Overall water photo-splitting is a prospective ideal pathway to produce ultra-clean H_(2) energy by ***,the band structure of many semiconductors cannot satisfy the requirement of H_(2) and O_(2) production at the same ***,we illustrate that carbon dots(CDs)/Bi_(2)WO_(6) photocatalyst with compensatory photo-electronic effect has enhanced activity for overall water photo-splitting without any sacrificial *** this complex photocatalytic system,the photo-potential provided by CDs makes the CDs/Bi2WO6(C-BWO)composite could satisfy the band structure conditions for overall water *** C-BWO composite(3 wt%CDs content)exhibits optimized hydrogen evolution(oxygen evolution)of 0.28μmol/h(0.12μmol/h)with an approximate 2:1(H_(2):O_(2))stoichiometry at normal *** further employed the in-situ transient photovoltage(TPV)technique to study the photoelectron extraction and the interface charge transfer kinetics of this composite catalyst.

MicroRNAs( miRNAs) are reported to be associated with various diseases. The identification of disease-related miRNAs would be beneficial to the disease diagnosis and prognosis. However,in contrast with the widely available expression profiling, the limited knowledge of molecular function restrict the development of previous methods based on network similarity measure. To construct reliable training data,the decision fusion method is used to prioritize the results of existing methods. After that,the performance of decision fusion method is validated. Furthermore,in consideration of the long range dependencies of successive expression values,Hidden Conditional Random Field model( HCRF) is selected and applied to miRNA expression profiling to infer disease-associated miRNAs. The results show that HCRF achieves superior performance and outperforms the previous methods. The results also demonstrate the power of using expression profiling for discovering disease-associated miRNAs.

在水电富集地区,输电网中的水电比例较高,受水电丰枯特性影响,部分输电线路利用率季节差异巨大,因此,研究输电线路利用率同系统经济性协调的扩展规划模型和方法具有重要意义。基于此,本文提出一种考虑线路利用率的含高比例水电输电网扩展方法,考虑水电丰枯特性的影响,以输电线路的利用率引导输电网扩展规划决策。首先,考虑输电线路的安全裕度与发展裕度提出输电线路利用率指标;其次,以最小化输电网的发电成本、失负荷惩罚成本与弃水惩罚成本为目标函数,建立含高比例水电的输电网最优经济调度模型,并在此基础上提出输电线路的阻塞利用率和输电网的阻塞率计算方法;而后,通过分别计算丰水期负荷大方式、丰水期负荷小方式、枯水期负荷大方式及枯水期负荷小方式4种运行场景下输电线路的阻塞利用率和输电网的阻塞率,对严重阻塞场景进行筛选;最后,以输电网线路建设成本、输电网运行成本、失负荷惩罚成本及弃水惩罚成本最小为目标函数,提出考虑阻塞场景的含高比例水电输电网扩展规划模型,将严重阻塞场景纳入含高比例水电的输电网扩展模型中,形成输电网线路投资决策。设置不进行扩展规划、不考虑输电线路利用率的扩展规划、考虑输电线路利用率的扩展规划、增大阻塞率阈值的扩展规划4个算例对所提输电网扩展规划模型进行仿真,结果表明,考虑输电线路的利用率对含高比例水电的输电网进行扩展规划能够减少系统的阻塞,降低系统的安全风险,验证了所提考虑线路利用率的含高比例水电输电网扩展规划方法的有效性。

Polyploidy is a major factor in the evolution of plants,yet we know little about the origin and evolution of polyploidy in intertidal *** study aimed to identify the evolutionary transitions in three truemangrove species of the genus Acanthus distributed in the Indo-West Pacific *** this purpose,we took an integrative approach that combined data on morphology,cytology,climatic niche,phylogeny,and biogeography of 493 samples from 42 geographic *** results show that the Acanthus ilicifolius lineage distributed east of the Thai-Malay Peninsula possesses a tetraploid karyotype,which is morphologically distinct from that of the lineage on the west *** haplotype networks and phylogenetic trees for the chloroplast genome and eight nuclear genes reveal that the tetraploid species has two sub-genomes,one each from *** and ***,the paternal and maternal parents,*** structure analysis also supports the hybrid speciation history of the new tetraploid *** two sub-genomes of the tetraploid species diverged from their diploid progenitors during the *** niche models revealed that the tetraploid species not only occupied the near-entire niche space of the diploids,but also expanded into novel *** findings suggest that *** species distributed on the east side of the Thai-Malay Peninsula should be regarded as a new species,***,which originated from hybridization between *** and ***,followed by chromosome *** is the first report of a true-mangrove allopolyploid species that can reproduce sexually and clonally reproduction,which explains the long-term adaptive potential of the species.

