Interaction between N-phosphoryl-α-,β-and γ-amino acids and nucleosides

The reactions of four different N-（O,O＇-diisopropyl） phosphoamino acids （DIPP-aa）, such as N-phosphoryl-L-α-alanine （DIPP- L-α-Ala）, N-phosphoryl-D-α-alanine （DIPP-D-α-A1a）, N-phosphoryl-β-alanine （DIPP-β-A1a） and N-phosphoryl-γ-amino butyric acid （DIPP-γ-Aba）, and four nucleosides, adenosine （A）, guanosine （G）, cytidine （C） and uridine （U）, were studied by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry （ESI-MS/MS） and HPLC/ESI-MS. DIPP-L-α-A1a and DIPP-D-α-A1a produced the same phosphorylated nucleosides, dinucleotides and phosphoroligopeptide. However, DIPP-β-A1a and DIPP-γ-Aba gave no relevant products.

The key to achieving the breakthrough of hydrogen energy from marginal energy sources in large scale applications lies in the development and design of efficient electrocatalysts for the electrochemical oxidation and reduction of *** unique heterostructure endows the catalyst with a mass of functional interfaces that are decisive for the enhancement of catalyst activity,stability,and reaction *** some cutting-edge reviews have focused on the synthesis strategies,constitution,and applications of heterostructure catalysts,the field still lacks a detailed discussion of the actual reaction processes occurring at the interface,which is detrimental to the understanding of the true catalytic *** on advanced in situ/operando characterization techniques to understand the working mechanism of heterostructure catalysts is essential for rational design of advanced *** this review,we first present the advantages of heterostructure catalysts applied to electrolyzing ***,the application of in situ/operando techniques in probing three aspects of heterostructure catalyst surface reconstruction,reaction mechanism,and the role of each component is highlighted with classical case ***,the current challenges and prospects for the design of heterostructure electrocatalysts are discussed in detail.

The moving trajectory of the pipe-jacking machine(PJM),which primarily determines the end quality of jacked tunnels,must be controlled strictly during the entire jacking *** prediction models to support drivers in performing rectifications in advance can effectively avoid considerable trajectory deviations from the designed jacking ***,a gated recurrent unit(GRU)-based deep learning framework is proposed herein to dynamically predict the moving trajectory of the *** this framework,operational data are first extracted from a data acquisition system;subsequently,they are preprocessed and used to establish GRU-based multivariate multistep-ahead direct prediction *** verify the performance of the proposed framework,a case study of a large pipe-jacking project in Shanghai and comparisons with other conventional models(i.e.,long short-term memory(LSTM)network and recurrent neural network(RNN))are *** addition,the effects of the activation function and input time-step length on the prediction performance of the proposed framework are investigated and *** results show that the proposed framework can dynamically and precisely predict the PJM moving trajectory during the pipe-jacking process,with a minimum mean absolute error and root mean squared error(RMSE)of 0.1904 and 0.5011 mm,*** RMSE of the GRU-based models is lower than those of the LSTM-and RNN-based models by 21.46%and 46.40%at the maximum,*** proposed framework is expected to provide an effective decision support for moving trajectory control and serve as a foundation for the application of deep learning in the automatic control of pipe jacking.

便携式超声在汶川地震伤员救治中的应用价值

目的探讨便携式超声在汶川地震伤员救治中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析了便携式超声在我院汶川地震伤员救治中的应用范围、应用方法和具体作用。结果医院共接诊地震伤员3307例,超声检查共计1386例次,应用便携式超声仪检查例次占75.4%(104... 详细信息

