目的探讨自发性脑出血的显微手术治疗:超早期经颞锁孔入路与经脑沟裂自然间隙入路的比较。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月68例自发性脑出血患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34),对照组给予经脑沟裂入路手术,观察组给予经颞锁孔入路手术,比较两组患者手术情况、术后并发症、手术前后的炎症因子水平及临床神经功能缺损量表(NDS)评分。结果观察组失血量、手术时长与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在血肿清除时间、脑脊液恢复时间、置管引流时间、住院时长上均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);术后,观察组hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组患者的NDS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超早期经颞锁孔入路的自发性脑出血的显微手术的治疗效果显著,有利于患者神经功能恢复,安全性可,值得推广应用。

Environmental sediments mainly consisting of CaO–MgO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)(CMAS)corrosion are a serious threat to thermal barrier coatings(TBCs),in which Fe element is usually ***_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)TBCs are famous for their excellent CMAS *** this study,the characteristics of Fe-containing environmental sediments(CMAS-Fe)and their corrosiveness to Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)coatings were *** types of CMAS-Fe glass with different Fe contents were *** melting points were measured to be 1322–1344℃,and the high-temperature viscosity showed a decreasing trend with increasing Fe *** corrosion behavior of four types of CMAS-Fe to Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)coatings at 1350℃was *** the initial corrosion stage(0.1 h),anorthite was precipitated in CMAS-Fe with a high Ca:Si ratio,while Fe-garnet was formed in the melt with the highest Fe *** the corrosion time resulted in the formation of a reaction layer,which exhibited an interpenetrating network composed of Gd-oxyapatite,ZrO_(2),and residual *** spinel was precipitated within the reaction *** 1 h or even longer time,the reaction layers tended to be stable and compact,which had comparable hardness and fracture toughness to those of Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)*** the cyclic CMAS-Fe attack,the residual CMAS-Fe in the interpenetrating network provided a pathway for the redeposited CMAS-Fe infiltration,resulting in the continuous growth of the reaction *** a result,the Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)coatings had a large consumption in the thickness,degrading the coating ***,the Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)coatings exhibit unsatisfactory corrosion resistance to CMAS-Fe attack.

试验旨在研究禽内源性白血病毒(ALVE)在坝上长尾鸡中的分布及其对坝上长尾鸡生产性能的影响。利用分子进化遗传分析(MEGA)的邻位相连法构建禽白血病病毒(ALV)的系统进化树,最大似然法计算序列遗传距离。利用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测坝上长尾鸡中ALVE的整合,对ALVE-6和ALVE-B5整合与坝上长尾鸡产蛋、体重的关系进行双因素方差分析。配对卡方检验分析ALVE-6整合与ALV-p27抗原阳性的关联。结果发现:24条白血病病毒基因组分化为ALVE、禽外源性白血病病毒K亚群(ALVK)和ALVE与ALVK重组(ALVK+E/K)、禽外源性白血病病毒A亚群(ALVA)和ALVE与ALVA重组(ALVA+E/A)三大分支。病毒基因组的env区分化系数最高为0.641,3′UTR区分化系数最低为0.050,相对保守。4种ALVE在坝上长尾鸡基因组中有整合,ALVE-6的整合率最高,为87.63%。与ALVE-6阴性相比,ALVE-6阳性坝上长尾鸡的体重显著提高(PliSA检测结果相互独立。研究表明,坝上长尾鸡具有较高的ALVE-6整合率,ALVE-6整合对坝上长尾鸡的生产性能有提升作用,且ALVE-6的整合不影响ALV-p27抗原检测结果,该研究结果为ALVE在选育生产性能优良的坝上长尾鸡中的应用提供了支持。

Hyperosmotic stress caused by drought is a detrimental threat to plant growth and agricultural productivity due to limited water *** are gateways of transpiration and gas exchange,the swift adjustment of stomatal aperture has a strong influence on plant drought *** intensive investigations of stomatal closure during drought stress in past decades,little is known about how sequential signals are integrated during complete ***,we discovered that the rapid Ca^(2+) signaling and subsequent abscisic acid(ABA)signaling contribute to the kinetics of both F-actin reorganizations and stomatal closure in Arabidopsis thaliana,while STOMATAL CLOSURE-RELATED ACTIN BINDING PROTEIN1(SCAB1)is the molecular switch for this entire *** the early stage of osmotic shock responses,swift elevated calcium signaling promotes SCAB1 phosphorylation through calcium sensors CALCIUM DEPENDENT PROTEIN KINASE3(CPK3)and *** phosphorylation restrained the microfilament binding affinity of SCAB1,which bring about the Factin disassembly and stomatal closure *** the osmotic stress signal continued,both the kinase activity of CPK3 and the phosphorylation level of SCAB1 attenuated *** further found that ABA signaling is indispensable for these attenuations,which presumably contributed to the actin filament reassembly process as well as completion of stomatal ***,the dynamic changes of SCAB1 phosphorylation status are crucial for the kinetics of stomatal *** together,our results support a model in which SCAB1 works as a molecular switch,and directs the microfilament rearrangement through integrating the sequentially generated Ca^(2+) and ABA signals during osmotic stress induced stomatal closure.