The fly ash cenosphere/AZ91D composites were successfully prepared and isothermally heat-treated at different tem- peratures for different time. The effects of semi-solid isothermal heat treatment on the microstructures and damping capacities of fly ash cenosphere/AZ91D composites were investigated. With the increase in isothermal temperature or holding time, the small liquid droplets within grains increased in size but decreased in quantity. The average size and shape factor of Mg2Si particles increased with the rise of isothermal temperature. The damping capacities of the composites were improved by isothermal heat treatment. At room temperature, the composites after heat treatment at 520 and 550 ℃ had a higher damping capacity due to interface damping when the strain amplitude was lower than about 8.8 × 10^-5, and the composite after heat treatment at 580 ℃ had a better damping capacity because of the dislocation damping under the condition of high strain amplitude. The damping capacities of the composites increased with the rise of the test temper- ature, and the damping mechanisms varied depending on different test temperatures. The interface damping played an important role when the test temperature was below about 100 ℃, and the dislocation damping and grain boundary damping took effect with the rise of test temperature.

火电机组一次调频和二次调频控制成本差异较大,需要对其控制性能分别评价,为合理补偿或付费提供依据。一次和二次调频响应功率是机组控制性能评价的基础参量,但两者彼此交织于机端有功功率而无法直接使用,导致分别评价缺乏依据。基于数值解析方法得到的一次和二次调频功率时间序列的时频差异,利用惯性比例-时延参量最小二乘拟合和Hodrick-Prescott趋势特征提取函数,提出了一种迭代分离算法;采用系统频率响应模型的响应功率和二次调频指令分别作为一次和二次调频功率迭代初值,可进一步提高数据剥离效果。仿真算例验证了所提方法的有效性与可行性。

Owing to the ppb-level detection standard toward the toxic and harmful gas,the detection of trace gases has become an important subject in the field of indoor environment ***,the traditional resistive gas sensors hardly meet the requirement due to the weak signal generated by trace gas molecules that are difficult to ***,a visible-light-assisted Pd/TiO_(2)gas sensor is proposed to endow the effective detection of trace formaldehyde(HCHO)gas without heating *** from the enhanced photocatalytic properties of TiO_(2)by Pd decoration,the visible-light-assisted Pd/TiO_(2)gas sensor can detect the HCHO gas as low as80×10^(–9)at room *** successful preparation of nanoscale TiO_(2)sensing layer is facilitated by the ultrathin carbon nanotube interdigital electrode in the gas sensor,which avoids the discontinuity of the sensing layer caused by the excessive thickness of the traditional metal *** addition,the whole preparation process of the Pd/TiO_(2)gas sensor with carbon nanotube electrodes is compatible with mainstream CMOS fabrication technology,which is expected to realize the batch fabrication and micro-integrated application of gas *** is expected that our work can provide a new strategy for the batch preparation of high-performance trace HCHO gas sensors and their future applications in portable electronic devices such as smartphones.

镍基单晶高温合金因其优异的性能在航空航天方面应用广泛,但是在制造过程中,不可避免有空洞缺陷的产生,从而影响合金力学性能。通过分子动力学模拟研究温度、应变速率和空洞形状对镍基单晶高温合金拉伸力学性能和位错演化的影响。结果表明:温度和应变速率影响材料力学性能,温度增加,杨氏模量减小,屈服强度减小,材料强度降低;应变速率增加,材料的杨氏模量不变,屈服强度增大。此外,空洞的存在降低了材料的强度和杨氏模量。不同形状空洞对杨氏模量影响相同,对材料强度的影响不同。菱形空洞模型由于存在锐角,位错更容易聚集,屈服强度更小,在拉伸过程中更容易断裂变形。

Li-ion hybrid capacitors（LIHCs）,composing of a lithium-ion battery（LIB） type anode and a supercapacitor（SC） type cathode,gained worldwide popularity due to harmonious integrating the virtues of high energy density of LIBs with high power density of ***,nanoflakes composed microflower-like Co-Ni oxide（CoNiO） was successfully synthesized by a simple co-precipitation *** atomic ratio of as-synthesized CoNiO is determined to be 1：3 through XRD and XPS analytical *** a typical battery-type material,CoNiO and capacitor-type activated polyanilinederived carbon（APDC） were used to assemble LIHCs as the anode and cathode materials,*** a result,when an optimized mass ratio of CoNiO and APDC was 1：2,CoNiO//APDC LIHC could deliver a maximum energy density of 143 Wh kg^-1 at a working voltage of 1-4 *** is worth mentioning that the LIHC also exhibits excellent cycle stability with the capacitance retention of -78.2%after 15,000 cycles at a current density of 0.5 A g^-1.
