Aim:To investigate the anticancer activity of dihydroartemisinin （DHA）,a deriva-tive of antimalaria drug artemisinin in a panel of human ovarian cancer cell ***:Cell growth was determined by the MTT viability *** andcell cycle progression were evaluated by a DNA fragmentation gel electro-phoresis,flow cytometry assay,and TUNEL assay;protein and mRNA expression wereanalyzed by Western blotting and RT-PCR ***:Artemisinin and itsderivatives,including artesunate,arteether,artemether,arteannuin,and DHA,exhibit anticancer growth activities in human ovarian cancer *** them,DHA is the most effective in inhibiting cell *** cancer cell lines aremore sensitive （5-10-fold） to DHA treatment compared to normal ovarian *** at micromolar dose levels exhibits a dose-and time-dependent cyto-toxicity in ovarian cancer cell ***,DHA induced apoptosis and G2cell cycle arrest,accompanied by a decrease of Bcl-xLand Bcl-2 and an increase ofBax and ***:The promising results show for the first time that Dhainhibits the growth of human ovarian cancer *** selective inhibition ofovarian cancer cell growth,apoptosis induction,and G2arrest provide in vitroevidence for further studies of DHA as a possible anticancer drug in the clinicaltreatment of ovarian cancer.

Aim:HMGB 1 （high-mobility group box-1） is a nuclear protein containing a con-sensus RB （retinoblastoma）-binding LXCXE *** this study,we studied thepotential association of HMGB 1 and RB and the in vitro and in vivo activities ofHMGB 1 in human breast cancer ***:The protein-protein interactionwas determined by immunoprecipitation-Western blotting and glutathione-S-trans-ferase capture assays;cell growth and radiosensitivity were examined by cellcounts,MTT assay,and clonogenic assay;cell cycle progression and apoptosiswere evaluated using flow cytometry;and the antitumor activity of HMGB 1 wasexamined with tumor xenografts in nude ***:HMGB 1 was associatedwith RB via a LXCXE motif-dependent *** 1 enhanced the abilityof RB for E2F and cyclin A transcription *** increased expression ofHMGB 1 conferred an altered phenotypes characterized by the suppression of cellgrowth;G1arrest and apoptosis was induced in MCF-7 cells containing the wild-type retinoblastoma （Rb） gene,but showed no activities in BT-549 cells contain-ing the Rb gene *** HMGB 1-induced apoptosis accompanied by caspase3 activation and PARP (poly（ADP-ribose）polymerase) *** 1 elevatedthe radiosensitivity of breast cancer cells in both the MCF-7 and BT-549 cell *** enhanced expression of HMGB 1 caused a suppression of growth of MCF-7tumor xenografts in nude mice,while LXCXE-defective HMGB 1 completely lostantitumor growth ***:HMGB 1 functions as a tumor suppressorand radiosensitizer in breast cancer.A HMGB 1-RB interaction is critical for theHMGB 1-mediated transcriptional repression,cell growth inhibition,G1cell cyclearrest,apoptosis induction,and tumor growth suppression,but is not required ***,it may be possible to design new therapies for thetreatment of breast cancer that exert their effects by modulating the HMGB 1 andRB regulatory pathway and HMGB 1-related gene therapy.

Developing efficient adsorbents for radon(Rn)capture from the ambient environment is of paramount importance for public ***,it poses a great challenge due to the chemical inertness and extremely low molar concentration of Rn in ***,we report a zeolite imidazolate frameworkderived metallic carbon adsorbent(Zn@NPC)with record high Rn removal performance under ambient *** one-step pyrolysis,the prepared Zn@NPC possesses pores with a preference for Rn and atomically dispersed Zn sites,achieving a high Rn removal efficiency that doubles in adsorption coefficient(9.47 L·g^(−1))and triples in adsorption kinetic coefficient(20.25 mL·g^(−1)·min^(−1))over the benchmark Rn adsorbent coconut activated *** functional theory calculations elucidate the important role of the metal polarization effect,which cooperates with the pore size confinement effect to boost the overall Rn adsorption *** work launches a promising alternative for practical Rn capture.

目的调查研究内蒙古通辽市脑卒中不同亚型患者入院血压的差异。方法从内蒙古通辽市所属的6家医院病案室,抽取神经内科2003年至2005年所有符合纳入标准的病历,对病历资料进行回顾性调查,用病例-病例研究的方法来分析血压对脑卒中不同亚型作用的差异。结果出血性脑卒中收缩压和舒张压比缺血性脑卒中平均高20.19mmHg和11.96mmHg。在缺血性脑卒中组中,血压正常者占22.5%,其余各级高血压所占比例均衡;而出血性脑卒中组各级高血压的构成比随着血压等级增高而增大,血压正常者占9.9%,3级高血压占54.1%。调整基线不均衡危险因素后,1级、2级和3级高血压导致出血性脑卒中的发病危险性是缺血性脑卒中的1.84倍、2.87倍和7.04倍,并且血压等级越高,相对于缺血性脑卒中,出血性脑卒中的发病危险就越大(线性趋势检验P=0.000)。结论脑卒中患者入院血压在不同亚型之间存在差异,高血压对出血性脑卒中的危险度高于缺血性脑卒中,且随血压级别增高而增强。

Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in *** article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in china in ***:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in china-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online *** counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in ***:According to the survey,85 hospitals in china used HVPG technology in 2022 distributed across 29 provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2022,of which 2813 cases(56.4%)were measured *** average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±2327.9 *** the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3%(82/87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4%,63/87)used embolectomy ***:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in china and confirmed that some medical institutions in china have established a foundation for this *** is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.

2012年《民事诉讼法》增设的民事公益诉讼制度,主要旨在发挥社会组织通过诉讼保护公共利益的作用。囿于社会组织体量资质、起诉意愿、诉讼能力的局限,立法预期并未充分实现。检察公益诉讼制度的建立以及单行法中公益诉讼条款的增设,扩展了公益诉讼的领域范围,丰富了公益保护的实现形式,改变了民行公益诉讼的关系,重塑了公益诉讼的制度内容和运行态势。我国公益诉讼制度兼采执法逻辑和监督逻辑,并且检察院和法院在履职过程中都实行能动主义。执法逻辑决定我国公益诉讼在程序构造上呈现非讼化现象,监督逻辑决定我国公益诉讼在运行目标上呈现治理性理念。司法能动下的非讼化构造与治理性理念共同塑造了公益诉讼的中国模式。
