Dear editor,At the core of lattice-based cryptography, a linear function f（x） = Ax mod q with a random matrix A ∈ Z;and a short vector x ∈ Z;plays an essential role, especially in the lattice-based signature, identity-based encryption and attribute-based encryption. It is a one-way function introduced by Ajtai and with a proper trapdoor, the short solution x can be recovered without leaking any trapdoor information, thus a trapdoor sampler.

杨洪涛教授秉承《黄帝内经》"少阳属肾,上连于肺,故将两脏"的经典理论,认为少阳枢机功能对于肾之气化,肺之宣肃,以至一身气、火、水的升降出入来说具有重要意义。杨洪涛教授治疗慢性肾脏病宗"肾疏宁疏利少阳"之旨,在小柴胡汤基础上配伍补益脾肾、清热祛痰化瘀中药,取效显著。杨洪涛教授取小蓟、白茅根性凉濡润,入血分而止血之效,凡因热而出现血尿者常用此二药凉血而止血,同时配合地榆、侧柏叶等其他凉血药物,加强柴胡、黄芩疏理中焦热邪之效,临证为防凉血药有凉血留瘀之弊,常采用温性的活血化瘀药蒲黄炭、三七佐之。

Heat transfer characteristics in a narrow confined channel with discrete impingement cooling were investigated using thermal infrared camera. Detailed heat transfer distributions and comparisons on three surfaces with three impact diameters were experimentally studied in the range of Reynolds number of 3000 to 30000. The experimental results indicated that the strong impingement jet leaded to a high strength heat transfer zone in the ΔX=±2.5D;range of the impact center,which was 1.3–2.5 times of the average heat transfer value of the impingement wall. With the same coolant mass flow rate, small diameter case had lower heat transfer coefficient on both inner wall and outside wall, while the impingement wall was insensitive to the impact diameter. The surface averaged Nusselt number of inner wall was only 43%–57% of impingement wall, while the outside wall can reach up to 80%–90%. The larger the diameter, the higher heat transfer enhancement and the smaller the channel flow resistance was observed in term of Reynolds number. The surface averaged Nusselt numbers were developed as the function of Reynolds number and the impingement height-to-diameter for further engineering applications.

Sterile α motif and histidine/aspartic acid domain containing protein 1 (SAMHD1) is a deoxynucleoside triphosphate (dNTPs) triphosphohydrolase that can hydrolyze dNTPs into deoxynucleosides and triphosphates to keep the balance of the intracellular dNTPs pool. Moreover, it has been reported that SAMHD1 plays a role in regulating cell proliferation and the cell cycle, maintaining genome stability and inhibiting innate immune responses. SAMHD1 activity is regulated by phosphorylation, oxidation, SUMOylation, and O-GlcNAcylation. SAMHD1 mutations have been reported to cause diseases, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia and mantle cell lymphoma. SAMHD1 expression in acute myeloid leukemia predicts inferior prognosis. Recently, it has been revealed that SAMHD1 mediates the resistance to anti-cancer drugs. This review will focus on SAMHD1 function and regulation, the association between SAMHD1 and hematological malignancies and will provide updated information on SAMHD1 mediating resistance to nucleoside analogue antimetabolites, topoisomerase inhibitors, platinum-derived agents and DNA hypomethylating agents. Furthermore, histone deacetylase inhibitors and tyrosine kinase inhibitors indirectly increase anti-cancer drug resistance by increasing SAMDH1 activity. We herein highlight the importance of the development of novel agents targeting SAMHD1 to overcome treatment resistance of hematological malignancies, which would be an opportunity to improve the outcome of patients with refractory hematological malignancies.

Many lattice-based schemes are built from the hardness of the learning with errors problem, which naturally comes in two flavors: the decision LWE and search LWE. In this paper, we investigate the decision LWE and search LWE by Rényi divergence respectively and obtain the following results: For decision LWE,we apply RD on LWE variants with different error distributions(i.e., center binomial distribution and uniform distribution, which are frequently used in the NIST PQC submissions) and prove the pseudorandomness in theory. As a by-product, we extend the so-called public sampleability property and present an adaptively public sampling property to the application of Rényi divergence on more decision problems. As for search LWE, we improve the classical reduction proof from Gap SVP to LWE. Besides, as an independent interest,we also explore the intrinsic relation between the decision problem and search problem.

急性缺血性脑卒中是一种常见的脑血管疾病。目前临床上主要通过早期开通闭塞血管以恢复局部血流,从而挽救缺血的脑组织。再灌注损伤是其常见的并发症,可加重神经功能损害,导致不良预后。越来越多的研究表明,免疫反应可能在脑卒中后再灌注损伤的病理生理过程中发挥重要作用,尤其是调节性T细胞(Tregs)通过多种炎症通路而发挥神经保护作用。文中对Tregs的功能进行总结,重点探讨Tregs在脑卒中后再灌注损伤中的调控作用,以期为急性缺血性脑卒中的免疫治疗提供方向。

High-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite(HCVTM)is a valuable resource containing metal elements such as iron,vanadium,titanium,and chromium.To recycle these elements,direct reduction is an efficient way.The mechanism and reaction kinetic parameters for the direct reduction of HCVTM were studied.Experimental results show that the reduction degree increases obviously when the C/O ratio and temperature increase.Thermodynamic analysis showed a dramatic mass loss in the direct reduction of HCVTM in the temperature range of 985-1160℃.From 1200 to 1350℃,the reduction curves for the isothermal reduction of HCVTM followed the same trend,with a sharp increase in the initial reaction zone and a slight increase in the reduction rate with increasing time,and finally,the isothermal reduction process of HCVTM was divided into several limiting stages with varying degrees,with inconsistent limiting factors for the reaction rate at different stages.The results also show that the activation energy decreases slightly at larger degrees of reduction.Also,the apparent rate constant k(T)increased with increasing reduction temperature,with lnk(T)showing a good linear relationship with temperature.

In this paper, we study normalized solutions to a fourth-order Schr¨odinger equation with a positive second-order dispersion coefficient in the mass supercritical regime. Unlike the well-studied case where the second-order term is zero or negative, the geometrical structure of the corresponding energy functional changes dramatically and this makes the solution set richer. Under suitable control of the second-order dispersion coefficient and mass, we find at least two radial normalized solutions, a ground state and an excited state, together with some asymptotic properties. It is worth pointing out that in the considered repulsive case, the compactness analysis of the related Palais-Smale sequences becomes more challenging. This forces the implementation of refined estimates of the Lagrange multiplier and the energy level to obtain normalized solutions.
