Characterization of Nutrients,Heavy Metals,Petroleum and Their Impact on Phytoplankton in Laizhou Bay:Implications for Environmental Management and Monitoring

The Laizhou Bay(LB)represents a substantial ecological area that is vulnerable to human activities and confronts diverse environmental *** study provides a comprehensive characterization of nutrients,petroleum,heavy metals,and phytoplankton community structure across seven distinct areas in *** results indicate relatively high concentrations of NO_(2)-N,SiO_(4)-Si,and NO_(3)-N in the Southwest Laizhou Bay(SWLB)and Huanghe River Estuary(HRE).In contrast,the East Laizhou bay(ELB)and the North of Huanghe River Estuary(NHRE)exhibit the highest concentrations of heavy metals(As,Cr and Hg).The areas with high phytoplankton density and community diversity are mainly located in the *** adjusting for basic environmental factors,phytoplankton density and Margalef richness index D are significantly associated with nutrients(NO_(3)-N,NO_(2)-N,NH_(4)-N,SiO_(4)-Si),and heavy metal(Cr)*** highlight that,in addition to Xiaoqinghe River,nutrients brought by the Mihe River in the SWLB and heavy metal(Cr)pollution in the ELB resulting from industrial and mining activities along the coast significantly influence phytoplankton growth and community ***,it is recommended that more monitoring and management efforts be focused on these regions in the future.

We experimentally demonstrate the generation of customized Laguerre–Gaussian(LG)beams whose intensity maxima are localized around any desired *** principle is to act with appropriate algebraic functions on the angular spectra of LG *** characterize the propagation properties of these beams and compare them with non-diffraction caustic beams possessing the same intensity *** results manifest that the customized-LG beams can maintain their profiles during propagation and suffer less energy loss than the non-diffraction caustic beams,and hence are able to propagate a longer ***,the customized-LG beam exhibits self-healing ability when parts of their bodies are *** new structure beam has potential applications in areas such as optical communication,soliton routing and steering,and optical tweezing.

Revealing the size effect of Fe S2on solid-state battery performances at different operating temperatures

FeS_(2) shows significant potential as cathode material for all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)due to its high theoretical specific capacity,low cost,and environmental ***,the poor ion/electron conductivity and large volume variation effect of FeS_(2) inhibit its practical ***,the influence of particle size of FeS_(2) on the corresponding sulfide-based solid-state batteries is carefully investigated by tuning FeS_(2) ***,low operating temperature is chosen to mitigate the large volume changes during cycling in the battery.S-FeS_(2) with smaller particle sizes delivers superior electrochemical performances than that of the larger L-FeS_(2) in Li_(5.5)PS_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)-based ASSLBs under different operating temperatures.S-FeS_(2) shows stable discharge capacities during 50 cycles with a current density of 0.1 m A/cm^(2)under -20℃.When the current density rises to 1.0 m A/cm^(2),it delivers an initial discharge capacity of 146.9 m Ah/g and maintains 63% of the capacity after 100 *** work contributes to constructing ASSLBs enables excellent electrochemical performances under extreme operating temperatures.

为了准确探测低温黑体的太赫兹辐射,研究了黑体的红外辐射和太赫兹各波段辐射的差异,构建了低温黑体太赫兹辐射探测装置,提出在该装置中采用窄带光谱滤光法抑制红外辐射和透过窄带太赫兹光谱。根据普朗克公式计算并对比了各波段太赫兹辐射及红外辐射的亮度值,理论数据显示223～323K的低温黑体的红外辐射亮度是太赫兹辐射亮度的4～10倍。将在某一窄波长带宽范围内具有高透射比的太赫兹窄带光谱滤光片放置在黑体太赫兹辐射装置的探测器前,滤除红外辐射,并对黑体的太赫兹辐射量进行光谱分段探测实验。根据实验结果计算了黑体在不同太赫兹窄波段的辐射探测值的标准偏差,并对实验结果与黑体太赫兹辐射亮度理论计算值进行了比较。结果显示,窄带光谱滤光法可以实现低温黑体的太赫兹窄带辐射亮度探测。

