As the brightest gamma-ray burst ever observed,GRB 221009A provided a precious opportunity to explore spectral line *** this article,we performed a comprehensive spectroscopy analysis of GRB 221009A jointly with GECAM-C and Fermi/GBM data to search for emission and absorption *** the first time we investigated the line feature throughout this GRB including the most bright part where many instruments suffered problems,and identified prominent emission lines in multiple time *** central energy of the Gaussian emission line evolves from about 37 to 6 MeV,with a nearly constant ratio(about 10%)between the line width and central ***,we find that both the central energy and the energy flux of the emission line evolve with time as a power law decay with power law index of–1 and–2,*** suggest that the observed emission lines most likely origin from the blue-shifted electron positron pair annihilation 511 ke V *** find that a standard high latitude emission scenario cannot fully interpret the observation,thus we propose that the emission line comes from some dense clumps with electron positron pairs traveling together with the *** this scenario,we can use the emission line to directly,for the first time,measure the bulk Lorentz factor of the jet(Γ)and reveal its time evolution(i.e.,Γ~t^(-1))during the prompt ***,we find that the flux of the annihilation line in the co-moving frame keeps *** discoveries of the spectral line features shed new and important lights on the physics of GRB and relativistic jet.

Cataract is the main cause of visual impairment and blindness worldwide while the only effective cure for cataract is still *** phacoemulsification under topical anesthesia has been the routine procedure for cataract ***,patients often grumbled that they felt more painful during the second-eye surgery compared to the first-eye *** intraoperative pain experience has negative influence on satisfaction and willingness for second-eye cataract surgery of patients with bilateral *** ocular pain is a complicated process induced by the nociceptors activation in the peripheral nervous ***,neuropsychological,and pharmacological factors work together in the enhancement of intraoperative *** published literatures have focused on the pain enhancement during the secondeye phacoemulsification *** this review,we searched PubMed database for articles associated with pain perception differences between consecutive cataract surgeries published up to Feb.1,*** summarized the recent research progress in mechanisms and interventions for pain perception enhancement in consecutive secondeye phacoemulsification cataract *** review aimed to provide novel insights into strategies for improving patients’intraoperative experience in second-eye cataract surgeries.

Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease caused by periodontopathic bacteria that affects periodontal support tissues.1 If left untreated,it results in loss of periodontal attachment and alveolar bone *** one-half of adults in the United States older than 30 years have periodontal disease.2 Though the disease is initiated by bacterial infection,it activates host defense systems that eventually lead to the degradation of the *** periodontitis,the disease progress involves further production of pro-inflammatory mediators such as cytokines,proteolytic enzymes like matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs),and their inhibitors.

从中国特色社会主义法律体系建设进入法治体系建设的新时代,立法质量成为法治建设的重要内容。从法理角度观察,我国立法质量建设不是从无到有的建设,而是提升法律规范性品质的建设,为此要构建一套符合我国法治建设实际的立法质量评估体系。基于详实的问卷调查数据,本评估体系将立法质量判断标准建立在指标得分及指标之间内在逻辑的双重基础之上,改变了以往仅凭指标简单加权平均来评估立法成效的方式,实现了立法整体发展水平和立法中各项要素发展情况的刻度化测评,从而有助于把握立法规律和现状,准确评估当前立法水平,以提升立法的规范性品质。

数字身份:青年群体虚拟生存符号的构建与审思

随着人工智能、大数据、移动互联等新型信息技术的迭代升级与应用普及,人们的虚拟生存持续深化,其中青年群体尤为活跃,不断构建自己的数字身份。这种由使用者借助数字技术自主创造,经由不断营造和累积,在虚拟生活自我展现和互动交流中得以表现,反映其在虚拟空间称谓、行为、兴趣、特长及影响力等信息的符号集合,被称作“数字身份”。数字身份生动彰显了青年群体作为“网络原住民”的媒介化和网络化虚拟生存样态,有助于青年群体自我表达与身份确证,发挥他们对于网络建设的积极效能,但同时也会因身份背离、现实矮化、数字反噬与链接失衡等问题引发深层次问题与挑战。面对数字身份的辩证性意义,应从引导数字身份积极复归、推动技术应用创新优化、强化网络空间约束治理和统筹线上线下互动机制等方面综合施策来加以应对。

