由于钙离子在心肌细胞兴奋-收缩偶联中发挥着核心作用,低钙血症可诱发心肌病。临床上,由于低钙血症导致的T波电交替和急性心衰罕见,极易被忽视或误诊。研究显示,低钙血症引起的T波电交替和急性心衰往往是可逆的,因而及时纠正严重低钙血症十分重要。本文报告一例慢性甲状旁腺功能减退症患者,由于严重的低钙血症引起T波电交替和急性心衰发作,在迅速纠正低钙血症后,患者病情得以缓解,T波电交替完全消失,心功能部分恢复。通过复习该病例,有助于临床医生重视可引起T波电交替和心衰的可逆性因素—低钙血症。

Artificial intelligence(AI)is one of the core drivers of industrial development and a critical factor in promoting the integration of emerging technologies,such as graphic processing unit,Internet of Things,cloud computing,and the blockchain,in the new generation of big data and Industry 4.0.In this paper,we construct an extensive survey over the period 1961-2018 of AI and deep learning.The research provides a valuable reference for researchers and practitioners through the multi-angle systematic analysis of AI,from underlying mechanisms to practical applications,from fundamental algorithms to industrial achievements,from current status to future trends.Although there exist many issues toward AI,it is undoubtful that AI has become an innovative and revolutionary assistant in a wide range of applications and fields.

Scanning strategy is a critical parameter for selective laser melting(SLM)processing of metals,alloys as well as metalceramic composites,while related research has rarely been reported yet,especially for additive manufacturing of WC–Co cemented carbides.In this study,three scanning strategies,i.e.,stripe,checkerboard,and spiral scanning,were used for additive manufacturing of WC-32Co cemented carbides.Checkerboard scanning leads to the highest relative density of 96%.Stripe scanning results in the largest average WC grain size followed by checkerboard and spiral scanning.SLM-processed carbides demonstrate agglomeration of WC grains mixed with isolated Co pools and pores.The WC grain growth mechanisms of SLM-processed cemented carbides include mosaic agglomeration growth and incomplete and uneven step growth regardless of scanning strategies.

Emergence of new hardware,including persistent memory and smart network interface card(SmartNIC),has brought new opportunities to file system design.In this paper,we design and implement a new file system named NICFS based on persistent memory and SmartNIC.We divide the file system into two parts:the front end and the back end.In the front end,data writes are appended to the persistent memory in a log-structured way,leveraging the fast persistence advantage of persistent memory.In the back end,the data in logs are fetched,processed,and patched to files in the background,leveraging the processing capacity of SmartNIC.Evaluation results show that NICFS outperforms Ext4 by about 21%/10%and about 19%/50%on large and small reads/writes,respectively.

6G represents the next generation of mobile communication and mobile networking.Following the previous five generations of mobile communication systems(from 1G to 5G),the development of the 6G mobile communication will be a revolution.As a holographic and ubiquitous multidimensional network,6G will present us with the ability to establish full coverage of the“air–space–sea–land”system and to integrate with AI,IoT,and blockchain to form a network ecosystem.Our study addresses and emphasizes the literature that focuses on the technological perspectives of 6G,most specifically,its technological characteristics,key enabling technologies,and potential applications.In addition,a thorough description of the development of the mobile communication system from 1G to 6G is illustrated.This paper plays the important role of introducing a technological view of 6G to practitioners and researchers.

A moisture advection scheme is an essential module of a numerical weather/climate model representing the horizontal transport of water vapor.The Piecewise Rational Method(PRM) scalar advection scheme in the Global/Regional Assimilation and Prediction System(GRAPES) solves the moisture flux advection equation based on PRM.Computation of the scalar advection involves boundary exchange,and computation of higher bandwidth requirements is complicated and time-consuming in GRAPES.Recently,Graphics Processing Units(GPUs) have been widely used to solve scientific and engineering computing problems owing to advancements in GPU hardware and related programming models such as CUDA/OpenCL and Open Accelerator(OpenACC).Herein,we present an accelerated PRM scalar advection scheme with Message Passing Interface(MPI) and OpenACC to fully exploit GPUs’ power over a cluster with multiple Central Processing Units(CPUs) and GPUs,together with optimization of various parameters such as minimizing data transfer,memory coalescing,exposing more parallelism,and overlapping computation with data transfers.Results show that about 3.5 times speedup is obtained for the entire model running at medium resolution with double precision when comparing the scheme’s elapsed time on a node with two GPUs(NVIDIA P100) and two 16-core CPUs(Intel Gold 6142).Further,results obtained from experiments of a higher resolution model with multiple GPUs show excellent scalability.

The consensus protocol is one of the core technologies in blockchain,which plays a crucial role in ensuring the block generation rate,consistency,and safety of the blockchain system.Blockchain systems mainly adopt the Byzantine Fault Tolerance(BFT)protocol,which often suffers fromslow consensus speed and high communication consumption to prevent Byzantine nodes from disrupting the consensus.In this paper,this paper proposes a new dual-mode consensus protocol based on node identity authentication.It divides the consensus process into two subprotocols:Check_BFT and Fast_BFT.In Check_BFT,the replicas authenticate the primary’s identity by monitoring its behaviors.First,assume that the systemis in a pessimistic environment,Check_BFT protocol detects whether the current environment is safe and whether the primary is an honest node;Enter the fast consensus stage after confirming the environmental safety,and implement Fast_BFT protocol.It is assumed that there are 3f+1 nodes in total.If more than 2f+1 nodes identify that the primary is honest,it will enter the Fast_BFT process.In Fast_BFT,the primary is allowed to handle transactions alone,and the replicas can only receive the messages sent by the primary.The experimental results show that the CF-BFT protocol significantly reduces the communication overhead and improves the throughput and scalability of the consensus protocol.Compared with the SAZyzz protocol,the throughput is increased by 3 times in the best case and 60%in the worst case.

Baoshui Village,a full-length novel by Qiao Ye,presents to its readers an open,sensitive,holistic,and reflective experiential texture thanks to the writer's years of preparation spent"going into"and"immersing herself in villages,"as well as her rural narrative focusing on the complexity,contemporaneity,and problem of rural revitalization.The novel employs dual-narrative technique of recounting emotional and village history to advance its plot,paints pictures of village life with polyphonous scenes of village gossip,and engages in participatory observation through the use of the narrator to construct an open subject consciousnesss that discovers blind spots,surprises,disparities,and paradoxes in the rural experience.By selectively reconstructing the experiences of three archetypal villages and creating the new literary imageofarural construction expert,"the novel conveys a realistic attitude that values the subjectivity and endogenous power of the countryside.In doing so,this method takes the structure of reality as its core and calls for a pragmatic standpoint that suspends any judgment,so as to"read"the Chinese countryside through the texture of reality.
