理论的大厦。

技术的发展变迁拓展了人类身体的感知和经验,给具身学习带来了更多机遇。技术变迁塑造了具身学习中的不同身体现象。就其中身体的出场形式而言,学习者的身体经历了“在场—缺席—在场”的往复过程;就身体的视觉面向而言,学习者的身体视觉历经了“注视—远视—共视”的变迁过程;就身体的交互形态而言,学习者的身体交互历经了“人人—人机—体感”的演变过程。智能技术使学习方式变得更多元,学习时空变得更自由。智能技术在塑造学习场域的后人类具身学习“景观”的同时,使学习者身体的物质属性受到挑战,身体的道德文化价值也逐渐丧失。为免于学习者深陷“身体异化”的境地,保障学习者身体的完整性,发挥学习者的主体性,需要积极建构技术与身体的共生关系,重申身体之于学习的价值和作用。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the most common chronic liver disease worldwide,and the development of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)might cause irreversible hepatic ***(HLP)is the leading risk factor for *** study aims to illuminate the causative contributor and potential mechanism of Kallistatin(KAL)mediating HLP to NAFLD.221 healthy control and 253 HLP subjects,62 healthy control and 44 NAFLD subjects were *** plasma KAL was significantly elevated in HLP subjects,especially in hypertriglyceridemia(HTG)subjects,and positively correlated with liver ***,KAL levels of NAFLD patients were significantly *** transgenic mice induced hepatic steatosis,inflammation,and fibrosis with time and accelerated inflammation development in high-fat diet(HFD)*** contrast,KAL knockout ameliorated steatosis and inflammation in high-fructose diet(HFruD)and methionine and choline-deficient(MCD)diet-induced NAFLD ***,KAL induced hepatic steatosis and NASH by down-regulating adipose triglyceride lipase(ATGL)and comparative gene identification 58(CGl-58)by LRP6/Gas/PKA/GSK3βpathway through down-regulating peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPARy)and up-regulating kruppel-like factor four(KLF4),***-58 is bound to NF-kB p65 in the cytoplasm,and diminishing CGl-58 facilitated p65 nuclear translocation and TNFa ***,hepatic CGl-58-overexpress reverses NASH in KAL transgenic ***,free fatty acids up-regulated KAL against thyroid hormone in ***,Fenofibrate,one triglyceride-lowering drug,could reverse hepatic steatosis by down-regulating *** results demonstrate that elevated KAL plays a crucial role in the development of HLP to NAFLD and may be served as a potential preventive and therapeutic target.
