With the exp.nential gr.wth of digital data, it is becoming mor. and mor. p.p.lar.to stor. data in shar.d distr.buted stor.ge systems inside the same or.anization. In such shar.d distr.buted stor.ge systems, an or.inar. user.usually does not have the contr.l p.r.ission over.the whole system, and thus cannot secur. data stor.ge or.data shar.ng of his own files. To solve this issue, this p.p.r.p.op.ses a new system ar.hitectur. to secur. file stor.ng and shar.ng efficiently over.untr.sted shar.d stor.ge and networ. envir.nments. Based on this ar.hitectur., this p.p.r.designs and imp.ements a stackable secur. stor.ge system called Cor.let. Cor.let can r.n dir.ctly on dep.oyed under.ying stor.ge systems without modification, while br.nging end-to-end confidentiality and integr.ty as well as efficient access contr.l for.user.data. For.individual user., Cor.let is easy to use, and does not r.quir. user. to maintain or.manage any keys on their.client machines locally. The Bonnie++ and IOzone benchmar. r.sults show that the thr.ughp.t of Cor.let over.NFS can achieve mor. than 90% of native NFS thr.ughp.t in most tests, p.oving that Cor.let can p.ovide enhanced secur.ty for.user.data while maintaining accep.able p.r.or.ance.

Skyline quer. p.ocessing has r.cently r.ceived a lot of attention in database *** a set of multi-dimensional objects,the skyline quer. finds the objects that ar. not dominated by *** the best of our.knowledge,the existing r.sear.hes mainly focus on how to efficiently r.tur. the whole skyline ***,as the car.inality and dimensionality of inp.t dataset incr.ase,the number.of skylines gr.ws exp.nentially,and hence this "huge" skyline set is comp.etely useless to *** by the above fact,in this p.p.r.we p.esent a novel typ. of l-SkyDiv quer.,which only r.tur.s l skylines having maximum diver.ity,to imp.ove the usefulness of skyline ***,we p.ove that the l-SkyDiv quer. belongs to the Np.Har. p.oblem theor.tically,and p.op.se thr.e efficient heur.stic algor.thms whose time comp.exities ar. p.lynomial to fast imp.ement the p.op.sed ***,we p.esent detailed theor.tical analyses and extensive exp.r.ments,demonstr.ting that our.algor.thms ar. both efficient and effective.

r.p.tation systems r.p.esent soft secur.ty mechanisms that comp.ement tr.ditional infor.ation secur.ty mechanisms. They ar. now widely used in online e-commer.e mar.ets and communities in or.er.to stimulate good behavior. as well as to r.str.in adver.e behavior.. This p.p.r.analyzes the limitations of the conver.ational r.p.tation models and p.op.ses an incentive r.p.tation model called the r.silient r.p.tation model （r.M） for.the distr.buted r.p.tation systems. The objective of this r.p.tation model is not only to encour.ge the user. to p.ovide good ser.ices and, ther.for., to maximize the p.obability of good tr.nsaction outcomes, but also to p.nish those adver.e user. who ar. tr.ing to manip.late the ap.lication systems. The simulation r.sults indicate that the p.op.sed r.p.tation model （r.M） could effectively r.sist against the common adver.e behavior., while p.otecting the p.ofits of sincer. user. fr.m being blemished by those adver.ar.es.

The essential char.cter.stic of DNA comp.tation is its massive p.r.llelism in obtaining and managing infor.ation. With the develop. ment of molecular.biology technique, the eld of DNA comp.tation has made a gr.at p.ogr.ss. By using an advanced biochip.technique, labor.tor.-on-a-chip. a new DNA comp.ting model is p.esented in the p.p.r.to solve a simp.e timetabling p.oblem, which is a sp.cial ver. sion of the op.imization p.oblems. It also p.ays an imp.r.ant r.le in education and other.industr.es. With a simulated biological exp.r.ment, the r.sult suggested that DNA comp.tation with lab-on-a-chip.has the p.tential to solve a r.al comp.ex timetabling p.oblem.

Inter.p.r.bility testing is an imp.r.ant technique to ensur. the quality of imp.ementations of networ. communication p.otocol. In the next gener.tion Inter.et p.otocol, r.al-time ap.lications should be sup.or.ed effectively. However. time constr.ints wer. not consider.d in the r.lated studies of p.otocol inter.p.r.bility testing, so existing inter.p.r.bility testing methods ar. difficult to be ap.lied in r.al-time p.otocol inter.p.r.bility testing. In this p.p.r. a for.al method to r.al-time p.otocol inter.p.r.bility testing is p.op.sed. Fir.tly, a for.al model CMp.IOA （communicating multi-p.r. timed inp.t outp.t automata） is defined to sp.cify the system under.test （SUT） in r.al-time p.otocol inter.p.r.bility testing; based on this model, timed inter.p.r.bility r.lation is then defined. In or.er.to check this r.lation, a test gener.tion method is p.esented to gener.te a p.r.meter.zed test behavior.tr.e fr.m SUT model; a mechanism of executability p.e-deter.ination is also integr.ted in the test gener.tion method to alleviate state sp.ce exp.osion p.oblem to some extent. The p.op.sed theor. and method ar. then ap.lied in inter.p.r.bility testing of Ip.6 neighbor.discover. p.otocol to show the feasibility of this method.

DSM(SVM) is a memor. model which was p.op.sed at the 1980s'. DSM solved the p.oblem thatscalability was contr.dict with easy p.ogr.mming and mer.e their.mer.ts. The efficiency of DSM is still ap.oblem. The p.op.sed solutions include p.efetching and adop.ing new coher.nce model, but neither.ofthem is a p.r.ect solution. p.efetch will be less efficient when ther. ar. too many false shar.ng. The weak, r.laxed coher.nce model is quite differ.nt fr.m sequential coher.nce which was assumed by mostp.ogr.mmer. intuitively, so p.ogr.mming and debugging becomes ver. difficult. We have p.op.sed Str.ctWeak Hybr.d Coher.nce (SWHC) model which can eliminate false shar.ng and p.ovide mor. temp.r.l andsp.tial locality, we also p.ovide a scheme to keep.sequential coher.nt. But SWHC model is comp.icate, asimp.ified model for.p.hr.ad shar. memor. p.r.llel comp.ting model is p.op.sed in the p.p.r.

Based on the best wavelet p.cket decomp.sition of images, a new univer.al steganalysis method with high detection cor.ect r.tio is p.op.sed. Fir.t, the best wavelet p.cket decomp.sition of image based on the Shannon entr.p. infor.ation cost function is made. Second, high or.er.absolute char.cter.stic function moments of histogr.m extr.cted fr.m the coefficient subbands obtained by best wavelet p.cket decomp.sition ar. r.gar.ed as featur.s. Finally, these featur.s ar. p.ocessed and a back-p.op.gation (Bp. neur.l networ. is designed to classify or.ginal and stego images. Thr.e differ.nt steganalysis algor.thms for.thr.e differ.nt cases of backgr.und and ap.lication condition ar. p.esented. To validate the p.r.or.ance of the p.op.sed method, a ser.es of exp.r.ments ar. made for.six kinds of typ.cal steganogr.p.y methods, i.e. LSB, LTSB, p.K, Jsteg, F5 and Jp.ide. r.sults show that, the aver.ge detection accur.cy of the p.op.sed method exceeds at least 6.4% and up.to 15.4% and has a better.univer.al p.r.or.ance than its closest comp.titor.. Fur.her.or., the p.op.sed method can p.ovide r.fer.nce for.designing the p.tter. r.cognition and classification algor.thm based on best wavelet p.cket decomp.sition.
