Properties of Super-Poisson Processes and Super-Random Walks with Spatially Dependent Branching Rates

The global supports of super-Poisson processes and super-random walks with a branching mechanism ψ（z）=z^2 and constant branching rate are known to be noncompact. It turns out that, for any spatially dependent branching rate, this property remains true. However, the asymptotic extinction property for these two kinds of superprocesses depends on the decay rate of the branching-rate function at infinity.

D-DeepOCSORT: multi-object tracking algorithm based on LiDAR and monocular camera

Multi-object tracking is a fundamental problem in computer vision， and DeepOCSORT， due to its reliance on the 2D image position information of targets， tends to exhibit prediction drift. To enhance the tracking stability of DeepOCSORT， this paper proposes a novel multi-sensor data fusion-based multi-object tracking method. Specifically， we build upon the DeepOCSORT foundation and additionally integrate target velocity information directly measured by LiDAR. The introduction of this velocity information is conducted from three perspectives: firstly， during data association， a penalty term is constructed based on the differences in target velocities to constrain generating matches with consistent velocities; secondly， using LiDAR velocity for initialization and online updating of the velocity state within the tracker， making tracking predictions more stable; thirdly， controlling the degree of dependence on velocity information by adjusting the process noise covariance matrix. Evaluation results on the KITTI dataset demonstrate that compared to the original DeepOCSORT， the proposed improved multi-source heterogeneous information fusion method significantly enhances tracking performance， with maximum improvements of 3.35， 3.26， and 3.71 on the HOTA， MOTA， and IDF1 metrics， respectively. This study provides an effective approach to building a more stable and accurate multi-object tracking system.

Molecular forms of trefoil factor 1 in normal gastric mucosa and its expression in normal and abnormal gastric tissues

AIM： To study the molecular forms of trefoil factor 1 （TFF1） in normal gastric mucosa and its expression in normal and abnormal gastric tissues （gastric carcinoma, atypical hyperplasia and intestinalized gastric mucosa） and the role of TFF1 in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma and its molecular biological mechanism underlying gastric mucosa protection. METHODS： The molecular forms of TFF1 in normal gastric mucosa were observed by Western blot. The expression of TFF1 in normal and abnormal gastric tissues （gastric carcinoma, atypical hyperplasia and intestinalized gastric mucosa） was also assayed by immunohistochemical method. The average positive AO was estimated by Motic Images Advanced 3.0 software. RESULTS： Three patterns of TFF1 were found in normal gastric mucosa： monomer, dimmer, and TFF1 compound whose molecular weight is about 21 kDa. The concentration of TFF1 compound was the highest among these three patterns. TFF1 was expressed mainly in epithelial cytoplasm of the mucosa in gastric body and antrum, especially around the nuclei. The closer the TFF1 to the lumen, the higher the expression of TFF1, The expression of TFF1 in peripheral tissue of gastric carcinoma （0.51 ± 0.07） was higher than that in normal gastric mucosa （0.44 ± 0.06, P 〈 0.001）. The expression of TFF1 in gastric adenocarcinoma was positively related to the differentiation of adenocarcinoma. The lower the differentiation of adenocarcinoma was, the weaker the expression of TFF1. No TFF1 was expressed in poorlydifferentiated adenocarcinoma. The expression of TFF1 in moderately-well differentiated adenocarcinoma （0.45 ± 0.07） was a little lower than that in normal mucosa （P 〉 0.05）. The expression of TFF1 in gastric mucosa with atypical hyperplasia （0.57 ± 0.03） was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa （P 〈 0.001）. No TFF1 was expressed in intestinalized gastric mucosa. There was no statistically significant difference between the expressions of TFF

Effect of seepage on soil arching effect in deep shield tunnel

Shield tunneling and post-tunneling steady seepage are accompanied by stress and displacement variations,which could induce and influence the soil arching *** there are many studies on the tunneling-induced soil arching effect,the research about the effect of seepage on soil arching effect is extremely *** this study,a numerical model is firstly established and verified by field ***,a series of numerical models,whose simulation method of steady seepage is verified by adopting the conformal mapping technique,are established to study the soil arching evolution of deep-buried tunneling and post-construction steady *** results indicate that seepage leads to an increase in effective vertical stress,which is consistent with the existing *** seepage weakens the soil arching effect resulting in the height of the arch zone reducing from 2.38D(D is the tunnel diameter)to *** seepage leads to the further development of ground consolidation settlement,but the differential displacement in the soil mass *** ground reaction curve in the steady seepage condition shows a bigger value than that after *** is reasonable to control the ground loss ratio in the range of 0.5–1.0%,which can minimize overburden pressure with moderate ground deformation.

