This paper presents the model of Multiple-packet Transmission Networked Control System（MNCS） with simulta-neous consideration of data packet dropouts and *** relationship between quantization error and the communi-cation rate is *** we propose the high performance controller design architecture for the MNCS,by exploiting the method of Generalized Internal Model *** shall call our architecture as Networked Internal Model Control（NIMC）,which can overcome the conflict between system performance and network *** an illustrative example is pro-vided to show the advantage and applicability of the developed method for network-based controller design.

This paper considers the problem of delay-dependent exponential stability in mean square for a class of stochastic systems with polytopic-type uncertainties and time-varying *** on the application of the descriptor model transformation and free weighting matrices to express this relationship among the system variables and among the terms in the Newton-Leibniz formula,some new delay-dependent exponential stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities（LMIs） .The new criteria are less conservative than existing *** examples demonstrate the new criteria are effective and are an improvement over existing ones.

＜正＞ In this note, the problem of observer-based reliable guaranteed cost control for a class of linear neutral delay-differential system with actuator failures is investigated. A more practical and general model of actuator failures is presented. It is shown that the system is asymptotically stable against actuator failures if the correspondent sufficient condition can be satisfied. Moreover, less bounding for cross terms and the reliable control for neutral system can incarnate the value of this paper. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed criteria, and we can also get information that the guaranteed cost will increase with the value of actuator failures from the example.

rigid graph-based three-dimension localization algorithm for wireless sensor networks

This paper investigates the node localization problem for wireless sensor networks in three-dimension space. A distributed localization algorithm is presented based on the rigid graph. Before location, the communication radius is adaptively increasing to add the localizability. The localization process includes three steps: firstly, divide the whole globally rigid graph into several small rigid blocks; secondly, set up the local coordinate systems and transform them to global coordinate system; finally, use the quadrilateration iteration technology to locate the nodes in the wireless sensor network. This algorithm has the advantages of low energy consumption, low computational complexity as well as high expandability and high localizability. Moreover, it can achieve the unique and accurate localization. Finally, some simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Underwater target tracking,which aims to achieve accurate position of underwater target,has been one of the key issues in the underwater ***,due to the unique underwater environment such as extraneous interference and weak communication,how to realize the accurate tracking of underwater target becomes a challenging *** this paper,we are concerned with the problem of underwater target *** Bayesian based rule is proposed to judge the existence of target for single sensor *** order to realize the tracking for the underwater target,a consensus-based Bayesian tracking method is proposed,which possesses better accuracy and spends less time in *** addition,the consensus of the consensus-based Bayesian algorithm is ***,simulation results are performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in this paper.