目的探讨便携式超声在汶川地震伤员救治中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析了便携式超声在我院汶川地震伤员救治中的应用范围、应用方法和具体作用。结果医院共接诊地震伤员3307例,超声检查共计1386例次,应用便携式超声仪检查例次占75.4%(1045/1386)。震后初期(地震发生后15min～72h)全部地震伤员的超声检查均采用便携式超声,地震中后期(震后72h～6周)采用便携式超声的床旁超声检查占超声检查总量的73.87%(458/620)。其中部分超声检查为超声引导下介入诊断或治疗。便携式超声共筛查出腹腔积血14例,胸腔积液(血)34例,骨折后下肢深静脉血栓2例,肢体软组织深部血肿6例,监测了7例挤压综合症患者浆膜腔积液及肾脏体积和血流灌注变化。创伤相关病变的便携式超声阳性检出率为6%(63/1045),没有发现假阳性,假阴性率为0.51%(5/982)。结论便携式超声在地震初期伤员的分诊、中后期重症伤员的床旁检查以及介入诊疗中发挥了重要作用。

Ferroelectric thin films based on HfO_(2) have garnered increasing attention worldwide,primarily due to their remarkable compatibility with silicon and scalability,in contrast to traditional perovskite-structured ferroelectric ***,significant challenges remain in their widespread commercial utilization,particularly concerning their notable wake-up effect and limited *** address these challenges,we propose a novel strategy involving the inhomogeneous distribution of Hf/Zr elements within thin films and explore its effects on the ferroelectricity and endurance of Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) thin *** techniques such as grazing incidence X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,and piezoresponse force microscopy,we investigated the structural characteristics and domain switching behaviors of these *** experimental results indicate that the inhomogeneous distribution of Hf/Zr contributes to improving the frequency stability and endurance while maintaining a large remnant polarization in Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) ferroelectric thin *** adjusting the distribution of Zr/Hf within the Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) thin films,significant enhancements in the remnant polarization(2P_(r)>35μC/cm2)and endurance(>109)along with a reduced coercive voltage can be ***,the fabricated ferroelectric thin films also exhibit high dielectric tunability(≥26%)under a low operating voltage of 2.5 V,whether in the wake-up state or *** study offers a promising approach to optimize both the ferroelectricity and endurance of HfO_(2)-based thin films.

It is shown that we can control spatiotemporal chaos in the Frenkel-Kontorova(FK)model by a model-free control method based on reinforcement *** method uses Q-learning to find optimal control strategies based on the reward feedback from the environment that maximizes its *** optimal control strategies are recorded in a Q-table and then employed to implement *** advantage of the method is that it does not require an explicit knowledge of the system,target states,and unstable periodic *** that we need is the parameters that we are trying to control and an unknown simulation model that represents the interactive *** control the FK model,we employ the perturbation policy on two different kinds of parameters,i.e.,the pendulum lengths and the phase *** show that both of the two perturbation techniques,i.e.,changing the lengths and changing their phase angles,can suppress chaos in the system and make it create the periodic *** form of patterns depends on the initial values of the angular displacements and *** particular,we show that the pinning control strategy,which only changes a small number of lengths or phase angles,can be put into effect.

With the development of proteomics and epigenetics,a large number of RNA-binding proteins(RBPs)have been discovered in recent years,and the inter-action between long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)and RBPs has also received increasing *** is extremely important to conduct in-depth research on the lncRNA-RBP interaction network,especially in the context of its role in the occurrence and development of *** evidence has demonstrated that lncRNA-RBP interactions play a vital role in cancer progression;there-fore,targeting these interactions could provide new insights for cancer drug *** this review,we discussed how lncRNAs can interact with RBPs to regulate their localization,modification,stability,and activity and discussed the effects of RBPs on the stability,transport,transcription,and localization of ***,we explored the regulation and influence of these inter-actions on lncRNAs,RBPs,and downstream pathways that are related to can-cer development,such as N6-methyladenosine(m6A)modification of *** addition,we discussed how the lncRNA-RBP interaction network regulates cancer cell phenotypes,such as proliferation,apoptosis,metastasis,drug resis-tance,immunity,tumor environment,and ***,we sum-marized the therapeutic strategies that target the lncRNA-RBP interaction *** these treatments are still in the experimental stage and various theories and processes are still being studied,we believe that these strategiesmay provide new ideas for cancer treatment.