Distribution of Vascular Plant Species Richness Along an Elevational Gradient in the Dongling Mountains, Beijing, China

Quantifying spatial patterns of species richness and determining the processes that give rise to these patterns are core problems In blodlverslty theory. The aim of the present paper was to more accurately detect patterns of vascular species richness at different scales along altitudinal gradients In order to further our understanding of blodlverslty patterns and to facilitate studies on relationships between blodlverslty and environmental factors. Species richness patterns of total vascular plants species, Including trees, shrubs, and herbs, were measured along an altitudinal gradient on one transect on a shady slope In the Dongllng Mountains, near Beljlng, China. Direct gradient analysis, regression analysis, and geostatlstlcs were applied to describe the spatial patterns of species richness. We found that total vascular species richness did not exhibit a linear pattern of change with altitude, although species groups with different ecological features showed strong elevatlonal patterns different from total species richness. In addition to total vascular plants, analysis of trees, shrubs, and herbs demonstrated remarkable hierarchical structures of species richness with altitude （I.e. patchy structures at small scales and gradients at large scales）. Species richness for trees and shrubs had similar spatial character-Istics at different scales, but differed from herbs. These results Indicated that species groups with similar ecological features exhibit similar blodlverslty patterns with altitude, and studies of blodlverslty based on species groups with similar ecological properties or life forms would advance our understanding of variations In species diversity. Furthermore, the gradients or trends appeared to be due mainly to local variations In species richness means with altitude. We analytically study the nonlinear localized gap modes in a one-dimensional atomic chain with uniform atomic mass but two periodically alternating force constants between the nearest neighbors by means ofa quasi-continuum *** model simulates a row of atoms in the direction of a diamond-structure type of crystals or molecular crystals with alternating double and single *** this lattice system,we find that the harmonic plus quartic anharmonic terms of inter-site potential produce a new type of nonlinear localized gap modes with a slightly asymmetry distribution of atomic *** localized gap modes are somewhat different from widely studied localized gap modes with a symmetry atomic displacement distribution in diatomic ion lattices.

Selective dissolution of eodiagenesis cements and its impact on the quality evolution of reservoirs in the Xing＇anling Group,Suderte Oil Field, Hailar Basin, China

Reservoirs in the Xing＇anling Group in the Suderte Oil Field,Hailar Basin exhibit ultra-low to low permeability and high tuffaceous material *** study comprehensively analyzed diagenesis and quality evolution of these low-permeability reservoirs using thin sections,SEM samples,rock physical properties,pore water data,as well as geochemical numerical *** and analcite are the two main types of cements precipitated in the eodiagenetic stage at shallow burial depths in the *** two cements occupied significant primary intergranular pores and effectively retarded deep burial *** textures suggest selective dissolution of massive analcite and little dissolution of calcite in the mesodiagenetic *** calculations utilizing the Geochemist＇s Workbench 9.0indicated that the equilibrium constant of the calcite leaching reaction is significantly smaller than that of the analcite leaching reaction,resulting in extensive dissolution of analcite rather than calcite in the geochemical system with both minerals *** simulations with constraints of kinetics and pore water chemistry demonstrated that the pore water in the Xing＇anling group is saturated with respect to calcite,but undersaturated with analcite,leading to dissolution of large amounts of analcite and no dissolution of *** secondary intergranular pores have formed in analcite-cemented reservoirs from selective dissolution of analcite in the mesodiagenetic stage;the analcite dissolution formed preferential flow paths in the reservoirs,which promoted feldspar dissolution;and dissolution of such minerals led to the present reservoirs with medium porosity and low ***-cemented tight reservoirs have not experienced extensive dissolution of cements,so they exhibit ultra-low porosity and permeability.

Overexpression of the steroidogenic acute regulatory protein increases the expression of ATP-binding cassette transporters in microvascular endothelial cells(bEnd.3)

Objective:To determine the effect of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein(StAR) overexpression on the levels of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)-binding cassette transporter A1(ABCA1) and ATP-binding cassette transporter G1(ABCG1) in an endothelial cell line(bEnd.3).Methods:The StAR gene was induced in bEnd.3 cells with adenovirus *** infection efficiency was detected by fluorescence activated cell sorter(FACS) and fluorescence *** expressions of StAR gene and protein levels were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and Western *** gene and protein levels of ABCA1 and ABCG1 were detected by real-time PCR and Western blot after StAR ***:The result shows that StAR was successfully overexpressed in bEnd.3 cells by adenovirus *** mRNA and protein expressions of ABCA1 and ABCG1 were greatly increased by StAR overexpression in bEnd.3 ***:Overexpression of StAR increases ABCA1 and ABCG1 expressions in endothelial cells.
