Alternative splicing(AS)produces the different mRNA splicing bodies,which are then translated into multiple protein isoforms and participate in various biological *** a deeper understanding of alternative splicing through the study of transcriptomes using high-throughput sequencing-based methods,the correlation between aberrant AS and diseases triggered a great concern,especially abnormal AS and ***(MB)is an intracranial tumor in *** hedgehog MB(SHH-MB)accounted for approximately 30%of MB,which is associated with the activation of SHH *** evidence shows that aberrant AS is closely related to the tumorigenesis of ***,we briefly introduced the AS and its ***,we described canonical/noncanonical hedgehog signaling and its correlation with *** main description focused on AS of various regulators in canonical hedgehog signaling in *** addition,we also described AS of various regulators in noncanonical hedgehog ***,activated hedgehog signaling also induces AS in ***,we pointed out that aberrant AS of hedgehog signaling is associated with different MB ***,we summarized the therapeutic applications of targeted AS in cancer *** summary,further understanding of AS in SHH-MB could develop therapeutic targets for splicing factors which may be a novel therapeutic strategy.

The robust finite-time synchronization control problem is investigated for master-slave networked nonlinear telerobotics systems(NNTSs) in this article. Although there have been some research achievements on finite-time control for the NNTSs, these studies are based on the strong assumptions of communication time delays or can only achieve finite-time bounded convergence even when the external forces are *** and in view of the importance of these issues, a novel robust composite learning adaptive control scheme rendering the finite-time master-slave synchronization is proposed in this paper. In particular, the influence of time delays on finite-time convergence of the system is analyzed by employing the multi-dimension finite-time small-gain framework. Meanwhile, in order to achieve accurate and fast estimation of uncertain parameters of the system, both the online historical and the instantaneous data of the estimation data are explored to derive the new parameter adaptive law under a more realizable interval-excitation(IE) ***, the convergence of the position/force synchronization errors and the adaptive parameter estimation errors is obtained in finite time, and enhanced robustness of the closed-loop system will also be ***, the superior performance of the proposed control algorithms is validated by numerical simulations and hardware experiments.

Acupuncture is a typical example of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been used in China for hundreds of years to treat a wide range of illnesses. However, in the clinic, issues and deficiencies were primarily seen in four areas: loss of accuracy in the operation process; difficulty understanding the depth of acupuncture; difficulty using reinforcing and reducing techniques; and lack of a clear dynamic effect of acupuncture points following acupuncture. Musculoskeletal ultrasonography may quantitatively evaluate the acupuncture location and display the distribution of small nerves near and within the fascia of the acupuncture point in real time. The subjects were asked how they felt about receiving Qi when the needle body reached different depths and different tissues. The Qi obtained from an acupuncture point and the connective tissue of the fascia can be further understood by combining the physiological response of the acupuncture point with the anatomical structure,which offers a new method for defining the nature of the acupuncture point and standardizing the acupuncture point.

The Arkhangelsk Seismic Network(ASN)of the *** Federal Center for Integrated Arctic Research of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences,founded in 2003,includes 10 permanent seismic stations located on the coasts of the White,Barents,and Kara Seas and on the Arctic archipelagos of Novaya Zemlya,Franz Josef Land,and Severnaya *** network is registered with the International Federation of Digital Seismograph Networks and the International Seismological *** used not only ASN data to process earthquakes but also the waveforms of various international seismic *** 13,000 seismic events were registered using ASN data for 2012-2022,and for 5,500 of them,we determined the parameters of the earthquake epicenters from the European *** spatial distribution of epicenters shows that the ASN monitors not only the main seismically active zones but also weak seismicity on the shelf of the Barents and Kara *** representative magnitude of ASN was ML,rep=*** level of microseismic noise has seasonal variations that affect the registration capabilities of each station included in the ASN and the overall sensitivity of the network as a *** summer,the sensitivity of the ASN decreased owing to the increasing microseismic and ambient noises,whereas in winter,the sensitivity of the ASN increased significantly because of the decrease.

The hydrogen absorption/desorption kinetic properties of MgH_(2)can be effectively enhanced by doping specific *** this work,MOFs-derived NiCu@C nanoparticles(~15 nm)with regular core-shell structure were successfully prepared and introduced into MgH_(2)(denoted as MgH_(2)-NiCu@C).The onset and peak temperatures of hydrogen desorption of MgH_(2)-11 wt.%NiCu@C are 175.0℃and282.2℃,*** apparent activation energy of dehydrogenated reaction is 77.2±4.5 kJ/mol for MgH_(2)-11 wt.%NiCu@C,which is lower than half of that of the as-milled MgH_(2).Moreover,MgH_(2)-11 wt.%NiCu@C displays great cyclic *** strengthening"hydrogen pumping"effect of reversible solid solutions Mg_(2)Ni(Cu)/Mg_(2)Ni(Cu)H_(4)is proposed to explain the remarkable improvement in hydrogen absorption/desorption kinetic properties of MgH_(2).This work offers a novel perspective for the design of bimetallic nanoparticles and beyond for application in hydrogen storage and other energy related fields.

Gomphus purpuraceus is an ancient wild edible mushroom. However， the niche and lignocellulose degradation system of G. purpuraceus have remained cryptic. In the current study， transcriptome and proteome sequencing of G. purpuraceus in four mediums was performed. A total of 3489 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and 891 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were screened out. For the lignocellulose degradation system， a total of 61 expressed genes were annotated， including 19 genes encoding cellulase， 8 genes encoding hemicellulase， 5 genes encoding pectinase， 22 genes encoding lignin oxidase， and 7 lignin degrading auxiliary enzyme. From two-omics， morphology， and enzyme activities， we speculated that G. purpuraceus might have a limited capacity to degrade polysaccharides (starch and lignocellulose). In addition， trace amount of fumonisins (FB1 and FB2) were found in the G. purpuraceus. These results provided a new perspective for understanding the key pathways and hub genes involved in carbon metabolism of G. purpuraceus development.

斜磁化磁源的准确定位是磁法勘探有效圈定场源分布及划分断裂构造的重要依据.但受磁化方向影响,总磁异常与地质体分布并无明显对应关系.为此,本文从总磁异常垂向积分出发,推导出了伪磁梯度张量,定义了伪磁梯度张量的混合方向tilt梯度及混合方向解析信号振幅,提出了基于伪磁梯度张量混合方向tilt梯度水平导数组合的场源定位方法.模型试验表明,相对于解析信号振幅、tilt梯度的总水平导数及方向tilt梯度的总水平导数模这3种受磁化方向影响较小的方法,本文提出的磁源定位方法能够更有效地反映出不同磁化方向的磁源位置,具有更强的识别能力和定位精度.在内蒙古塔木素铀矿床的航磁资料应用中,新方法较好地展示出了已知断裂带的展布及出露岩浆岩的分布,同时有效地提取了塔木素铀矿床上方的弱磁异常信息,处理结果为研究区圈定隐伏岩体、划分隐伏断裂及扩大铀矿找矿靶区提供了依据.
