Five patients treated for intracranial cerebral hemorrhage after superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass in Xuwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing, China, from 2005-2011 were included in this study. Prior to superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass, all patients showed diminished cerebrovascular reactivity and an ipsilateral ischemic lesion. Intracranial cerebral hemorrhage developed within 1-4 days following superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass. Transcranial Doppler showed increased middle cerebral artery velocity of 50-100% in the operated hemisphere. These findings suggested that focal hyperperfusion, an ipsilateral ischemic lesion and diminished cerebrovascular reactivity are the important characteristics of intracerebral hemorrhage following superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass in patients with steno-occlusive cerebrovascular disease.

With high water content,excellent biocompatibility and lubricating properties,and a microstructure similar to that of the extracellular matrix,hydrogel is becoming one of the most promising materials as a substitute for articular ***,it is a challenge for hydrogel materials to simultaneously satisfy high loading and low *** hydrogels are brittle,with fracture energies of around 10 J·m^(-2),as compared with∼1000 J·m^(-2) for cartilage.A great deal of effort has been devoted to the synthesis of hydrogels with improved mechanical properties,such as increasing the compactness of the polymer network,introducing dynamic non-covalent bonds,and increasing the hydrophobicity of the polymer,all at the expense of the lubricating properties of the ***,we develop a hydrogel material with anisotropic tubular structures where the compactness gradually decreases and eventually disappears from the surface to the subsurface,achieving a balance between lubrication and *** porous layer with hydrophilic carboxyl groups on the surface exhibits extremely low friction(coefficient of friction(COF)∼0.003,1 N;COF∼0.08,20 N)against the hard steel ball,while the bottom layer acts as an excellent load-bearing *** is more,the gradual transition of the tubular structures between the surface and the subsurface ensures the uniform distribution of friction stress between a lubricating and bearing layers,which endows the material with long-lasting and smooth friction *** extraordinary lubricious performance of the hydrogels with anisotropic tubular structure has potential applications in tissue engineering and medical devices.

Land surface hydrothermal conditions(LSHCs) reflect land surface moisture and heat conditions, and play an important role in energy and water cycles in soil-plant-atmosphere continuum. Based on comparison of four evaluation methods(namely, the classic statistical method, geostatistical method, information theory method, and fractal method), this study proposed a new scheme for evaluating the spatial heterogeneity of LSHCs. This scheme incorporates diverse remotely sensed surface parameters, e.g., leaf area index-LAI, the normalized difference vegetation index-NDVI, net radiation-Rn, and land surface temperature-LST. The LSHCs can be classified into three categories, namely homogeneous, moderately heterogeneous and highly heterogeneous based on the remotely sensed LAI data with a 30 m spatial resolution and the combination of normalized information entropy(S’) and coefficient of variation(CV). Based on the evaluation scheme, the spatial heterogeneity of land surface hydrothermal conditions at six typical flux observation stations in the Heihe River Basin during the vegetation growing season were evaluated. The evaluation results were consistent with the land surface type characteristics exhibited by Google Earth imagery and spatial heterogeneity assessed by high resolution remote sensing evapotranspiration data. Impact factors such as precipitation and irrigation events, spatial resolutions of remote sensing data, heterogeneity in the vertical direction, topography and sparse vegetation could also affect the evaluation results. For instance, short-term changes(precipitation and irrigation events) in the spatial heterogeneity of LSHCs can be diagnosed by energy factors, while long-term changes can be indicated by vegetation factors. The spatial heterogeneity of LSHCs decreases when decreasing the spatial resolution of remote sensing data. Despite extensive efforts in designing and preparing switchable underwater adhesives,it is not easy to regulate the underwater adhesion strength locally and ***,we design and synthesize photoreversible copolymer of poly[dopamine methacrylamide-co-methoxyethyl-acrylate-co-7-(2-methacryloyloxyethoxy)-4-methylcoumarin].Due to the dynamic formation and breaking of chemical crosslinking networks within the smart adhesives,the material shows widely tunable adhesion strength from∼150 to∼450 kPa and long-range reversible maneuverability under orthogonal 254 and 365 nm ultraviolet light stimulation via the coumarin dimerization and ***,the adhesive exhibits good circulation performance and stability in an acid–base *** also demonstrated that the bolt can be coated with the smart adhesive material for on-demand *** design principle opens the door to the development of remotely controllable high-performance smart underwater adhesives.

There are two main types of root systems in flowering plants,namely taproot systems of dicots and fibrous root systems found in *** this fundamental split,our current knowledge of cellular and molecular mechanism driving root development is mainly based on studies of the dicot model ***,the world major crops are monocots and little is known about the transcriptional programs underlying cell-type specification in this ***,we report the transcriptomes of more than 20000 single cells derived from root tips of two agronomically important rice *** combined computational and experimental analyses we were able to robustly identify most of the major cell types and define novel cell-type-specific marker genes for both ***,we found divergent cell types associated with specific regulatory programs,including phytohormone biosynthesis,signaling,and response,which were well conserved between the two rice *** addition,we detected substantial differences between the cell-type transcript profiles of Arabidopsis and *** species-specific features emphasize the importance of analyzing tissues across diverse model species,including *** together,our study provides insight into the transcriptomic landscape of major cell types of rice root tip at single-cell resolution and opens new avenues to study cell-type specification,function,and evolution in plants.

With the rapid development of express logistics business side, the traditional sorting has been unable to meet the needs of the logistics courier logistics development. In this case, the article combined with RFID radio frequency technology, put forward new ideas on the transformation of traditional logistics sorted. By adding RFID tags and binding RFID tags on waybill number, Comparison test validate and affirm that the RFID technology of sorting system is usability and ease of use.

基于5个地面通量站点观测数据,对ET-EB、MOD16、GLEAM、Zhang-ET和GLDAS共5种地表温度蒸散发产品开展了验证工作,继而选取精度较好的产品,采用经验正交分解方法研究了西南河流源区2001—2013年地表蒸散发的时空变化特征。结果表明:5种产品中,GLEAM的精度较好,均方根误差为23.4 mm/月;西南河流源区的地表蒸散发夏季最高,冬季最低;从东南向西北,西南河流源区的地表蒸散发逐渐降低;2001—2013年,长江上游和黄河上游地表蒸散发均呈增加趋势,黄河上游上升幅度最大;整体上看,比湿与源区地表蒸散发的相关性最强,但不同流域地表蒸散发与气温、比湿和降水的相关性不同:怒江流域、澜沧江流域、长江上游和黄河上游春秋两季的地表蒸散发与比湿相关性较强,雅鲁藏布江流域、藏南诸河、青海湖水系春秋两季的地表蒸散发与气温的相关性较强;源区地表蒸散发随着高程的增加而降低,随着坡度的增加而增加,在坡向为东南和西北时,地表蒸散发较高。
