In order to improve the emergency management capability of urban rail transit system and reduce accidents during metro operation,an emergency management capability evaluation method combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)is *** on the Prevention Preparation Response Recovery(PPRR)model,factors influencing the emergency management capability of the urban rail transit system are summarized from the perspective of‘human,machine,environment and management’.Then,an emergency management capability evaluation index system containing of 2. secondary indicators is constructed in four stages:emergency prevention,emergency preparation,emergency response and emergency *** weights of indicators are calculated using the AHP method,and the closeness of each indicator to the optimal solution is analysed with the TOPSIS ***,take the beijing Metro Line 13 as an example to investigate the level of emergency management capability of urban rail *** results show that the emergency management capability of beijing’s urban rail transit system is‘well’,among which hazard prevention measures(0.31)and emergency response team(0.34)have a greater weight on the emergency management capability of rail *** model can more accurately assess the emergency management capability of urban rail transit and provide a basis for emergency management.

The fluid-structure interaction(FSI)in aircraft hydraulic pipeline systems is of great concern because of the damage it *** accurately predict the vibration characteristic of long hydraulic pipelines with curved segments,we studied the frequency-domain modeling and solution method for FSI in these pipeline *** partial differential equations(PDEs)are utilized to model the pipeline FSI,considering both frequency-dependent friction and bending-flexibility *** address the numerical instability encountered by the traditional transfer matrix method(TMM)in solving relatively complex pipelines,an improved TMM is proposed for solving the PDEs in the frequency domain,based on the matrix-stacking strategy and matrix representation of boundary *** proposed FSI model and improved solution method are validated by numerical cases and *** experimental rig of a practical hydraulic system,consisting of an aircraft engine-driven pump,a Z-shaped aero-hydraulic pipeline,and a throttle valve,was constructed for *** magnitude ratio of acceleration to pressure is introduced to evaluate the theoretical and experimental results,which indicate that the proposed model and solution method are effective in practical *** methodology presented in this paper can be used as an efficient approach for the vibrational design of aircraft hydraulic pipeline systems.

Rare refractory metals(RRMs) play a significant role in fundamental industries, including electronics,chemical industry, machinery, etc., and future advanced fields, such as aerospace and superconductivity. However,the traditional production processes of RRMs based on high-temperature thermal reduction cannot meet the requirements of low-energy consumption. This dilemma could be addressed efficiently by using a low-temperature electrodeposition strategy in ionic liquids(ILs). This review summarizes a panoramic view of the latest developments on the electrodeposition of RRMs in ILs after a brief review on the current industrial production methods of RRMs. Based on this, the electrochemical mechanism occurring at the cathode during the electrodeposition process of RRMs in different electrolytes and under different conditions is thoroughly discussed, because it is crucial for the successful production of pure RRMs. In addition, this review not only analyses the main challenges that hinder the industrial application of the electrodeposition of RRMs in ILs, but also proposes corresponding solutions. We hope this review can provide a valuable guidance for the fundamental research and industrial development of lowtemperature electrodeposition of RRMs.

Energy transition towards clean,efficient energy supply has been a common sense of the government and public in ***,lacking reasonable planning will lead to undisciplined development,resource waste,and excessive *** this context,this paper investigates potential pathways of beijing energy transition towards a high-level low-carbon,clean and efficient energy system in 2.35 with an extended energysocpe ***,based on available data,future energy demands are predicted by a newly proposed hybrid forecasting method,which combines the traditional regression model,grey model,and support vector machine model with an entropy-based weighted ***,the superstructure-based optimization model is employed to investigate the system configuration and operation strategy of the future beijing energy ***,the uncertainty impact of electricity price,natural gas price,hydrogen price,and the capital expenditures of electrolyzer and steam methane reforming for hydrogen applications are *** forecasting results show that all walks of life will witness a continuously increasing energy demand in multiple sectors of beijing towards *** planning results suggest that the imported electricity and natural gas will dominate the energy supply of beijing in 2.35 with a contribution of 86%of the energy resources consumption of 384 ***,the energy system presents a high end-use electrification level of 65%and high penetration of efficient technologies,which supply 119 TWh via combined heat and power,2. Lassa virus(LASV)is an enveloped,negative-sense RNA virus that causes Lassa hemorrhagic *** entry of LASV requires the viral glycoprotein 1(GP1)to undergo a receptor switch from its primary receptor alpha-dystroglycan(α-DG)to its endosomal receptor lysosome-associated membrane protein 1(LAMP1).A conserved histidine triad in LASV GP1 has been reported to be responsible for receptor *** test the hypothesis that other non-conserved residues also contribute to receptor switch,we constructed a series of mutant LASV GP1 proteins and tested them for binding to *** residues,L84,K88,L107,and H170,were identified as critical for receptor *** any of the four residues with the corresponding lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus(LCMV)residue(L84 N,K88E,L10F,and H170S)reduced the binding affinity of LASV GP1 for ***,all mutations caused decreases in glycoprotein precursor(GPC)-mediated membrane fusion at both pH 4.5 and *** infectivity of pseudotyped viruses bearing either GPCL84N or GPCK88E decreased sharply in multiple cell types,while L107F and H170S had only mild effects on *** biolayer light interferometry assay,we found that all four mutants had decreased binding affinity to LAMP1,in the order of binding affinity being L84 N>L107F>K88E>*** four amino acid loci identified for the first time in this study have important reference significance for the in-depth investigation of the mechanism of receptor switching and immune escape of LASV occurrence and the development of reserve anti-LASV infection drugs.