依托新型信息技术的迅速发展,人类在追求个性化网络生存的同时,又在不断建构风格与功能各异的网络社群,形成了以个体群体化和群体个性化复杂耦合为典型标志的网络圈群化现象。网络圈群化源于主动构筑和被动构筑的综合作用,正在不断构建公众网络集体生活的新样态、新图景,也在持续为各种社会交往营造新载体、新空间。网络圈群有利于全社会的关系聚合、信息交流和情感传递,给公众带来了高效、便利的交流机制,但其内蕴的封闭性、同质化、排外性等特征也暗含着诱发不良社会舆论乃至意识形态风险的潜在威胁。相关风险主要表现为因圈内意识形态倾向难以准确把控而造成的对外遮蔽风险、因主流意识形态面临深度融入壁垒而造成的交互区隔风险、因圈内不良思想动向难以及时化解而造成隐性传播风险和因圈内观点极化进程难以有效避免而造成的同质共振风险等多种样态,亟须通过立足网络圈群生成与演化规律推进科学引导,统筹法律、制度和道德等维度综合治理作用,协同主流意识形态认同深化与信息技术发展的双向赋能等举措加以辩证施策、积极应对。

以广泛流传于藏彝走廊南部民族中的“弟兄祖先”传说不同版本之突出情节变量——婚姻为视角,可将其分为一次天女婚型、一次兄妹婚型和多次两种婚交替型。再按照传说在藏彝走廊南部从西北至东南的流传路径,传说的不同范式就大致呈现出西北、东南相反序列对称的地域性规律变化。通过比较四个典型的多次两种婚交替型版本,发现不管天女婚还是兄妹婚都以人或物在上下、高低空间的重复流动,尝试把两种对立的事物结合起来。所以,传说不同范式的地域性变化就是通过对人群间差异性与共同性的生产、维持和转换,解决社会性别、血缘、空间等二元结构的矛盾。基于传说版本中人群间共同性与差异性的演变关系,可为研究中国民族关系、铸牢中华民族共同体意识等提供一个可供进一步分析的案例。

Revealing the oxidation behavior of superalloys is crucial for optimizing material properties and extending service *** study investigated the oxidation behavior of superalloy GH4738 under stress states at 850℃.High-throughput specimens were fabricated to withstand different stresses at the same *** oxidation s amples were analyzed using the mass gain method to obtain oxidation kinetic *** results show that the external stress below 200 MPa could improve the oxidation resistance of the *** tensile stress increasing,the oxide layer becomes thinner,denser and more complete,while internal oxidation *** tensile stress alters the structure of the external oxide layer from a two-layer to a threelayer *** Cr2O3oxide layer inhibits the outward diffusion of Ti,leading to Ti enrichment at the oxide-matrix interface and altering the oxidation mechanism of GH4738.

No well-established biomarkers are available for the clinical diagnosis of major depressive disorder(MDD).Vitamin D-binding protein(VDBP)is altered in plasma and postmortem dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC)tissues of MDD ***,the role of VDBP as a potential biomarker of MDD diagnosis was further *** extracellular vesicles(EVs)and brain cell-derived EVs(BCDEVs)were isolated from the plasma of first-episode drug-naïve or drug-free MDD patients and well-matched healthy controls(HCs)in discovery(20 MDD patients and 20 HCs)and validation cohorts(88 MDD patients and 38 HCs).VDBP level in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)from chronic glucocorticoid-induced depressed rhesus macaques or prelimbic cortex from lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced depressed mice and wild control groups was measured to evaluate its relationship with VDBP in plasma microglia-derived extracellular vesicles(MDEVs).VDBP was significantly decreased in MDD plasma MDEVs compared to HCs,and negatively correlated with HAMD-24 score with the highest diagnostic accuracy among *** in plasma MDEVs was decreased both in depressed rhesus macaques and mice.A positive correlation of VDBP in MDEVs with that in CSF was detected in depressed rhesus *** levels in prelimbic cortex microglia were negatively correlated with those in plasma MDEVs in depressed *** main results suggested that VDBP in plasma MDEVs might serve as a prospective candidate biomarker for MDD diagnosis.

The current therapeutic drugs for Alzheimer's disease only improve symptoms,they do not delay disease *** re,there is an urgent need for new effective *** underlying pathogenic factors of Alzheimer's disease are not clear,but neuroinflammation can link various hypotheses of Alzheimer's disease;hence,targeting neuroinflammation may be a new hope for Alzheimer's disease *** inflammation can restore neuronal function,promote neuro regeneration,reduce the pathological burden of Alzheimer's disease,and improve or even reverse symptoms of Alzheimer's *** review focuses on the relationship between inflammation and various pathological hypotheses of Alzheimer's disease;reports the mechanisms and characteristics of small-molecule drugs(e.g.,nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,neurosteroids,and plant extracts);macromolecule drugs(e.g.,peptides,proteins,and gene therapeutics);and nanocarriers(e.g.,lipid-based nanoparticles,polymeric nanoparticles,nanoemulsions,and inorganic nanoparticles)in the treatment of Alzheimer's *** review also makes recommendations for the prospective development of anti-inflammatory strategies based on nanocarriers for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
