Background： Dendritic cells （DCs） play an important role in host defense against pathogen infection. DC-specific intercellular adhesion moleeule-3-grabbing nonintegrin （SIGN） is a group II C-type lectin receptor and specifically expressed on the surface of DCs. This study aimed to determine whether DC-SIGN affects intracellular signaling activation, Th1/Th2 imbalance and aspergillus immune evasion in aspergillus infection, and explore the application of DC-SIGN-modified DCs in immunotherapy. Methods： DCs were first obtained from the mononuelear ceils of peripheral blood. The interferon （IFN）-γand dexamethasone （Dex） were used to stimulate DCs. The expression ofDC-SIGN, Th 1 and Th2 cytokines, and the capacity of DCs in stimulating T cells proliferation and phagocytosis, and nuclear factor （NF）-κB activation were analyzed. In addition, adenovirus expression vector Ad-DC-SIGN was generated to transfect DCs. Mannan was used to block DC-SIGN signaling for confirming the involvement of DC-SIGN function in Aspergillus fumigatus （Af）-induced DCs maturation. The unpaired, two-tailed Student＇s t-test was used in the comparisons between two groups. Results： Exogenous IFN-y could activate Af-induced DCs and promote the Th0 cells toward Th 1 profile （interleukin [IL]- 12 in I FN-y/Af group： 50.96 ± 4.38 pg/ml; control/Afgroup： 29.70 ±2.00 pg/ml, t = 10.815, P 〈 0.001 ）. On the other hand, Dex inhibited the secretion of Th2 cytokines （IL- 10 in Dex/Af group： 5.27 ± 0.85 pg/ml; control/Af group： 15.14 ± 1.40 pg/ml, t = 14.761, P 〈 0.001 ））, and successfully caused immunosuppression. Alier transfection with Ad-DC-SIGN, DCs have improved phagocytosis （phagocytosis rates in Ad-DC-SIGN group： 74.0% ± 3.4%; control group： 64.7% ± 6.8%, t = 3.104, P = 0.013）. Carbon efficiency modeling and optimization of solar-powered cellular networks

As wireless communication traffic experiences rapid growth, the carbon emissions caused by the communication industry are also on the rise. To achieve “carbon neutrality”, researchers are considering the use of renewable energy sources to power cellular networks, thereby reducing carbon emissions. However, a challenge arises when using renewable energy, specifically owing to the unpredictable nature of both the energy consumption of the cellular network and the power generation from renewable sources. This inconsistency results in low renewable energy utilization and reduced carbon efficiency. Herein, we construct a carbon efficiency model of solar-powered cellular networks using practical data from solar radiation. We propose a mechanism that alternately optimizes the performance of the renewable energy network and the cellular network. This approach is based on convex optimization theory and the Dinkelback algorithm, and it leads to the design of a carbon efficiency optimization algorithm. This algorithm aims to improve the carbon efficiency of cellular networks and reduce their carbon emissions. Simulation results demonstrate that our optimization scheme yields a maximum improvement of 2.56 × 108bps/g in the carbon efficiency of the cellular network as compared to conventional power allocation schemes such as the traditional water filling method and heuristic energy sharing and charge/discharge algorithms.

Cobalt selenide(CoSe_(2))has garnered considerable attention as a prospective anode candidate for advanced lithium-ion storage,prompting comprehensive ***,CoSe_(2)-based anodes usually suffer from significant volume variation upon lithiation leading to unsatisfactory cycling ***,a versatile synthesis route is proposed for the in-situ fabrication of CoSe2nanoparticles embedded in N-dope carbon skeleton(CoSe_(2)@NC)through annealing treatment and selenization of a metal–organic framework-derived(MOF)*** N-doped carbon derived from the MOF serves not only as an excellent conductive substrate but also as a confined reactor,effectively inhibiting the structural instability and alleviating the inevitable volume change of CoSe_(2).Owing to their unique nanostructure,the as-prepared CoSe_(2)@NC exhibits a high capacity of 745.9mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1),while maintaining excellent rate capability and an impressive ***,the assembled lithium-ion capacitor(LIC)based on CoSe_(2)@NC demonstrates an energy density of 130Wh·kg^(-1),a power density of 24.6 kW·kg^(-1),and remarkable capacity retention of 90.8%after 8000 *** results highlight the great potential of CoSe_(2)@NC for practical applications.

Identification of key genes regulating the synthesis of quercetin derivatives in Rosa roxburghii through integrated transcriptomics and metabolomics

Rosa roxburghii fruit is rich in flavonoids, but little is known about their biosynthetic pathways. In this study, we employed transcriptomics and metabolomics to study changes related to the flavonoids at five different stages of R. roxburghii fruit development. Flavonoids and the genes related to their biosynthesis were found to undergo significant changes in abundance across different developmental stages, and numerous quercetin derivatives were identified. We found three gene expression modules that were significantly associated with the abundances of the different flavonoids in R. roxburghii and identified three structural UDP-glycosyltransferase genes directly involved in the synthesis of quercetin derivatives within these modules. In addition, we found that RrBEH4, RrLBD1 and RrPIF8could significantly increase the expression of downstream quercetin derivative biosynthesis genes. Taken together,these results provide new insights into the metabolism of flavonoids and the accumulation of quercetin derivatives in R. roxburghii.

The increase in payload capacity of trucks has heightened the demand for cost-effective yet high performance brake *** this work,the thermal fatigue and wear of compacted graphite iron brake discs were investigated,aiming to provide an experimental foundation for achieving a balance between their thermal and mechanical *** graphite iron brake discs with different tensile strengths,macrohardnesses,specific heat capacities and thermal diffusion coefficients were produced by changing the proportion and strength of *** peak temperature,pressure load and friction coefficient of compacted graphite iron brake discs were analyzed through inertia friction *** morphology of thermal cracks and 3D profiles of the worn surfaces were also *** is found that the thermal fatigue of compacted graphite iron discs is determined by their thermal properties.A compacted graphite iron with the highest specific heat capacity and thermal diffusion coefficient exhibits optimal thermal fatigue *** of the matrix at low temperatures significantly weakens the function of alloy strengthening in hindering the propagation of thermal *** the reduced hardness,increasing the ferrite proportion can mitigate wear loss resulting from low disc temperatures and the absence of abrasive wear.