In this work,the phase evolution mechanism and nanomechanical properties of(CoCrNi))(82)Al_(9)Ti_(9)high-entropy alloy(HEA)prepared by selective laser melting(SLM)in the molten pool were *** HEA contains multiple primary elements and undergoes high-temperature gradient and rapid cooling during *** leads to significant inhomogeneity of nano-scale microstructure characteristics and instability of *** optimizing process parameters,the microstructure evolution at the optimal parameter volume energy density of 440 J/mm^(3)was studied.A phase transition from BCC to FCC occurred in the melt *** the micro-area of the melt pool results in a temperature rise and the combustion-induced loss of Al ***,the Ni element content increases significantly outside the melt *** process enhances the phase stability of FCC and facilitates phase ***,rapid cooling leads to the formation of distinctive ultrafine equiaxial crystals inside the melt pool,accompanied by the generation of intracrystalline needle-like nano-scale *** the melt pool,the accumulation of energy results in the formation of coarse ***,the nano-hardness inside the molten pool is remarkably high at 11.79 GPa,while the outside the molten pool is reduced to 9.58 *** the fracture toughness outside the melt pool also *** with inside the melt pool,the residual stress outside the melt pool changed from compressive to tensile stress and decreased from 603.28 to 322.84 MPa.

Photocatalytic in situ H_(2)O_(2) production and activation for enhanced ciprofloxacin degradation over CeO_(2)-Co_(3)O_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4):key role of CeO_(2)

The abused ciprofloxacin antibiotics have caused significant environmental *** oxidative degradation of ciprofloxacin exhibits promising efficacy,it often entails excessive energy ***,it is necessary to explore an effective and ecologically sustainable degradation ***,we demonstrated that g-C_(3)N_(4) decorated with the coordinated CeO_(2)and Co_(3)O_(4)(CeO_(2)-Co_(3)O_(4)/CN)exhibited effective ciprofloxacin photodegradation via in situ H_(2)O_(2) production and activation *** indicate that the introduced CeO_(2) enhances the transference of photogenerated electrons to O_(2) by adjusting the oxygen vacancy of photocatalyst,thereby increasing the generation of superoxide radicals,which in turn generate H_(2)O_(2),resulting in a 22.4-fold increase in H_(2)O_(2) generation over g-C_(3)N_(4).Moreover,the in situ H_(2)O_(2)generation facilitated by CeO_(2) is confirmed to be essential for ciprofloxacin degradation via CeO_(2)-Co_(3)O_(4)/CN,as it provides enough oxidant for Co_(3)O_(4) to activate into hydroxyl radicals for the pollutants ***,CeO_(2)-Co_(3)O_(4)/CN achieves a ciprofloxacin degradation ratio of 97.7%within 80 *** study introduces a novel approach that combines H_(2)O_(2) generation and activation,offering an innovative perspective for achieving clean and efficient purification of antibiotic-contaminated water.

利用粒子群优化算法解决优化问题的基本思想,提出了一种新的粒子群算法,进而设计了两种使用NDPSO和多阶段检测器(MSD)相结合的混合方法进行CDMA通信系统的多用户检测.一种方法是使用NDPSO作为MSD的初始阶段给后面阶段的MSD提供一个好的初始值;男一种方法是把MSD嵌入到NDPSO 的每一代中.通过混合MSD到NDPSO中,可以加快NDPSO的收敛速度,减少计算复杂度.另外,NDPSO所提供的好的初值可以改善MSD的性能,嵌入的MSD还改善了NDPSO的性能.仿真结果表明,多用户检测方法与传统检测器和已有的DPSO多用户检测方法相比,在误码率、抗远近能力方面都有显著提高.

In this study,we reported the discovery and structure-activity relationship analysis of chrysin derivatives as a new class of inhibitors targeting poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase 1(PARP1).Among these derivatives,compound 5d emerged as the most effective chrysin-based inhibitor of PARP1,with an IC50 value of 108 nmol·L^(-1).This compound significantly inhibited the proliferation and migration of breast cancer cell lines HCC-1937 and MDA-MB-436 by inducing DNA ***,5d induced apoptosis and caused an extended G1/S-phase in these cell *** docking studies revealed that 5d possesses a strong binding affinity toward *** vivo,in a xenograft model,5d effectively reduced tumor growth by downregulating PARP1 ***,compound 5d shows promise as a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of BRCA wild-type breast cancer.
