Oxygen addition for improving the strength and plasticity of TiZr-based amorphous alloy composites

The addition of a small amount of oxygen improves the mechanical properties,especially plasticity,of Ti_(45.7)Zr_(33)Ni_(3)Cu_(5.8)Be_(1..5) amorphous alloy composites(AACs)at room temperature(298 K).Compared to the plasticity of AACs without added O(5%),the plasticity of the composites with 0.73 at.%O(nominal composition)was much higher(1.%).Even at O content higher than 0.73 at.%,the AACs exhibited good *** highest plasticity of∼1..3%was observed with 2.87 at.%*** distinct mechanisms are proposed to explain the enhanced plasticity of the *** low O content,although deformation-induced phase transformation was suppressed,a substantial amount of α" martensite was *** microstructural features of α" martensite,such as thinner laths and homogeneous distribution,induced the formation of multiple shear bands in the amorphous *** high O content,deformation-induced phase transformation was seriously suppressed.A dispersed nanoωphase was formed during rapid solidification in AACs with O content higher than 1.45 at.%.This resulted in a weakening in the anisotropy ofβdendrites and led to their homogenous ***,multiple shear bands were formed in the amorphous *** from plasticity,the strength of the AACs also increased with an increase in the O *** phenomenon was explained in terms of three mechanisms,*** solid-solution-strengthening effect of O,fine-grain strengthening of β dendrites,and secondary phase strengthening by the nano ω phase.

随着人工智能的发展,深度神经网络成为多种模式识别任务中必不可少的工具,由于深度卷积神经网络(CNN)参数量巨大、计算复杂度高,将它部署到计算资源和存储空间受限的边缘计算设备上成为一项挑战。因此,深度网络压缩成为近年来的研究热点。低秩分解与向量量化是深度网络压缩中重要的两个研究分支,其核心思想都是通过找到原网络结构的一种紧凑型表达,从而降低网络参数的冗余程度。通过建立联合压缩框架,提出一种基于低秩分解和向量量化的深度网络压缩方法——可量化的张量分解(QTD)。该方法能够在网络低秩结构的基础上实现进一步的量化,从而得到更大的压缩比。在CIFAR-1.数据集上对经典ResNet和该方法进行验证的实验结果表明,QTD能够在准确率仅损失1.71.百分点的情况下,将网络参数量压缩至原来的1.。而在大型数据集ImageNet上把所提方法与基于量化的方法PQF(Permute,Quantize,and Fine-tune)、基于低秩分解的方法TDNR(Tucker Decomposition with Nonlinear Response)和基于剪枝的方法CLIP-Q(Compression Learning by In-parallel Pruning-Quantization)进行比较与分析的实验结果表明,QTD能够在相同压缩范围下实现更好的分类准确率。

A theory of superconductivity based on Bose-Einstein statistics was proposed,which can lead to a formula for T(critical temperature)similar to that of BCS theory,and provide a possible explanation for the complexity of isotope effect and the normal state energy gap in *** proceeded from a 3-dimensional harmonic oscillator model to equivalent the superconducting state to a two-dimensional Bose-Einstein condensate bound longitudinally,and pointed out the application conditions of the *** this scheme,we analyzed some typical structural features in copper oxides that favor the production of high-temperature *** also discovered that combining this theory with an alternative mechanism-strong coupling to local spin configurations-provided some useful hints for exploring new superconducting *** addition,we pointed out a possible link between the phenomenon of superconductivity and magnetostriction,then we proposed some combinations of elements as possible candidates for high temperature superconducting materials based on those analysis.

In GIS field, great varieties of information from different domains are involved in order to solve actual problems. But usually spatial information is stored in diverse spatial databases, manipulated by different GIS platforms. Semantic heterogeneity is caused due to the distinctions of conception explanations among various GIS implements. It will result in the information obtaining and understanding gaps for spatial data sharing and usage. An ontology-based model for spatial information semantic interoperability is put forward after the comprehensive review of progress in ontology theory, methodology and application research in GIS domain.

2D spontaneous valley polarization attracts great interest both for its fundamental physics and for its potential applications in advanced information technology,but it can only be obtained from inversion asymmetric single-layer crystals,while the possibility to create 2D spontaneous valley polarization from inversion symmetric single-layer lattices remains ***,starting from inversion symmetric single-layer lattices,a general design principle for realizing 2D spontaneous valley polarization based on van der Waals interaction is mapped *** first-principles calculations,we further demonstrate the feasibility of this design principle in a real material of *** remarkably,such design principle exhibits the additional exotic out-of-plane ferroelectricity,which could manifest many distinctive properties,for example,ferroelectricity-valley coupling and magnetoelectric *** explored design-guideline and phenomena are applicable to a vast family of 2D *** work not only opens up a platform for 2D valleytronic research but also promises the fundamental research of coupling physics in 2D lattices.

窃电行为不仅会造成电网非技术性损耗增加,而且可能因操作不当影响电网设备的运行安全和窃电者的人身安全。针对当前电网在窃电检测方面存在的稽查难度大、检测效率低等问题,设计了窃电监测系统。配套监测装置可灵活安装在供电线路上,使用电流互感器取能,实时采集线路电流,利用4G模块将数据传输至云服务器,在上位机软件中采用实值深度置信网络(RDBN)算法对数据进行分析。仿真和实验测试表明,RDBN算法对窃电状态的识别准确率达到98.1.%,监测系统能实时获取并分析监测数据,标记可疑窃电线路,降低稽查难度,提高检测效率。

Manipulation of terahertz wave by metasurfaces has shown tremendous potential in developing compact and functional terahertz optical ***,we propose complementary bilayer metasurfaces for enhanced terahertz wave amplitude and phase *** metasurfaces are composed of one layer of metal cut-wire arrays and one layer of their complementary aperture arrays separated by a dielectric *** the near-field coupling between transverse magnetic resonances in the metal apertures and electric resonances in the metal cut-wires,the structures can manipulate the cross polarization conversion and phase dispersion of terahertz ***,the designed metasurfaces demonstrate a phase delay of 1.0°between two orthogonal axes with the same transmission amplitude between 0.70 and 1.0 THz,enabling a 45°broadband polarization *** the metal cut-wires are rotated with respect to the apertures or the thickness of the dielectric spacer is changed,the amplitude and phase dispersion of the transmitted terahertz wave can be *** complementary coupled bilayer metasurfaces offer a new method to control the amplitude and phase dispersion of terahertz wave and promise great potential for applications in terahertz meta-devices.

Interferometric phase filtering is one of the key steps in interferometricsynthetic aperture radar (InSAR/SAR). However, the ideal filtering results are difficult toobtain due to dense fringe and low coherence regions. Moreover, the InSAR/SAR datarange is relatively large, so the efficiency of interferential phase filtering is one of themajor problems. In this letter, we proposed an interferometric phase filtering methodbased on an amended matrix pencil and linear window mean filter. The combination ofthe matrix pencil and the linear mean filter are introduced to the interferometric phasefiltering for the first time. First, the interferometric signal is analyzed, and theinterferometric phase filtering is transformed into a local frequency estimation ***, the local frequency is estimated using an amended matrix pencil at a window. Thelocal frequency can represent terrain changes, thus suggesting that the frequency can beaccurately estimated even in dense fringe regions. Finally, the local frequency is filteredby using a linear window mean filter, and the filtered phase is recovered. The proposedmethod is calculated by some matrices. Therefore, the computational complexity isreduced, and the efficiency of the interferometric phase filtering is *** are conducted with simulated and real InSAR data. The proposed methodexhibits a better filtering effect and an ideal efficiency as compared with the traditionalfiltering method.
