This paper presents a semantic metadata description model for grid services, and furthermore, a service relevance based matching algorithm is proposed. Some rea sonable parameters interpreting services characterizations are considered to advise matching process, whose weightiness and service relevance dramatically contribute to the decision making of service matching degree, And what＇s more, matching is secondly executed on the bases of experience adaptation of matching factors, which improves matching degree in gird service retrieve greatly.

Zn accumulation and subcellular distribution in leaves of the hyperaccumulating ecotype （he） and non-hyperaccumulating ecotype （Nhe） of Sedum alfredii Hance were studied using radiotracer and gradient centrifugation techniques. Leaf Zn accumulation in the he of S. alfredii was 18.5-26.7 times greater than that in the Nhe when the plants were grown at 1-500μmol Zn L-1. Leaf section uptake of 65Zn was highly dependent on external Zn levels. Greater 65Zn uptake in he was noted only at external Zn levels 〉 100μmol L-1. Zinc subcellular distribution in the leaves of the two ecotypes of S. alfredii was： cell wall 〉 soluble fraction 〉 cell organelle. However, more Zn was distributed to the leaf cell wall and soluble fractions for he than for Nhe. In the leaf of he, 91%-94% of the Zn was found in the cell walls and the soluble fraction and only 6%-9% Zn was distributed in the cell organelle fraction. For Nhe, about 20%-26% Zn was recovered in the cell organelle fraction. In stems, Zn distribution to the ceil wail fraction was approximately two fold greater in the he than that in the Nhe. For the hyperaccumulating ecotype of S. alfredii, the cell wall and the vacuole played a very important role in Zn tolerance and hyperaccumulation.

Photochemical Production of Methyl Halides with Guaiacol as the Precursor

Methyl halides are crucial trace greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, playing a significant role in global climate change and the atmospheric environment. This study investigated the photochemical production of methyl halides in an artificial seawater system using guaiacol as a precursor through laboratory simulation experiments. The influences of various environmental factors, including illumination time, radiation wavebands, illumination intensity, concentrations of guaiacol and halide ions（X-）, Fe3+, salinity, dissolved oxygen（DO）, and pH value on the photochemical production of methyl halides were examined. We demonstrated that increased illumination intensity and duration promote the photochemical production of methyl halides, with a notable enhancement under UV-B radiation. Guaiacol and halide ions were identified as key precursors, and their high concentrations facilitated the formation of methyl halides. Additionally, different types of halide ions exhibited a competitive relationship in producing methyl halides. The study found that an increase in pH inhibited the photochemical formation of CH3I due to the reaction between OH-and ·CH3. Dissolved oxygen was found to inhibit the photochemical formation of CH3I while promoting the formation of CH3Cl. Conversely, an appropriate concentration of Fe3+enhanced the photochemical production of methyl halides. Field observations indicated a high photochemical production of methyl halides in the natural waters near Qingdao's coastal area, likely due to the high concentration of dissolved organic matter（DOM）, which supports photochemical reactions. Furthermore, the photochemical production of methyl halides in natural seawater was significantly higher than in dark conditions, underscoring the importance of illumination in promoting these photochemical processes in seawater.

Identification and anatomy of oceanic arcs within ancient orogenic belt are significant for better understanding the tectonic framework and closure process of paleo-ocean *** article summarizes the geological,geochemical,and geochronological characteristics of upper crust of Proto-Tethyan Lajishan intra-oceanic arc and provides new data to constrain the subduction evolution of the South Qilian *** intra-oceanic arc volcanic rocks,including intermediate-mafic lava,breccia,tuff,and minor felsic rocks,are distributed along southern part of the Lajishan ophiolite *** and isotopic compositions indicate that the intermediate-mafic lava were originated from depleted mantle contaminated by sediment melts or hydrous fluids,whereas the felsic rocks were likely generated by partial melting of juvenile mafic crust in intra-oceanic arc *** from felsic rocks yield consistent and concordant ages ranging from 506 to 523 Ma,suggesting these volcanic rocks represent the relicts of upper crust of the Cambrian intra-oceanic *** with the Cambrian forearc ophiolite and accretionary complex,we suggest that the Cambrian intra-oceanic arc in the Lajishan ophiolite belt is belonging to the intra-oceanic arc system which was generated by south-directed subduction in the South Qilian Ocean at a relatively short interval between approximately 530 and 480 Ma.
