社会主义核心价值观教育是一项系统性工程,根据学生身心发展特点和认知规律,在大中小学循序渐进地进行社会主义核心价值观教育十分必要。由于受到各种因素的制约,在具体的教育实践中,大中小学社会主义核心价值观教育还存在着教育目标层次不清、教育内容重复断层、教育方法趋于一致、教育评价只注重考试等一些背离“一体化”的现实问题,影响了教育的实效性。这就需要在树立一体化育人意识的基础上,形成具有层次性的目标体系、具有衔接性较强的内容体系、具有多样性的方法体系和具有综合性的评价体系,以增强教育效果,引导青少年学生扣好人生“第一粒扣子”。

A Novel Design of a Pre-separation Panel Structure to Protect Against the Impact of an Explosion in an Aircraft Plenum Chamber

To reduce the damage of the pressurizing panel structure of a fuselage caused by an explosion at the“least risk bomb location”in an aircraft structure,a new pre-separation panel structure was designed to resist blast ***,the dynamic strain response and morphology of impact damage of the new pre-separation panel were measured in an impact damage ***,the commercial software LS-DYNA was used to calculate the propagation of the blast shock wave,and the results were compared with empirical equations to verify the rationality of the numerical calculation ***,the fluid–structure coupling method was used to calculate the damage process of the pre-separation panel structure under the impact of an explosion wave and an impact *** calculated results were in good agreement with the test results,which showed the rationality of the calculation method and the *** residual strength of the damaged pre-separation panel was significantly higher than that of the original damaged *** results show that the new pre-separation panel structure is reasonable and has certain significance for guiding the design of plenum chambers with strong resistance to implosion for aircraft fuselages.

Background:Diabetes is a risk factor for acquisition of cryptococcal meningitis(CM).However,the effects of diabetes on outcomes of CM patient have not been fully ***:In this retrospective study,49 diabetic CM patients and 98 non-diabetic CM patients from January 2008 to December 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University were included by propensity score-matched method(1:2).Demographic characteristics,symptoms,and clinical assay parameters between the two groups were ***-Meier analysis and Cox proportional hazards model were used to assess factors associated with 10-week ***:The mean age of diabetic patients was 58.2±13.8 years;71.4%(35/49)were more than 50 years old and 46.9%were *** difference in symptoms was found between diabetic and non-diabetic CM *** Charlson comorbidity score was higher in the diabetic group(1.9 vs.0.7,P<0.001).CM patients with diabetes had higher white blood cells count(106/L,111.0(18.0–242.5)vs.50.0(10.0–140.0),P=0.034)in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),lower CSF India ink positivity(40.8%vs.60.2%,P=0.039),and Cryptococcus culture positivity(42.9%vs.60.2%,P=0.047).The overall 10-week survival rate was 79.7%in diabetic patients vs.83.2%in non-diabetic patients(log-rank P=0.794).Conclusion:Diabetic CM patients have higher CSF glucose and Charlson comorbidity score,but lower CSF India ink and culture positivity than non-diabetic CM *** difference in 10-week mortality was found between patients with and without *** comorbidities may have a greater effect on prognosis.

目的:建立血液分析检验结果人工智能(AI)审核规则。方法:纳入2019年8月1日至31日吉林大学第一医院住院患者血液分析数据18474份,作为AI审核规则训练组,采集其对应的患者年龄、镜检结果、临床诊断信息,以血液分析报告参数、研究参数、报... 详细信息

目的:建立血液分析检验结果人工智能(AI)审核规则。方法:纳入2019年8月1日至31日吉林大学第一医院住院患者血液分析数据18474份,作为AI审核规则训练组,采集其对应的患者年龄、镜检结果、临床诊断信息,以血液分析报告参数、研究参数、报警信息等92个实验室参数作为AI审核规则的候选条件;依据镜检的人工审核作为审核标准,标注是否通过或拦截;采用决策树算法,通过高强度、多轮次及五折交叉验证,初步建立AI审核规则,通过设置重要病例必中,以优化AI审核规则。采用卡方检验比较AI审核规则与自动审核规则的假阴性率、精确率、召回率、F1分数、通过率等指标,评价AI审核规则性能。收集2023年11月1日至31日吉林大学第一医院检验科12475份住院患者血液分析数据作为验证组,将AI审核规则模拟用于结果审核,分析AI审核规则的性能指标,验证AI审核规则的性能。结果:AI审核规则由15项规则、17条参数构成,能够分辨计数和形态异常。与自动审核规则相比,AI审核规则的训练组真阳性率、假阳性率、真阴性率、假阴性率、通过率、正确率、精确率、召回率、F1分数分别为22.7%、1.6%、74.5%、1.3%、75.7%、97.2%、93.5%、94.7%、94.1,均优于自动审核规则,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),且无重要病例漏检。验证组真阳性率、假阳性率、真阴性率、假阴性率、通过率、正确率、精确率、召回率、F1分数分别为19.2%、8.2%、70.1%、2.5%、72.6%、89.2%、70.0%、88.3%、78.1,与自动审核规则相比,假阴性率较低、假阳性率和召回率稍高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:利用机器学习的决策树算法建立并验证的血常规AI审核规则,能较稳定地识别、拦截与提示异常结果,与自动审核相比在血液分析检验结果报告中更加简便、高效、准确。