目的探究颅脑CT灌注成像相关指标与IMT在评估短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)进展为急性脑梗死中的应用价值。方法收集2021年6月-2023年6月于我院治疗的102例TIA患者临床资料。依照是否发生急性脑梗死分为脑梗死的观察组和非脑梗死的对照组。比较2组一般资料、颅脑CT灌注成像相关指标、IMT;颅脑CT灌注成像相关指标与IMT对短暂性脑缺血发作患者急性脑梗死的预测价值;分析颅脑CT灌注成像相关指标与IMT的相关关系。结果两组年龄、性别、高血脂、糖尿病、高血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组CBV、CBF均低于对照组,MTT、Tmax均高于对照组,差异显著,(P<0.05)。观察组IMT高于对照组,差异显著,(P<0.05)。颅脑CT灌注成像相关指标与IMT对短暂性脑缺血发作患者进展为急性脑梗死的预测价值良好,AUC为0.886,P=0.000,特异度、灵敏度较高,分别为0.904、0.846。CBV、CBF、MTT、Tmax、IMT的阈值分别为3.326ml/100g、33.682ml/min·100g、9.840s、12.562s、1.082mm。颅脑CT灌注成像相关指标CBV、CBF与短暂性脑缺血发作患者IMT呈负相关关系,MTT、Tmax与短暂性脑缺血发作患者IMT呈正相关关系,差异显著,(P<0.05)。结论颅脑CT灌注成像相关指标与IMT对短暂性脑缺血发作患者进展为急性脑梗死有良好的预测价值。颅脑CT灌注成像相关指标与IMT有显著相关性。

A thermodynamic model for predicting the equilibrium oxygens of 304 stainless steel was developed based on the theory of slag-steel equilibrium,the law of mass conservation,and the ion and molecule coexistence *** the developed model,the Fe-Cr-Mn-Si-Al-S-O-melts reaction system and CaO-MgO-CaF_(2)-FeO-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-Cr2O_(3)slags were *** oxygen contents calculated by the model are in good agreement with experimental results and reference *** equilibrium oxygen contents in 304 stainless steel mainly decrease with increasing binary basicity(w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2)),where w(i)is the mass percentage of component i)and decreasing *** binary basicity at 2.0 while maintaining temperatures lower than 1823 K will keep the oxygen contents in the 304 stainless steel lower than 15×10^(-6).The equilibrium oxygen contents may also be decreased with increasing content of MgO in slags,which is more significant at lower binary ***,a small amount of FeO,MnO,and Al_(2)O_(3)(about 0-2.5 wt.%)in slags has little effect on equilibrium oxygen ***,it is found that the[C]-[O]reaction may occur during refining process but will not significantly affect the equilibrium oxygen contents.

Swelling pressure evolution characterization of strong expansive soil considering the influence of reserved expansion deformation

Numerous engineering cases have demonstrated that the expansive soil channel slope remains susceptible to damage with the implementation of a rigid or closed protective structure. It is common for the protective structure to experience bulging failure due to excessive swelling pressure. To investigate the swelling pressure properties of expansive soil, the constant volume test was employed to study the influence of water content and reserved expansion deformation on the characteristics of swelling pressure in strong expansive soils, and also to explore the evolution mechanism of the swelling pressure. The findings demonstrate that the swelling pressure-time curve can be classified into swelling pressure-time softening and swelling pressure-time stability type. The swelling pressuretime curve of the specimen with low water content is the swelling pressure-time softening type, and the softening level will be weakened with increasing reserved expansion deformation. Besides, the maximum swelling pressure Psmax decreases with increasing water content and reserved expansion deformation, especially for expansion ratio η from 24% to 37%. The reserved deformation has little effect on reducing Psmax when it is beyond 7% of the expansion rate. The specimen with low water content has a more homogeneous structure due to the significant expansion-filling effect, and the fracture and reorganization of the aggregates in the specimens with low water content cause the swelling pressure-time softening behavior. In addition, the proposed swelling pressure-time curve prediction model has a good prediction on the test results. If necessary, a deformation space of about 7% expansion rate is recommended to be reserved in the engineering to reduce the swelling pressure except for keeping a stable water content.

This paper proposes a type of double-layer charge liner fabricated using chemical vapor deposition(CVD)that has tungsten as its inner *** feasibility of this design was evaluated through penetration ***-layer charge liners were fabricated by using CVD to deposit tungsten layers on the inner surfaces of pure T2 copper *** microstructures of the tungsten layers were analyzed using a scanning electron microscope(SEM).The feasibility analysis was carried out by pulsed X-rays,slug-retrieval test and static penetration *** shaped charge jet forming and penetration law of inner tungsten-coated double-layer liner were studied by numerical simulation *** results showed that the double-layer liners could form well-shaped *** errors between the X-ray test results and the numerical results were within 11.07%.A slug-retrieval test was found that the retrieved slug was similar to a numerically simulated *** with the traditional pure copper shaped charge jet,the penetration depth of the double-layer shaped charge liner increased by 11.4% and>10.8% *** summary,the test results are good,and the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the test,which verified the feasibility of using the CVD method to fabricate double-layer charge liners with a high-density and high-strength refractory metal as the inner liner.