The geological environment in which the reservoir slope is situated is intricate， influenced by factors such as precipitation and fluctuations in reservoir water levels. Furthermore， the anchoring structure embedded within the rock mass of the slope undergoes corrosion and deterioration due to these factors， resulting in a highly complex interaction process between the slope rock mass and the anchoring structure. The long-term safety of rock-anchored structure systems is closely tied to the construction and safe operation of reservoirs， as both internal and external factors play a role in ensuring their stability. The present study aims to investigate this intricate issue by designing and establishing an on-site comprehensive multi-field information monitoring platform. The multi-site information monitoring platform comprises three components， namely the landslide monitoring system， anchor structure monitoring system， and data management system. The landslide monitoring system encompasses the surveillance of surface deformation， subsurface deformation， and environmental factors. The monitoring system for anchor structures includes the monitoring of prestress， anchor cable strain， and corrosion status of steel bars. The establishment of a preliminary system for data transmission and management has been accomplished. The current monitoring results indicate that the health condition of the tested anchor cables is satisfactory， and the strain and corrosion status are influenced by the design of the anchor cable structure. The platform is currently undergoing enhancements with the incorporation of cutting-edge anchoring structure design and monitoring equipment.

In the context of low carbon,this paper discussed the impact of the carbon cap-and-trade policy on the fresh-keeping decision-making of two-echelon fresh agricultural product supply chains under different dominance,and designed cost-sharing contracts to coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products dominated by suppliers and retailers *** results showed that:dominance has no effect on the fresh-keeping decision and total revenue of fresh agricultural product supply chain,but it affects the internal income distribution,and dominance does not always bring more benefits;the implementation of carbon cap-and-trade reduces the fresh-keeping decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain and reduces the free-rider income of followers;the role of higher carbon trading price is twofold,which not only brings about the speculation of leading enterprises,but also promotes the application of low-carbon technologies;consumers’high preference for freshness,low-cost and high-efficiency low-carbon technology are all conducive to improving the fresh-keeping efforts and benefits of the supply chain;cost-sharing contracts can coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.

The supercritical CO_(2)(S-CO_(2)) Brayton cycle is expected to replace steam cycle in the application of solar power tower system due to the attractive potential to improve efficiency and reduce *** the concentrated solar power plant with thermal energy storage is usually located in drought area and used to provide a dispatchable power output,the S-CO_(2) Brayton cycle has to operate under fluctuating ambient temperature and diverse power demand *** addition,the cycle design condition will directly affect the off-design *** this work,the combined effects of design condition,and distributions of ambient temperature and power demand on the cycle operating performance are analyzed,and the off-design performance maps are proposed for the first time.A cycle design method with feedback mechanism of operating performance under varied ambient temperature and power demand is introduced *** show that the low design value of compressor inlet temperature is not conductive to efficient operation under low loads and sufficient output under high ambient *** average yearly efficiency is most affected by the average power demand,while the load cover factor is significantly influenced by the average ambient *** multi-objective optimization,the optimal solution of designed compressor inlet temperature is close to the minimum value of35℃ in Delingha with low ambient temperature,while reaches 44.15℃ in Daggett under the scenario of high ambient temperature,low average power demand,long duration and large value of peak load during the peak temperature *** the cycle designed with compressor inlet temperature of 35℃ instead of 44.15℃ in Daggett under light industry power demand,the reduction of load cover factor will reach 0.027,but the average yearly efficiency can barely be improved.
